Hi doctor,
I am 25, my period has stopped since July 2015. Took hormonal test and all was normal except progesterone which was 0.2
Placed on primolut-N, noticed that my period comes after using the drug, but doesn't show up the following month. It has happened twice already.
I am a single lady and need your help. Tnx
You're having low progesterone secretion. Your ovary is not secreting the hormone as usual. Did you ever take emergency contraceptive pills in the past?

Good mrn doc,
Pls can u help with explanation on this test result I had....
LH - 38mill [4 - 20]
FSH - 17miu/ml [0 -15]
PROLACTIN - 27ng/ml [5 -25]
PROGESTERONE - 2ng/ml [3 -55]

NB; I noticed that when I press my breast it brings out a clear liquid and I'm not pregnant.

During intercourse with my husband also we noticed that after he ejaculates in and withdraws the sperm pours out immediately. Though we have complained but all we keep hearing is its normal for some sperm to pour out back but to us it seems like all d sperm is coming back out.
Pls is there a way to know if th sperm is actually going in?

Would b glad if light is shed on this questions that have been a disturbance.

Thanks and expecting ur reply.
Your hormonal profiling shows you have slightly high prolactin(which explains why you experience the clear breas.t discharge), plus low progesterone level(which explains why you've not had successful implantation).

The semen/sperm that flows out is attributed to non-viscosity. It seems his semen/sperm is not viscous/sticky/thick enough to stick to the wall of the v-gina. That explains why it flows out after intercourse.

Visit a gynae and have him review your case. Your hubby can get a fertility supplement that improves the semen/sperm quality.

Good morning Doc,
Please, if a pelvic scan didn't detect PID, does it mean dat person doesn't have PID. Hence, can't have blockage through dat...
Also, is der any oda way to detect if a person have blockage aside HSG test. The procedure of the test is kind of scary.

Please, reply me dis time. U didn't reply to my previous question.
If the pelvic scan reveals a POD is free(no fluid observed), it means no PID thus, no "prognosed" tubal blockage.

Well, apart from the HSG, no other less scarier diagnostic procedure. But then, if you don't have PID or salpingitis or endometriosis, you have nothing to worry about tubal blockage.

No place like home. The struggles here in Nigeria make us stronger. The utmost development Nigeria needs is in the power sector. Improve the power sector, Nigeria will become great again.

India of all places, I rather travel to hell and get harassed by demons, than travel to amiskuri country where men have been stereotyped to be as emotional as women. In most indian movies, the men always cry like babies. To tell a girl he loves her, the amiskuri begins to shed tears. To tell his mother he has found love, he begins to cry again. When he's lied against, he begins to cry. When the hero wants to shoot the villain, he'll shed tears. When the villain wants to shoot the hero, he'll shed tears.

Very pathetic. I hate their movies with great passion.

Kid, when ur brain grows large enough, u'd understand my comment.

Those who didn't bag one degree made impact to humanity. What impact has he made to humanity with his 30 degrees?

He bagged 30 degrees, the world barely knows him. Bill gate bagged none, he's almost the world. Obama bagged just one, he's the number one man in the world.

It only takes one key to open a lock, not 30.

Where did man learn this barbaric act from? One can no longer dress rich, look fresh, or drive rich, even if one is just an average citizen, lest one becomes a victim. These reprobates, rather than release their victims, kill them in order to cover their tracks.

If only there were technological firms that deal in GPS tracking chips, which would be implanted in the body. It would make it easier for security agencies to track the location of kidnapped victims.

I'll suggest Insurance companies introduce a human theft insurance plan. Prospects can have themselves insured against human theft(kidnapped). The only setback is 'faking a kidnap'.

Every man is a potential rapist. Once the urge for sex overwhelms his self control, he gives in to the act just to satisfy the urge, which could be worse than a 7day hunger.

The only factor that can suppress the urge is fear. The only factor that can instil the fear is death sentence. When a potential rapist remembers how convicted rapists were beheaded in a public execution, his urge would wear off.

