faroouqq: Hi guy..
Thank you all for your contributions...
I'd like to know the implication(s) of using a sponsor who isn't related to you but wants to sponsor you if this is going to be a problem, I'd like to know how best to tackle it...maybe by using sop or any other means.. The third party sponsor should show commitment by paying your tuition fee and transferring your living expenses into your account or transfer both to you (if your school doesn't accept tuition fee until trv is approved), also the sponsor will wrote a letter of support to back it up and stating why he/she is spending such amount on you. |

NathyBongos: Good morning FAM,this thread has actually been very useful to me. I applied for a graduate diploma at memorial university newfoundland for fall 2018 but unfortunately I got a regret mail of not admitted with reasons not stated,as I had a cgpa of 2.42 with four years of teaching experience. What could be the possible cause of rejection and how do I go about re applying?do I need to pay another application fee? and what do I need to check out for so as not to avoid been denied again as the programme has both fall and spring intake an they indicated in the mail that my files are still with them for the next 12months. Gurus in the house I throway salute for una It is only MUN that can tell you why they rejected your application and nobody on this thread is part of the admission board of MUN to give you direct answer to your question. The fact you think your grade was enough to get you the admission doesn't mean it must as there will be other people who have better result and more experience than you. Also, another reason might have been your MOTIVATION LETTER (that's if you included one ) wasn't good enough. So go through your application again and see where you must have got it wrong and repackage your application. Also, you can mail MUN to ask their reasons (but I am very sure they tell you your app was good enough compare to others that applied). Best of luck |

olugere: Paper route Vs online route which is better Both are ok, online is good if you don't have much documents to submit(as there's a limit to what you can submit) while paper can accommodate even a trailer load of documents. if you are in Lagos or Abuja I will advise you go for paper route as it is straight forward (you get to do your biometric immediately ) unlike like online that you will have to wait for biometric invitation (which isn't on the same day of registration). Also due to the exchange rate, online is more expensive compare to paper route. But in all, the route you decide to use has nothing to do with the processing time or outcome |

Please where should my sponsor address his Letter of Sponsorship to? Also, hope having someone in Canada raise bank draft on my behalf isn't a red flag?
*It's urgent o* 1. Canada high commission, Accra Ghana or deputy high commission, Lagos Nigeria. search online for the address 2. That won't be a problem. |

vibrant99: I have a question.... Is it a Miracle or magic that someone is allowed (in this case, VISA) to go and study? In this case is it God or Merit? It is High time we begin to differentiate between Laziness and Hard work in This country. That is why you see someone doing Thanksgiving in the Church for VISA.
A Proverb says " An Impotent man who sees a pregnant woman, Knows he has a problem" Nigeria is the problem, everyone wants to Travel out because the country is terrible, therefore we Misuse the opportunity when we get there.
Even though France made it Visa Free for the countries they colonize, How many of them is Rushing there? Quit bringing God to replace "hardwork" it makes people Lazy. What's your point in this? |

MICHV1: I am a fan of your posts as I do follow this thread silently cos it was the route of my journey. Keep up with the good work and with @Mocbex , @Austinpee and @Frankrobbn1.
People here should appreciate people who answered their questions and helped them put up their application for a successful TRV. Go out there and see what fake agents charge.
Do it yourself and you would be confident that you made it and got a genuine visa. I can boast that I have dual knowledge of both Canada & German admissions and study visa applications respectively. Courtesy of Nairaland.
I said I would drop my news here one day and I have cos of those that always ask me "bro you still dey naija"? the bro..oo don hold him Deutschland visa that will also permit me to enter other 24/26 European countries freely.
Those that sent me PM, I'll respond you while on my PC cos responding PMs with phone bounces back the responded mail.

jnyuwa02: The only challenges I can think of is you started a bsc already. With your most current study transcript, schools would be extremely hesitant to accept you into a masters program. Except if you want to finish the BSC and apply. If a school in CAnada actually admits you, I don't foresee any visa troubles in Germany. You are eligible to apply with your student status in Germany without coming back to Nigeria. Most of the visa problems are in Nigeria. It's gets progressively earsier the further you are away from Nigeria. He can use his first BSc degree to apply for MSc in Canada(especially if the grade isn't bad), cos he didn't mention why he went for another undergraduate programme in Germany instead of MSc. |

chidi4eze: Hello
Good eveenig all;
I recently moved to Germany on a student study visa. I am studying another bsc course despite I have a bsc already from Nigeria.
I would love to apply for an Msc course in Canada though I can still get an Msc course here in Germany.
My question is will my application pull through since I'm already on a student study visa in Germany. What other challenges can I encounter?
Thanks You shouldn't have any issue, just package your app well and you will get it. The scrutiny and processing time should be lesser compared to you applying from Nigeria |

MICHV1: some percentage of this TRV refusals are flimsy excuses by the CIC, this is why I would hardly bother myself deliberating on visa refusal on this page. I was once on this thread, applied to Canada and got refused after putting up a fantastic application. After being beneficial to some many who appreciated me here and to the saboteurs who criticised me that I am being blunt with the truth. I made an exit and deleted my old account. Some people on this thread can be or act some how. Regardless, I operated on a silent mode on German thread and active on its group and worked towards securing Masters admission in Germany which is as tedious and competitive like Canada. I got admitted to study Medical Systems Engineering (completely taught in English) in one of the tuition free universities in Germany with just paying 95€ every semester only which covers my transportation cost too.
I now have my study visa and will be travelling to Germany soon. Trv doctor* ...MichV.. Motto: dem no dey give up on this journey. Try to shame the devil Big big congratulations bro, so happy for you. |

I think we now understand the issue. The account he used to send the money is not the same as his salary account either. So maybe I will submit both (savings accoung which he used to transfer the money to me, and salary account) so they know even though the account runs to zero, he atleast has a steady source of income. Since he has a steady source of income you don't have any problem. Let him show proof of it though(if he is a salary earner he should show his employment letter, work ID and payslip) |

myelims: I am not sure is a good idea. If the guy’s regular inflow doesnt reflect d kind of money put in the wife account. They might be risking LODGEMENT claim. Just my thoughts tho.
If is a one year program. No point proving 2nd year sponsorship. It is not just about proving funds for the second year, the vo expect whoever is sponsoring someone to have enough left for himself and his dependants. That's a FACT! |

I think the whole thing revolves around preventing people from escaping to Canada through education Cc: annaliese88 it is not just saying husband for mouth, she will need to show proof(marriage cert). Also if she can prove that then the husband will serve as a good home tie which will in return help her application |
