[quote author=Mrkumareze post=77446532] that's how to know serious citizens unlike we naija . We only protest on tweeter[/quoteWhat you need to know is the political environment over there is different from Nigeria. The voice of the people are united against 30 years misrule. Is there any issue Nigerian are united against that will never be subjected to religious or tribal sentiments? |
We are praying for him and this time around, he will succeed. That boy Governor must go to jail this time. You will be surprise that we shall vote for him across tribal and party line. |
Frankiss44:Any party that try to be the instrument doe the breach of this gentlemen agreement must know it is signing its extinction notice. When, PMB contested against the gentleman agreement he lost. Let the likes of Lawal Babchir the grass cutter continue to run their mouth carelessly on such a sensentive matter, time will take care of them |
objobj:The right to respond is what I am taking up right now! Did you read report the National Assembly on this matter. Did you watch the live public hearing on NTA last years and how Natasha Akpoti and her team exposed the hypocrisy of PMB government on this subject? I shouldn't waste my time on your quality of mind set. |
Naajjii:You can't drag me to go personal with you. I have know idea of your age, but you know what, if a mature adult is talking, I can recognise one. A kì mo Ọ̀sọ́ ju ìyá Ọ̀sọ́ lọ́. I am a Lagosian from Kogi state. I feel compelled to qrite this because you think people should not defend the Igbo that are criminals, whereas if you loom as your village, you probably will find a least a criminal. Yes, I have had to take position on issues that aome Igbos attack me on this platform, but I will always speak the truth. |
I hope all the Buharists can now see why many of us doubts the sincereity of PMB. You can't appropriate $1b from excess crude account to fund the completion of q major Steel Mill Plant in the world, a plant that can reposition our economy within the short term, but you can flagrantly allocate $1b to deposit for arms acquisition from USA despite the fact that we have to wait for a long time for the arms to be built and supplied? PMB and his managers know that thier reasons for nit signing this Ajaokuta Iron and Steel Industry bill cannot stand superior arguments from Nigerians. He probably prefer to share rhe money in excess crush as Trader Money whenever election is coming? You also know that it is a big lie to say that Ministry of Mine and Steel Development was not consulted. PMB, this is most unfair. This current Governor if Ekiti, Kayode Fayemi was due invited to public hearings and letter were sent, but he refused to attend and also stopped his PS from attending. PMB, I guess if Ajaokuta were in Katsina State your position would have been different. You know what, power is transcient and whatever you do today, your children will reap it. I urge you to reconsider your way. National Assembly should helobus veto this bill joor |
Naajjii:Please stop attaching tribal sentiments to everything. Yes, the names are igbo names but how do explain the damage done by Boko Haram on our collective image, the ritual killings and Kidnappers of all forms cutting across tribal lines. Please understand my position clearly, I am not in support and can never support criminals, but when you want to enforce justice, make sure the innocent don't have to suffer. It is a moral principle of law. So, don't kill until it is very clear and declared by a court of competent jurisdiction that the are worthy of death. |
revolt:I am from middlebelt and I completely disagree with your position on this. Do you have value for life? The law say not guilty until declared guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction. Please note am not supporting criminal acts, because bad representation will affect our collective image. You will agree with me that if the economy of this country had been well managed and the guys were gainfully employed, their chance of getting involved in crime would have been near impossible. Give them a second chance, getting rehabilitated and gainfully employed. |
I am a married man and I have been at least more than a decade. I will like to ask you once again, are you sure this your account is true? Perhaps if we have the benefit of hearing your husband's account, our conclusion may be different, however, based on your account of the situation: It may not wrong to conclude that the man has an ulterior motive with the intention to scatter your family. The attitude of your husband too is suspicious, he should not sell you cheaply to his friend . I will recommend that you either report him to his father or mother or your pastor or any mutually respected person by both of you. |
