Jimmychuks2018: My wife is presently in Canada. In her case she got a letter from Accra that the statement of account she presented was fraudulent....we did not border coming here to ask because if we did, you guys would start judging us that our account was fake. All we did was we went to the bank got a letter, that this account number belongs to this person and that it has been running since so so year and that the bank gave her a statement of account on so so date and the balance on that day was so so amount, that was it, The manager signed and within 2 weeks her visa was approved. Guys Let's stop judging people that come here to seek for help. ITS NOT FAIR!!!!By the way am on spouse open work permit.
For those that are asking about Income cut off for a family visa. They actually use Lico to access SOWP. I saw this in my GCMS note. " The visa officer said he was refusing our application because our account was below lico for a family of 4. All the best to those still waiting for their visa.
uote author=Austinpee4 post=67140242] Nobody is judging anybody and nobody will. Some responses and answers given are most times from what has happened in previous times or from a trend and understandably, it cannot be used to base a conclusion at all times.
However, It will interest you to note that a lot of folks only seek help when they have landed themselves into trouble. Rather than telling the full story, a lot would be hidden under the shelve. This thread has seen countless of situations regarding fraudulent or doctored document. The Canadian visa office especially that of Accra will likely not give a procedural fairness correspondence to an applicant if they have not found out something. It is something they have been doing for years now and from both this forum and outside this forum, it is usually true that these individuals engaged in unscrupulous acts as they test the meticulous nature of these officers. Funny enough, some just dive into their hands not knowing similar fraudulent document(s) have been seen in the embassy by these officers from time immemorial.
Also, do not be too affirmative that everybody that comes here to seek help do so with all sincerity, some just want a way out without letting the cat out of the bag. Nobody would own up to something fraudulent at the first instance. When things seems complicated, the truth lies within. I just needed to point this considering that these things have happened and are not new here. My only advise to people is, if you truly need help, you must make the truth known. I have seen many cases where the embassy soft peddled in their decision on the consequences of a misrepresentation and this often is when the applicant inject element of the truth in the response. The hardly send a procedural fairness letter if they don't find something fishy. It's a waste of time on their part without a strong evidence. The process of a procedural fairness is mandated by their law and has rights for the respondent( applicant). Do you really think an officer would want to give such applicant such advantage if he/she cannot substantiate it? Certainly not!
Regards. Bro, nobody is judging. If you truly read the comments you will know it was more knowing what really transpired between the applicant and his bank. I can remember also telling the guy to his bank to get a letter stating the soa is genuine(that's if he is 100% sure of the authenticity of the soa). We barely know anything about each other here so if I have an issue and I ask for assistance, I should be ready to give every detail concerning my case so people can have a broad idea and can appropriate advise. So, its nothing personal |

Regards. Bro don't mind @Jimmychucks2018, I have said this in the past and will continue to say "whoever gets engage in a fraudulent activity should be willing to face the music". And whoever comes here to seek for advise but only wants to hear the ones that sound pleasing to his/her ears should be ready to face what comes his/her way as well. The guy in question said he was given 7 days to respond to the case of using FAKE soa(not an account with insufficient fund) and when he was asked how he got the soa the guy bailed out, though another moniker came up later to said what the guy did was withdrawing the money from the account immediately after printing the soa (I will love to hear from the main person and not from someone else) |

The guy did not come back because you guys were already judging/ accusing him!!! If it's me I won't come back. Please you guys should stop judging and accusing people. If you can't answer someone's question better leave it for those that are willing to help. Or better still ignore. If you ask question that relates to fraud and you expect people to assist you with answers you must be willing to answer their questions as well. I remember asking him if his account has any fraudulent dealings or if he cooked the whole thing up(cos I know nothing about his account). And like I said earlier, people knowingly use FAKE/COOKED soa with the hope that cic won't crosscheck and also out of desperation only to run back here for a way out. Maybe you have not been on this forum for long but if you want proof you can read the last part and you will see some cases there. |

