Firstly , Endsars.. One might even wondered as at that time if sarz only exist in Lagos . With the kind of destruction that took place in disguise of protest.

Secondly, they came with the opinion that lagos is no man's land. Same Lagos found in southwest, not southeast, not North. But southwest. How is that a No mans land?

Fourthly , they pushed for a yiibo police commissioner in Lagos. Which they failed.

Those who intend to build houses should contact registered professionals in the building industry starting with an Architect. Ensure that registered structural engineers are engaged as well if it's not a bungalow.

They might not even have enough evidence to convict the parents, but by alleging that she is part of the plot, they can make the parents plead guilty so she can be off the hook. First, FOUNDATION must be Deep for a storey building because it can begin shifting from the BASE. You have to concrete pour not the concrete that they will mix and add to the pillar areas alone.

Second, You must use 16mm or larger steel for the Bottom or the Bottom 2 Floors it you want to go 3 or more floors after making a solid deep concrete pour foundation

Third, the upper levels must be 12mm so it won't be too heavy and you need appropriate pillars.

It is NICE and fancy to want open flooring but think of the weight of what you are putting and the Load bearing. Thankfully people are not living inside these collapsed houses at full capacity.

For your BLOCKS, you need to buy solid blocks
..the more expensive ones from a reputable dealer and use appropriate number of cement. Storey Buildings are super EXPENSIVE to construct. If you can't, stick to BUNGALOW because LAS LAS, you will end up losing it up if you don't end up in JAIL on top.

May Yul-Edochie has issued a notice of intention to sue an Instagram user for editing a family Christmas photo of her and her kids to include her husband's new wife Judy Austin, IGBERETV reports.

In December 2022, May shared a photo of her and her kids on Instagram. Instagram user Sarah Chukwukere then took the initial photo and edited it to include her husband Yul Edochie, his new wife Judy Austin, and their son in it.

"Beautiful family As it should", the Instagram user wrote at the time.

Writing to Sarah Chukwukere, May's lawyer accused the Instagram user of defamation and harassment.

The legal document filed by May's lawyer stated that Sarah's edited photo depicted their client "as part of a polygamous family in which she is a co-wife", something May has made clear several times that she will not be a party to.

The legal document also stated that on a YouTube channel hosted by Daddy Freeze on December 27, Sarah, who was a guest, made some allegations that May failed in her duties as a wife to Yul and this made him take Judy as a second wife.

"The above utterances and innuendos from you were and are still false and injurious," May's lawyers wrote.

They then demanded that Sarah Chukwukere apologises and retracts her defamatory publication.

If she fails to meet the stated demands, May's attorneys said they will commence a lawsuit against her and they will demand damages of not less than Five Hundred Million Naira.

May also warned in the caption that anyone who exhibits such behaviour in the future will hear from her lawyers.