Good guy! Although this is not the first time I've been reading about this guy and his good heart at giving help to the needy. I pray God will grant him unusual favour in his career to recive multiple of that which he has been giving. Now, nobody should be surprised that this guy has always been the one scoring most goals in the word cup for Nigeria in the last two tournaments. Ahmed Musa, may Hod bless you fir teaching us that giving to the needy is a good thing. |
I am from the North Central. Orji Kalu, I may not like you as a person, but on superior argument, you have my support. There's no justification for zoning DSP to NW when PMB is from NW. SE must hold a key position if we are truly serious about the unity of this country. There is no excuse, Kalu is an APC Senator from SE. Equity! Fearness! Justice! I AM WITH ORJI KALU! |
BuhariAdvocate:Our Presidential system of Government was built on the principle of separation of power. Although the three arms are separate, you can't clear put them water three water cam]ns without interaction. To achieve a smooth running of the Government, it is advocated in some quarters that a strong blend should be achieved between the legislators and the executive, therefore part often seek to have thier memebers occupy key committee leadership for ease of policy execution. However, we must realise that the running of the day to day governance of a country is not all about a party affairs , but what is in the best interest of the country. Therefore, we should perhaps seek the best hands to man the key position in such away that the best interest of the country will be pursued as against the interest of a particular party. In that light I will implore APC not to take the path of winner takes it all because it can be counterproductive. |
dierich:This is about your life. The action of your "friend" who does not want to take the risk of taking his partner in sin home has both spiritual and legal implications for you. Commiting sin of fornication makes God to be angry with the sinner and someone aiding the sin. It is recorded in the Holy Bible that fornicators will have their part in the lake of fire. Why then will you risk God's anger against yourself just because you can't tell him the truth to someone who is ready to make God angry with you and spoil the works of your hands. Remember the accommodation was provided by God and he can take it away from you if you use it against His will. Legal angle of the matter, if anything should happen and the girl sleeps and fail to wake up, your so called friend will run away, you may be surprised that you are the one that will be jailed for murder. Hey guy brave up and set yourself free from enemy - friend. You have been warned. |
This Akintola that is not even recognize in Kano or Sokoto. The Fulanis will not share a mosque with him or his people on friday and he's go up and down disrupting the school time-table system. It is not in his best interest to drive his Yoruba people into this avoidable crisis. The Yorubas will be the biggest loser in the long run. I advice the Yoruba leaders to handle this man's matter carefully before he push them to avoidable crisis. The north has always been the winner at the expense of SW on matter of this nature. |
This is a very serious matter " movic and @ onecorner please don't turn this all serious matter a tribal debate. Now to the matter. Why do we take our children for granted in this country as if God has made a mistake blessing us with children. No one can tell if any of these kids will become president tomorrow or if any one will make a discovery that will turn around our suffering as a people. Not even a single parent can Voltaire to lead them through neither the teacher or school authority? Perhaps we will be asking too much if we ask the LGA to provide a bridge or the state Government. The masses in this country are the biggest challenge, it is almost an aberration to ask question or demand service from government or elected representatives. I am sure the area where this river is located has a counsellor in the LGA, a House of Assembly member in the State, House of Representative and Senator but the masses prefers hailing the politicians than demanding service and accountability .All at the expense of our innocent children. |
I feel very ashamed of the way APC is running this country. Imagine if GEJ showed this type of respiration in rigging election, would PMB be in Aso Rock today? You deployed DIG, AIG etc and there was violence? Will it be safe to conclude the police helped Ganduje to victory against the wish of Kano people? Will Ganduje have have saying this is democracy im action if he has lost by tge same margine he won? |
AnalQueenluci:I am from Kogi State. Now tell me where Kogi state belongs in this country. Except your teachers did not teach you Social Studies /Geography. Not everyone finds it easy to lie. Don't be tribal bigot. It doesn't pay. It may be this people you hate with passion that may end up preserving your life or some of your children. Love us what the scripture preaches. Stop hating! |
