Yes. The grades have points, and it's like this,
A=5
B=4
C=3
D=2
E=1 (if applicable)
F=0

Let's say the course unit is 3. To calculate the GPA, you multiply ur grade point with the course unit, and the divide the answer with the course unit again. E.g, A = 5x3=15, 15÷3= 5.00. To calculate CGPA, add all multiples of your grade points together and divide by the sum of all your courses units.

Now let's say:
100 level
1st sem: 3unit chm101=A, 2unit mat101=F
2nd sem: 3unit chm102=A, 2unit mat102=A

200 level
1st sem: 3unit chm201=A, 2unit mat201=A and 2unit mat101=A (carried over)

Now let's calculate your CGPA up to 1st sem 200 level.

I didn't and won't condemn sleeping around, it's a choice (just like I have made it clear in my comment)! I only contributed in analyzing the possible gains in "not sleeping around". Gosh!

Religious and cultural believes aside, it made common and academic sense, its also logically straight to say: virginity till marriage reduce infidelity to the bearest minimum.

Simply put, if you couldn't or didn't sleep around when you were single, free and unbridled, it becomes almost impossible for you when you are married, restricted and guided. Again, the fruit you refused to eat when free for all (you are single), will most unlikely be your choice when it's forbidden (you are married).

Just like the saying goes: "smokers are liable to die young" but people still choose to smoke, and many die young due to smoking, the choice is simply yours.