As for your cousins in Canada, even if you must state it make sure you have enough fund for your living expenses(not that you will now say since you have them there means you don't need to have accommodation money as you will be staying with them)...... make sure you have the required at least $10,000(for your living expenses). Please I want you guys to put me through . I will be very happy to hear from you soon. Thanks Is the account truly fraudulent or has any fraudulent transaction? Very possible, especially if you don't explain your funding to the vo very well. Also someone can be denied for other reasons other than fund. jnyuwa02: Third parties sponsors have scaled through without paying a dime. You must have not been paying attention to the testimonies here. It’s all about the overall credibility the applicant is able to convey to the VO. Why sponsor is sponsoring him and if there has been evidence of past support from the same sponsor if shown, is almost a slam dunk. If he can wait till May and June, I am all for it. But he has what it takes too to apply now in my best opinion. Every month that passes the application processing time is shooting up and some people that applied in June last Missed resumption. Ok bro. |

There are less than 40 universities in Canada, so you can afford to make google your best friend in fishing out all the schools’ deadlines. I see some questions here and I wonder how people asking such questions will cope when they get to Canada. Most people don't want to do any research at all, that's one of the reasons they fall prey to all those dubious people out there. |

jnyuwa02: If the uncle’s reason for sponsoring is credible and convincing enough, that is really all. Transferring money to the applicant’s account might be wholly unnecessary as indicative by those who have been successful in the past sponsored by third parties. But if his uncle is able to do so, transfer money into the applicant account, that is fine too and I welcome it and it might help. But the applicant should know that transferring money by uncle into his own account, is not the only way available to him. He could submit a bank statement with convincing proof why uncle is sponsoring him and will be fine. Maybe top that with 10k Transfer into dorm to add suficient heft to the application. I seriously doubt a third party sponsorship can scale through without the sponsor paying. Merely stating and having enough funds won't be enough to convince the vo, that would have hold water if the sponsor is the applicant's parents or sibling. Since the sponsor will be available around May/June I think the applicant should wait till then before applying |

jnyuwa02: Absolutely you can. VFS Lagos’ somewhat antiquated Lagos Instruction manual actually discourages the paying of school fees before applying for visa. They are right!! I saw someone pay for their entire fees before applying for visa and yet insufficient funds was checked against them as reason for refusal. Go figure! Yes you can go ahead and apply for your visa. You should be fine with financicial docs showing sufficient funds. If CIC wants you to pay, they will inform you. Best wishes!! Cc: abby2443, I think you should wait till when your uncle is ready to make the funds available before you apply. He is a third party and as such would be required to show commitment. Your uncle doesn't have to pay your tuition fee but let him transfer the said amount into your bank account. |

Thebaes: Good afternoon house. Nice job on here. Please I need advise for my brother. He graduated with 2:2 biz admin and wants to go for masters in Canada. All the schools he applied to did not grant him admission except for University of Canada West for masters in business administration. The whole tuition came to 39000cad and I made some research online and the sch doesn't really have good reviews. Is anyone in the school currently? Is it worth it? Between going for University of Canada west and running a diploma in a college which is better? Please advise. First, I think your brother should be here himself and not you(so he can get first hand info). Secondly, the main issue is not getting the admission but getting trv(study visa). If he can afford the $39,000/year + atleast $10,000/year(upkeep) then he should go for the masters programme as he stands a better chance getting his visa with it than a diploma. Thirdly, just like I mentioned earlier LET HIM COME HERE HIMSELF AND GET INFO BY HIMSELF |

You think you fooled them, but the repercussion coming is severe. I have had to visit several of these guys in the United States in prison crying like babies. A word they say is enough for the wise. It is very annoying, my main issue is that they make things harder for genuine applicants. Whoever goes to jail or gets deported because he wants to play a fast one should be willing to face the music. How will you apply for it when the principal applicant(the student) doesn't have any right to be in Canada? You offer letter doesn't qualify you but rather your trv. It is only when your trv is secured that you can now apply for your spouse(you can do that even while in NIgeria as long as trv has been secured). The only thing you can apply for your spouse before your trv approval is visiting and nothing more |
