verygudbadguy:
I understand your plight. I am also a benefactor of Computer village in terms of sales and business generally.
but i will stand with the Lagos state government on this. From the onset, that area where Computer village is located has always been a residential area and not commercial. The government is basically responding to the cry of the landlords and residents of the community. That area is crime infected because a lot of miscreants carry out their dubious, armed robbery and all sorts of criminal activities there. The truth be told Lagos is just battling all urban planning laws you can think of...Most residential areas even in Ikoyi are mini warehouses, you find purewater factories, welders etc littered just about anywhere you can think of. If you make these guys really pay the full cost of setting up their businesses then I guranty you that 90% of most businesses in Lagos will just fold up.... |

Lets see how this would develop,Government and their myopic thinking, you better let the free market be and rather support the area with good policies.... you want to relocate computer village, ladipo, berger, coker building materials, alaba, ketu food market...You can as well relocate the whole lagos |

womanofsteel: I am a graduate but due to lack of jobs, i have made up my mind to start the sale of agro produce such as maize seed, soybeans, garri, millet, guinea corn, palm oil, rice and crayfish. The problem is, i don't have a single idea of the biz in terms of gain, loss, where and when to buy, the start up capital involved and who to buy from. I reside in lagos, ojo LG to be precise please genuine persons should see me through. What you need my friend is an apprenticeship in any of the listed commodities for atleast 18months to understand the trade secrets |

Born2berich: This statement was made almost a month ago and like the proverbial 10 leapers who were healed but only one was made whole, that's the way so many came and got the information but few profited out of it.. I know it is due to fear of the unknown and understand what fear can do..Fear makes one loose out on bountiful opportunities. Whether you like it or not, cryptocurrency is taking over.. The opportunity to make wealth is still on ground so you know what to do.
I won't say much but leave you with this famous quote :
"I have never met a rich person who has never lost money but I have met a lot of poor people who have never lost a dime" - Robert Kiyosaki. I want you to open a new thread just like this one so that everyone can genuinely contribute to making money with crypto currency's just like this one .........who knows the thread can last a lifetime...... |
