Reno attacks Peter Obi because he knows that he is stealing votes from PDP and will allow APC to win. Attacking APC wont change Tinubu's votes...those of us that believe in His mandate aint going anywhere. It wont help him as well...Obidients are SOLD OUT and PDP votes will be SPLIT if they can vote in SE actually. Abiola Akinremi, 41, abused her position as an administrator at the facility in Abbey Wood to make dozens of unauthorised withdrawals from the bank accounts of patients Abiola Akinremi was jailed at the Old Bailey for defrauding vulnerable patients at the care home where she worked By Tristan KirkCourts Correspondent@kirkkorner 14 hours ago A care home worker who plundered almost £20,000 from the savings of vulnerable residents has been jailed for seven months. Abiola Akinremi, 41, abused her position as an administrator at the facility, Bostall House in Abbey Wood, southeast London, to make dozens of unauthorised withdrawals from the bank accounts of patients. The Old Bailey heard some of the home’s residents are detained under the Mental Health Act, and those without family support hand over control of their finances to administrators and carers. Akinremi, a mother-of-three, first started stealing from residents when she needed money for childcare, and continued the fraud to “fund her own lifestyle”, the court heard. Judge Angela Rafferty KC sentenced Akinremi to seven months in prison, telling her: “This was a repeated and planned course of conduct, and a very serious breach of trust of vulnerable people.” Prosecutor Robert Levack said: “People who live at the home are all vulnerable, they have various conditions and are detained under the Mental Health Act or other legislation. It is a 24-hour care facility. “They are not allowed to leave Bostall House without a member of staff or a family member. Some have their financial affairs looked after by the home.” Investigators were brought in when concerns about Akinremi’s activities were raised in November 2018. They found £43,000 was missing from residents’ bank accounts, including £32,000 from one victim. “The way in which cash and money was dealt with on behalf of residents at the home was not up to scratch”, said Mr Levack. Akinremi denied fraud until the first day of her trial, insisting that other staff at the home were trying to “pin the blame” on her. She ultimately admitted taking £19,650 over the course of eight months from three residents, and continues to say others at the home were involved in wrongdoing. “Ms Akinremi is only responsible for her own conduct”, said her barrister, Ranjeet Dulay, pointing to evidence of money being taken from residents at times when Akinremi was on holiday. She said the administrator had been suffering from depression when the fraud began and needed money for childcare when the fraud began. “It was initially an opportunistic offence, but she continued to engage in it further”, she said. Akinremi went to work in another care home after being dismissed from Bostall House, and has been “trying to make amends and put into the type of community that she stole from”, added Ms Dulay. Judge Rafferty rejected a plea for a suspended prison sentence, concluding only an immediate spell behind bars would be appropriate. Akinremi, from Tilbury in Essex, pleaded guilty to three charges of fraud by abuse of position

