There is probably no content update on the present page. I use the same browser now and the refresh feature works well. Infact, you can make one of the navigation buttons below to serve the purpose of refreshing when you long press it. To do this, find your way to Settings - General - Gestures; from there you should see options for each button.
There is also the pull to refresh option.

You are supposed to be downloading MIUI11 and not incremental for 10.

Download full latest ROM and install manually. Is the phone new or you are among some who hardly update their phone.

What opinion was stated in the guy's post pls? The post clearly shows he isn't knowledgeable about Xiaomi gadgets. I don't just post/assume until I've done my assignment.
