Stop fooling around. Send a death penalty for kidnapping bill to NASS for immediate passage and set up special courts to handle and adjudicate kidnapping cases for prompt sentencing and execution.
I agree with you 100%.
PoliticsRe: Yinka Odumakin: No Army Can Stop Yorubas When They Are Ready To Fight by middlebelter(m):
kettykin:
I just pray one day Yorubas muster the liver and declare war , they failed to when Abiola was captured and jailed , they failed again when Obasanjo was imprisoned and they failed again when Awolowo was jailed, failed again when June 12 was annulled , failed again when Abiola was murdered. Again they failed when Fasoranti's daughter was murdered .
You must understand the difference between strategist and noisemakers.

Read Odumakin's comment again, Yorubas will only choose war as the last resort. On the case of Abiola and Obasanjo that were jailed, can you tell us the end of the story? Yes, Abiola died but Olusegun Obasanjo another Yoruba man became president, Abiola has been recognized today and June 12 is now Democracy day in Nigeria. That was the alternative to war and the reward.

Now compare the above to the decision of Ojukwu to go to war and its ( if any) benefits to the Igbos in this country today? Respect them , Yorubas do cost-benefits analysis before taking decision and if it becomes imperative to fight, be assured it will be well planned. Are you doubting this? Ask for the strategic role of Chief Awolowo in executing the Civil War withouth running the country bankrupt.

Please lets all choose peace! Juniad deserved to be ignored as a noise maker.

What if he's sabi g lives in another center. There are shortage of doctors in Nigeria. And the rate of producing specialists is tightened these days.
I agree with you on shortage of Medical Doctors.

My worry is that we are not even seen the needed outrage from the citizens on this matter.

I expect everywhere on social media to be on fire , demanding for the true position of event that lead to the death of the young man following the comment of the father. It appears to me that Nigerians are perhaps giving up.

But when they owe us salary or when we work with substandard medical equipments, you won't bring out your dirty mouth outside to ask the government why. Ungrateful beings..
We can't die in the job.
Doctor? Please read my comment again before you start insulting me. I repeat, we respect our doctors that care to stay behind in Nigeria to serve, but you will agree with me that it is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and unpatriotic to fail to report on duty after you have honourably accepted to serve. Imagine if the victim(God forbid) were your blood brother , will you with good conscience not be angry with such colleague whose professional misconduct cause such death? We are not absolving the hospital management from blame, indeed, we expect your union in such hospital to come out with their position on the blame game. We, the citizens, must collaborate with Doctors, hospital Management and Government to ensure our system work. It is in our best interest.

I will like to suggest you don't insult people for their comments on social media.

Is it the doctor's fault? Or perhaps the hospital's for not having someone on premises?
Not sure how calls/rotation work there, but it's possible (in fact probable) that the riots/disturbance restricted movement on the day. RIP Bro!
>
My heart is bleeding with pain! Just imagine a hospital of that status in our dear country? Not issue of competence of the Doctors, but either the hospital could not make a solid arrangement for doctors to be on duty or doctors absconding/ not able to report. Now a life has been lost.

God, please help us and give true leaders.
PoliticsRe: Afenifere And The Politics Of Killer Herdsmen by middlebelter(m): 10:31am On Jul 29, 2019
We the masses know the true leader of Afenifere. Pa Fasoranti's group remain the authentic leader. The other group is a group of politicians in APC. To now categorizes Pa Fasoranti's as PDP allied is gross disservice to Yoruba nation.

Why not condemningbthe Tinubu's camp complete, I think it is time for them to start collaborating with Pa Fasoranti's camp in the interest of Yorubaland.

Victims and families of kidnapping can never be happy not pray for any group that inadvertently encourage this national malaise to continue.

I am strongly in your support on this request.

It is painful and indeed a gross negligence of duty to be out of duty post when a life is at stake. We love and respect our medical doctors but it is a diservice to the nation and indeed humanity to take for granted the confidence reposed on you in saving lives of people.