You're the type that hides the truth, just to look "good" to the opposite sex.
The truth is that women, in Nigeria, America, UK, brazil, or anywhere in the world, have the good and their bad ones. You may have been unfortunate to experience the bad qualities of some Nigerian women, that isn't enough for you to conclude that 'most' of our women lack good qualities. Toke Makinwa, Maheeda, Cossy, Anita Morgan, Kemi 'Oluloyo', may show qualities not good enough to impress that Nigerian women are lovely, but there are many other spotlight ladies who are far better. How about Lara George? TY Bello? Onyeka Onwenu? Asa? Joke Silva? Mo Abudu? Tara? Lola Alakija? Ngozi Okonjo Iweala? Oby Ezekwesili? Aisha? Dame Patience Jonathan who was the backbone of our Ex-president?

So you see, the good ones overwhelm their counterparts.

Celine Dion is a real woman! She stood by her sick husband for years and never left or cheated on him!

Most Nigerian women don't have such great quality.
Learn to respect the Nigerian women. You can't stay in Ajegunle or Mushin and condemn Nigerian women based on your experience there. Try a change of environment to experience greater qualities of most Nigerian women.

Be patriotic.

How do you get rid of Staphhuh
You can't get rid of Staph. Rather, you put the Staph in check. Take Borno state for example. Staph is like boko haram. As their members increased, their activities also increased, with inadequate number of security personnels to police the terrorist. They wrecked havoc in most parts of the state. But when the Nigerian army deployed more of its troop to the region, the soldiers were able to curtailed their activities. Today, boko haram no longer carry out the menace they did in the past.

Your skin has its security force. This force has been weakened/reduced. To curtail or suppress Staph, this security has to be reinforced/redeployed. The security force in the skin that controls and regulates the activities of odour causing bacteria in the skin is called Lactobacillus.

Hi guys. They say a problem shared is a problem half solved. I noticed that I've developed body odour ‎for about 2 years now. I'm 35 years and I first noticed it in 2014 about when I just got a new job. I've tried all sorts of deodorants and body sprays and nothing works. Body sprays actually makes it worse for me. I've tried driclor and maximum strength anti perspirants but to no avail. I've tried the baking soda treatment, lime and lemon but still to no avail. I make it a point of duty to shave every night so it's not like I keep hairs. I also shower atleast twice everyday. It's not like i get too sweaty, infact I don't perspire as much as to wet clothes in the pits area yet the slightest hint of sweat that comes on mixes with whatever roll on I have on and then creates a bad smell even when I'm dry. I get a lot of mean looks and turned heads everyday and it's actually starting to affect me mentally as I dream of people rubbing their noses and making faces at me in my sleep. Funny how people judge you immediately like you don't groom yourself properly. My life is on a stand still right now and I get panic attacks from the thought of going out because of the treatment and funny looks I get from people. I've been masturbating for about 7 years now, could this be the cause? Is there any link between masturbation and body odour? Could it be ulcer? I'm inclined to think it's from from the inside because I've tried all measures of outter cleanliness.
‎
Two factors are responsible for B.O

1)The waste you expel through your skin(particularly the armpits). Your sweat is too salty.

2)The skin flora. Guess what? The bacteria called Staph epidermidis is the actual cause of B.O. This bacteria breaks down the salt in your sweat to isovaleric acid and other by-products. The isovaleric acid is pungent(smells bad), and that's where your odour comes from. I'm 5000% sure you have an overgrowth of Staph epidermidis in your skin.

So, even if you flushed out the wastes in your system like some folks said, or you mind what you eat, as long as the skin flora(S.epidermidis) is heavy in your skin, your B.O wld stil persist. I had a lady with a chronic B.O case. Her B.O was so bad, she seldom took public transports. She had to walk to most places she went to, and sat far away from people. You know you africans, people were saying she was cursed. Africans and their illogical spirituality. I understood her case. She had hypercalcaemia, plus heavy growth of Staph in her skin. She worsened it by the use of anti-perspirant, antibiotics, medicated soap, and disinfectants. She was this close to taking her own life because of the social embarrassment she gets.

Well today, her condition has improved.

Hello Doc. pls is this normal? i gave birth 6months ago, i did exclucive breast feeding. up till now am yet to see my period. i have done urine pregnancy test which came out negative in the last 5 months even after introducing cereals to my baby.
It's quite normal. The reason why your menstruation is yet to resume is because of high prolactin level. As soon as your prolactine level drops closer to the normal range, ovulation will commence, followed by menstruation(that's if fertilization didn't take place).
