In my view, this is the best thing that can happen in Nigeria, we will all bless Buhari for this, by the time all national assets has been sold, There will be no free money for corrupt politicians to embezzle since they have not saved and cannot save for the future generations..Any money spent during any administration will now boil down to the ingenuity in collecting taxes.....BUHARI PLS CARRY ON BECAUSE SINCE I WAS BORN I HAVE NEVER BENEFITTED ANYTHING FROM THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT |

Has any1 noticed dat big projects are usually designed abroad and the companies dat designed them just hand over the drawings to technicians(welders, fitters, elctricians, foremen ...etc) who come to Nigeria to execute...I have come to the conclusion that NIGERIA DOES NOT NEED ENGINEERS, ENGINEERS DESIGN and there is no framework for that in Nigeria.Instead we focus on perfecting our technical arts |

fxuser: FBN Eurobond yields have dropped from 22% (junk status/high risk) to 16% #rebound
FYI By their yield you shall know . . GTB 2017 +5.99% Access 2017 +6.94% Zenith 2019 +7.73% Access 2021 +14.2% FBN 2020 +16.21% (used to be ard 22%) Fidelity 2018 +20.62% Diamond 2019 +22.49%
- fidelity & diamond have taken over from FBN in terms of risk perception - both banks under bearish pressure / sell off - FBN rebounded in d past weeks gaining over +6% - eurobond is a good hedge against naira but min required is $200k FV , most pay interest half yearly

FASHOLA was interviewed as a Nigerian, Let us all stop this ethnic bigotry, People not hausas are dying in the north east, the economy is hitting new lows, and there is still corruptiin in the land. The interviewer was speaking with the Nigerian minister not a Yoruba minister...... My point is We are still not yet a nation..It still pained the presenter more than Fashola that people are dying in the north 3ast |

ANY body dat buys Nigerias refinery is in for it and will never recoup his investment, look at NITEL, NEPA and so many other govt entities that have been sold |

dany2k: Hey guys, I need your candid opinion and advice on this. I am first class graduate of Civil Engineering from one of the prestigious federal university in Nigeria. I won all expense-paid scholarship to Thailand and also secured job with sterling bank. Sterling bank job total take home is around 198k but I am confused whether to take up the job or go for my masters degree. I am particularly confused because of job insecurity associated with banking industry as well as deviating from my career aspiration of becoming an Engineer. I am also concerned of not being able to secure decent job when I come back after my masters programme in Thailand. I will be glad for your honest opinion and advice ALL THIS I HAVE A JOB OR MASTERS THING, R U SURE ITS FOR REAL ?? |

PETERiCHY: They say history has a way of repeating itself,
Not minding buhari left power 30yrs ago.
If Buhari is not an epitome of badluck then why must all the bad development in the universe always crop up whenever he's in power.
Even those of us that earns forex of which his bad policies has doubled our paycheck in Naira but still out of patriotism are voicing out for the suffering of masses to ameliorated
It's only the ZOMBIES which has been programmed with a reprobate mind that will never see anything wrong with this regime and continue to defend their action till they enter grave. if in doubt go to Nairaland FrontPage news. One of them just drop dead xtaday. May his soul RIP.
Earlier this year I was in Nigeria for my vacation and I can testify the SUFFERING is REAL though I don't really blame the ZOMBIES because they are already programmed for DAMNATION.

TWO FORMS OF POWER ARE AT WAR IN THIS COUNTRY THEY ARE POLITICAL POWER AND ECONOMIC PROWESS,THE PEOPLE WITH POLITICAL POWER ARE REALLY AFRAID OF THE GUYS WITH ECONOMIC PROWESS COS BELIEVE ME IF JUST ONE SINGLE ECONOMIC PLAN IS CARRIED TO FRUITION IN THIS COUNTRY POWER WOULD CHANGE HANDS AND PEOPLE AT THE TOP MIGHT JUST FIND THEMSELVES BELOW AND IRRELEVANT IN THE SITUATION OF THINGS IN THE COUNTRY WHICH OUR POLITICAL ELITES DO NOT WANT TO HAPPEN... TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEM IN THE COUNTRY WE JUST HAVE TO FIND A WAY FOR OUR POLITICIANS TO LIVE HARMONIOUSLY AND IMPLEMENT RULES THAT WILL MAKE BUSINESSES THRIVE AND NOT THEIR OWN PERSONAL BUSINESSES ONLY |