[quote author=gaetano post=80680003]Abokis can loot ehn. Central Bank of babariga [/quo

I don't know the leader in looting in this country. Yes, northern can loot no doubt especially given that they have more opportunities to government appointments than southerners. However, I am tempted to think that Southerners are leaders in this area. Look at the huge allocations from derivation. Just imagine James Ibori and the way he was celebrated when he returned from UK prison back to Delta state. We are not sure Okowa has not returned the recovered looted funds back to Ibori. Look at Alamesiaye the former Governor of Bayelsa, or shall we talk about Deziene Madueke etc?
PoliticsRe: Shittes: "We Are Not Armed. If We Were Armed, These People Cannot Face Us" by middlebelter(m): 12:19am On Jul 26, 2019
We agree with you. That is the reason we are supporting the FGN against you. Not because we like Buhari or his approach to the crisis, but because we know you are more dangerous to our commonwealth than PMB.

We know PMB is not right to have disobeyed court order, but again, if that your El-zakzaky is released, he may be more dangerous than Bolo Haram leader.

Please tell your people to forget about El-zakzaky and allow peace to reign.

Keep quiet, the govt is fighting a proxy war, we Christians know this. Why can't you Muslims live in peace with your fellow brothers, do you know how many sects that are in Christianity. All these persecution of the Shi'ites is waste time and a waste of our oil money.
Point of correction op, I am a Christian by the grace of God. Do not make the mistake of comparing different denominations to n Christianson with Islamic sect with terrorist tendencies like IMN, we know that Iran doesn't have good reputation in terms of global security and we have to be extremely careful not to allow them turn our country to battle ground.

On what grounds should he not be free?
Threats to security of life and properties, inhibition of freedom of movement of other Nigerians etc as demonstrated in his past activities before incarceration as well as the recent violence of his followers.
PoliticsRe: Again, Police, Shiites Clash In Abuja by middlebelter(m): 7:16pm On Jul 23, 2019
saaron:
What we are see is nothing but religious war and PERSECUTION against Shia in Nigeria. To sum it all up, Buhari's illegitimate govt is using state resources to carry out proxy religious war against Shia.
Now the question begging for answers is; Is Nigeria a Sunni-Islamic State? Who give Buhari the audacity to use state resources to stiffle Nigerian Shiites? Is Nigerian constitution a Sunni document?

You are right both the herdsmen and IMN are dangerous to our country, they share culture of violence with international support.
The only difference is that on is enjoying indirect support of the presidency and the other indirect attack.

If Nigeria decents into total anarchy, Buhari should be held responsible for allowing Saudi Arabia use his empty brain to fight a proxy religious war on Shiites.
The stupidity of this govt's persecution against shiites has made Nigeria appear like a Sunni Islamic country like Afghanistan before the International community when ever it is featured in the News.
Sane Nigerians must stand against Religious Persecution. If this could happen to Shia Muslims today, it could happen to Christians tomorrow.

NOTE; All these violence is a deliberate act by this demon led govt to proscribe IMN.

Meanwhile, fulani terrorist herders that slaughtered thousands of lives are being rewarded with Ruga and brand new Radio stations.
Useless govt.

Like I said, if you check very well.

Have you compared the entry an exit points of the bullet?

Have you watched the video to see how the policemen who were shooting lacked any form of organisation and formation?

Dude.
To be honest, I didn't watch any video, but I can't just trust this IMN sect. Something on my spirit did not agree with them on their violent approach , I strongly suspect them may metamorphose into a terrorist group, given their anticident.
I haven't take a look at professional negligence on the part of the Police.

Perhaps you are one of the IMN terrorist group, otherwise, how do you know it was a stray bullet?
I blame Buhari's approach to handling of serious national matters. He should have addressed the country on why El-zakzaky is not being released on bail, tell us his next action plan. Now we the masses live in fear of our lives in FCT and Senior Police officer and NYSC lost their lives.

I disagree with you on this.

I am not a fan of PMB, but on this I stand with him. Indeed, his approach may be wrong, disobeying court order, but any better way to stop the spread this Iranian terrorist is good.

USA predicted the end of Nigeria bin 2015, could this be part of what they saw?