If truly he was invited to London, it worries me that this was kept a secret. One thing that scares me about Atiku is his close alliances to the West. They want to go after China and Russia in Africa...but the consequences are grave. They had decades and did nothing but create misery, pain, rig elections, support and house stolen funds. Atiku named his University.. America University and placed at its head at one time one of the leaders of American University in Afghanistan. Sadly Nigerians are novice when it comes to research. They have done well to Ghana...they made them believe a lie and now Ghana has slept with the devil. Only Nigeria could save Ghana from itself. Know this and know peace...be careful who you vote for. etokhana: |
Even Billionaire Arthur Eze can identify a fluke...my prayer is that those followers continue to push for LP and split Atiku's votes ..Amen |
Naija News Naija News POLITICS 2023 Elections: Arthur Eze Endorses Atiku For President Saturday, January 7th, 2023 at 10:04 PM By Olugbenga Ige Kindly share this story: 2023 Elections: Arthur Eze Endorses Atiku For President Nigerian billionaire and businessman, Prince Arthur Eze has openly endorsed the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari. Naija News reports that Eze made his position known on Friday during a solidarity visit to the Director-General of the Atiku-Okowa Presidential Campaign Council in Anambra State, Professor Obiora Okonkwo. He said the people of South East will benefit more from supporting and voting for Atiku in the forthcoming presidential election, adding that his administration will liberate the country. Eze urged the Igbo people to renew the strategic relationship with the North by supporting Atiku, adding that the long-standing alliance between the North and the South East has always produced many political benefits. The billionaire said the former Vice President would deliver on his promise of restructuring the country and ensuring that a South Easterner succeeds him as president. He told reporters: “I have known Atiku Abubakar to be an honest man, liberal, and a pan-Nigerian who aspires best for the nation, and he is committed to the renaissance of Ndigbo. “He has demonstrated his huge love and concern for us ndi-Igbo by continuously choosing an Igbo man to be his running mate since 2007 when he picked Senator Ben Ndi Obi; again in 2019 when he picked Peter Obi; and now, Ifeanyi Okowa, an Igbo man from Delta State. He was willing to scale back his ambition if the ticket was micro-zoned to the southeast; only Atiku Abubakar agreed to such terms. “It is apparent that with him as President of Nigeria, power is shifting to the southeast, and he will undoubtedly keep all of his promises. “My appeal is for our people to seize the opportunity provided by Atiku Abubakar to renew the age-old alliance between the southeast and the north, which saw Nnamdi Azikiwe become President of Nigeria in the first republic and Alex Ekwueme serves as Vice President, while Edwin Ume-ezeoke was elected Speaker of the House of Representatives in the second republic. “We have accomplished far more in this country’s politics through our alliance with the north, and in order to bargain for a Nigerian president of southeast origin, we must maintain that partnership through Atiku.” Eze also tasked Igbo leaders in the diaspora and throughout Nigeria to convey Atiku Abubakar’s Rescue and Recovery agenda to the grassroots and throughout Nigeria, where Ndi-Igbo live and do business. Also speaking, Okonkwo commended Eze for his unwavering support for the Atiku project and his numerous advocacy efforts, which have had an inexplicable impact on the South East and Ndigbo in particular. The PDP chieftain reaffirmed the Atiku-Okowa campaign’s commitment to mobilize majority votes for Atiku-Okowa in Anambra State. Eze and Okonkwo also held a closed-door meeting with select stakeholders, including traditional rulers, community leaders, representatives of Ndi-Igbo across Nigeria, various groups and politically sophisticated, and others during the visit.

Even Baba is a politician. He does not to be wrong so he won't have to decamp lol Stay off politics...Any member can die tomorrow...focus on their souls. I don say my own Omooba77: |
I have done it by bit. You can't come and say people are rented when you are not the one giving them money. Lots of politicians do humanitarian work and have very great credibility in their communities...so when they hold rallies like that, you can actually create a tsunami. How much will you pay each of those people to travel all the way? Are you saying all of them live in that particular community? Those that cannot raise crowds now are those that have finished spending their money ...they have rented buses over time to bring people from neighboring states lol. You cant follow a man destined to drown if you cannot swim. Kwankwaso wants to be relevant after the election, and if his party can win some seats in the National Assembly, he is happy to stay relevant or decamp as the case may be. Peter Obi on the other hand will have to return back to London because no one wants to take a chance with IPOB sympathizers. OldNairalander: |
Pastor Adeboye should stay off politics. All those people causing holdups at the Highway...how many of them have jobs if they can show up for a whole week? No one complains about that crowd and all the prime lands that churches have taken along the highway that should be for manufacturing of goods to Lagos and to export. Na real wa o AcuraZDX: |