Yorubas are the dumbest group I've seen in my life. Too much talk and zero in action. I'm not supporting Mr Junaid in anyway but, I've found out that since I was born the yorubas are noted for mouth power and zero action.
You got it wrong, they always do a cost-benefit analysis of whatever action they want to take before embarking on it. You will notice that the APC leaders in Yorubaland are silent? When it comes to strategies, respect them.
Forget about Junaid, middlebelt b has a strategy for him. If Igbo want Nigeria to part , work with Yorubas. The day Yorubas say it is over, that is the end of the Republic. Middle Belt will not go with the North and SE are very likely to jump at such declaration.
PoliticsRe: I Won't Issue Fresh Proclamation For Edo Assembly, Obaseki Tells APC, Reps by middlebelter(m): 10:42am On Jul 23, 2019
Reading all the comments above makes it appears as if people forget so soon. Did Godwin not benefit from Oshiomole's godfatherism? Did Oshiomole not appoint him head of his economic management team and thereafter imposed him as APC candidate against the wish of his Deputy Governor and SSG? Now that their relationship is going sour his boasting of a fight back?,let him fight. If he wins, we congratulate him if otherwise, he should remember that when you ride on a tiger, you are likely to end up in its belly.

Some are saying Edo APC are with Godwin, that is good for him if true, but how many of the state House of Assembly members are with him?,how many National Assembly members are with him?

What would u have them do .

..approach a court they have done that buhari refuse to hear the court

Peaceful protest they have done that buhari refused

Tell what they should do
they should go back to court and pursue matter to Supreme Court. They have history of violence and we cant watch why another Boko Haram evolves.
I am a strong critic of PMB, but on Shiite Matter, he has my support at least *05. All I want him to do is appeal the Court ruling if hes not ready to comply or work out a controlled release of El-Zakzaky the violent man.

We must not forget in a hurry the way Boko Haram started. Although we are not seeing seriousness in the handling of the protest, but we should not give support to an Islamic sect that has been threatening violence.

Although PMB should have complied with court judgement by releasing their leader at the same time the precedence of violence on their part and support of Iran will support the use of every available strategies to stop their spread.

PoliticsRe: Why Obasanjo Is Not A Democrat – Presidency by middlebelter(m): 12:44pm On Jul 22, 2019
Nigerian are wise and they know who is right and wrong Shehu. Listen, OBJ handed over power to a democratically elected leader in 1979, he became president and handed power over to another democratically elected leader.

PMB, planned a coup to overthrow the democratic government set up by OBJ, reversed the gains of democratic experience, he came back crying after his overthrow that he has learnt his lessons, Nigerians, gave him a second chance, but alas, what has been our experience? Insecurity of lives and properties. The Fulanis have been alleged to have killed more than the Book Haram, yet, when you draw PMB'S attention to it, he suddenly brand you unpatriotic, undemocratic etc.Did OBJ not attack IBB Govt, Abacha,Ya'adua, GEJ etc. Did you not clap for him when his criticism was in your favour?
Please go tell your principal to resign if he can't solve the security challenges of Nigeria.

I sometimes wonder who the Yoruba's support between OBJ and Tinubu, very soon they'll start calling OBJ an IPOB youth.
What you need to know is that Yorubas are very divided across political and social lines.

However, when it comes to security of lives and property, take our it, Yorubas are silently supporting OBJ for exposing PMB's unholy "body language". Tinubu appears to be controling the political landscape but not many are happy with his undignified silence of the various killings and kidnapping in Yorubaland.

Fanwo, I don't know your age but it is not good for your image and posterity to start selling a bad product to the market. It will hurt you and your generations unborn if you don't desist. Must you work for GYB?

Just imagine you coming here to tell us the man built roads, hospitals etc without supporting your claims with example? I passed through Lokoja the State Capital a few weeks ago and the state headquarter is not but a glorified village. The road passing the front of the state House of assembly was filled with put-holes and most of the states in the state are in bad shapes. Your principal has bagged the worst performing Governor in the country not paying salaries for many months.

Listen , we are not unaware of your plan to rig the election through intimidation of voters like you did during the last state House of assembly election, but be reminded even use of force has its limits and the God that delivered Nigeria from the hands of Abacha and the Youth Earnestly Ask Abacha group will deliver our people from the hands of your principal and people like you. Where are they today.