NCentral for Obi...I think the pollster did not pay attention to LP Kogi Rally Lol. Good luck with that Fibonacci88: |
APC is a party of ideas. 2 weeks to the Election, you will see Osinbajo, Amaechi, BUHARI all come out to cement this deal. You don't show all your cards at ONCE. Osinbajo alone will cement SW by telling his coalition that APC is the answer not Labour Party. Buhari remains the card in the North. Why would he want his legacy messed up by PDP or Labour? This movie continues...thank me later. Vixlot: |
Working against your party in Osun is a good reason to keep you away from Tinubu now and forever more. .personal interests over party is bad for APC tinsel: |
it's the opposite. Why would they want Ngige after the ASUU drama to be anywhere near the campaign? APC have the support of NANS and no one wants Ngige. This is just a scripted way to explain away himself. Bill Clinton wasn't needed after his sex scandal as well. greenermodels: |

SERAP go and sit down. Even Trump no release tax returns in the USA. The ones published before nko, what difference did it make? Nigerians like to forget the administration came in facing recession. They ended up with 2 recessions, Covid-19 and Russia-Ukraine War. We bless God we did not face all the calamities predicted for Nigeria by the West. We thank God for the Govt that did all it could to safeguard the nation against all enemies, foreign and domestic. History will be kind to this administration. OEPHIUS: |

What the BUHARI Govt prevented...Nigerians will NEVER understand or appreciate. To grow an economy when even UK had to pay energy bills for its citizens for months...yall do not get it. We don't need a LEARN ON THE JOB man...we need a MAN with a COMPETENT TEAM to take over and continue. We need TINUBU and APC. May God Bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Track the Electricity work ongoing Track the Gas Pipeline to Europe ongoing Track the DAM constructions ongoing Track Track Track...and do not be ignorant. iwaeda: |
Nigeria is already working on Gas Pipeline. Soon we will convert some of our petrol guzzlers to use gas. Once the Dangote refinery starts at 650k per day and the other refineries, we will have more than we need. There is a reason why we have Lekki Deep Seaport... it's to export. Nigeria is not building for Nigerians...that is what the dumb dumb don't get. This administration is positioning Nigeria to be the KING of AFRICA. We will export fertilizers and crude, gas to Europe, and we will start giving loans to some African countries, providing relief to them, and even buying assets all over the world. Things are TOUGH now, but these are the foundations needed to CONQUER the WORLD. We will JOIN G20 in my lifetime no doubt. We NEED continuity, we need TINUBU, not a NOVICE. NwaNimo1: |
and yet the North West Muslim Group endorsed Asiwaju yesterday. The issues are local. People want relevance, and when the local leaders aint allowing it, they move to other parties for relevancy. I have written about this before.... Politicians want certain things and this is also why those that defect from APC go to PDP because they want to stay relevant after the election. Funkyswagzz: |
It might be a case of heart attack. It can happen when the man releases...we need to stop conspiracies and innuendos. They have no proof of Magun. Tokotaya: |

Former Gov Fashola SAN Dr Ogbonnaya Onu, former Minister of Science and Tech Vice President Oshinbajo Former Minister of Transportation Amaechi and so on.. Go and study gas pipeline, dams constructions, bridges, highways, seed research, electricity revitalization and downstream among others. They ain't perfect, but we can see what they have done and they have not stopped working with less than 6 months left. AMI3: |
I love the Gov of Nassarawa. Like Tinubu he hires the best regardless of ethnicity. I am not a party guy...I do believe that APC has more technocrats that can govern the country better. AMI3: |
The Governorship candidate at Benue is very strong and has a very good reputation which helps APC. This is why Tinubu can't make promises to the G5. Oyo State is all Tinubu and the Governorship candidate is strong too...but Makinde will probably win...last election he won by less than 5000 votes or so. If Tinubu wins and the Oyo State APC choose to work together, they can remove Makinde. Rivers...Wike has 200,000 people he hired that are loyal with one simple mission.. punish Atiku. He will want Tinubu in order to prevent an Atiku administration corruption vendetta plot. This is an election for the ages. Tinubu or Atiku will have to retire after this election or BOTH. dre11: |
He is returning back to PDP...no new news here. Most of these guys don't have any major electoral values. APC have lots of people running for Office...and they need APC to win at the top level for them to stand a chance at Senate and Reps. zicoraads: |