Anago50000:Exactly people of your mind set are the reasons SE is not getting the right alignment in politics. I repeat go and do your research I am from the middle-belt and I work in SW the earlier you learn to forge ahead by aligning with SW the best for the Southern Nigeria. I can say with some confidence that if SE approach SW without domineering tendencies the power equation will change and North Central will support. |
ChristianNorth:For the purpose of record and avoidance of doubt, I am from the geographical Middle Belt of this country, I am a Christian that eschew anything that can breed hatred and violence, and I live in SW. Now I repeat, we don't need all this your gospel of hatred in this country, when we have issues, we attack it not individuals or region and when we single out individuals like you and PMB you become our project. Nigeria need bridge builders not people that will separate us. Infact don't come here to criticise PMB's action on as marginalisation because you aren't better. |
ChristianNorth:This your thread is a complete disservice to this country and to those people that live in SW. The leading voice against the suspension of CJN and the main voice supporting the suspension are both from SW. Thankfully you mentioned Femi Falana. There are thousands of us that were opposed to the decision of PMB from SW, for you to now make it a SS vs SW affairs is nothing but mischief. Despite the hard way GEJ was opposed by OBJ, you history will be incomplete to say Obj from SW was not one of the main hands God used to elevate him and a coloration of anti SW to the whole issue should be dismissed. |
Shayetet13:I am one of the people that SE should be encouraged abd supported to produce a president, but we must realuse that the game of power is played in a democracy through negotiations not intimidation. It will be absurd for you to think that other people will hand over power to you through intimidation without going through the political negotiations process. I therefore wish to appeal to people like you to find a way to align SE abd SW with mutual suspicion, through that you can get middle belt to support you to decide flow of power in this country. Let me say without any fear of contradiction that as long as SE continues to disagree with SW, NW will continue to decide who rule this country. If you are in doubt, check the history of the country. |
Amuocha:Stop all this attack on SW and Yoruba/media it is an unfair thing to do. There are are thousands of SW, Yorubas and Lagosians supporting CJN Onnoghen. Always lets attack the issues, by deviating to attack a particular segment of the society you will inadvertently be attacking some of your supporters |
Paul Biya is one of the few despots that survived the civil upraise against dictators the consumed Moamar Qaddafi, etc Unfortunately, for reasons best known to the people at the corridors of power in Nigeria, the country has ignored the crisis in Southern Cameroon. When the Southern Cameroon agitated join their Francophone Cameroon and eventually got their desire granted through a plebiscite, they thought lives will be better than in Nigeria.Today, the descendants of the people that fought to be separated from Nigeria will probably be very angry with the unwise decision of their progenitors. Biya should know that no matter how long he ruled, he wont be in power for ever. |
9jvirgin:Wrong conclusion. That's exactly what the devil want you to believe. They truth remain that not majority are supporting Gay Priesthood, also the people that brought us Christianity areall dead, if some of thier descendants are now trying to descreate the same religion, please don't hail them m because thier judgement is imminets |
if you are not married yet, please just walk away. A broken relationship is better than a broken marriage. |
Amagite3:Daddy Freeze or whatever you call yourself, you can't come here with your heresies. There is a wide difference between separation and divorce. Perhaps you should start by using your own family as a case study if you cant stop talking. |
Xinzu:Do you have an idea about tge number of souksvthat have been sent to untimely death due to defects in new automobile that resulted in accidents? Now imagine aircraft defects, it is better imagined than experienced. In automotive industry accidents survival is possible and higher but in aircrafts, possibility of survival is more like zero than any other figure. As end users of members of the society, we must constantly demand perfection and not assume the engineers know better. |
Xinzu:new products with manufacturer defect are worse than old products that have been tested over years. |

You will soon win HIV/AIDS medal. There's reward for every transaction.Do you know that? |
StarUp:Baba may be supporting PDP at national level, he is not a member if PDP. |
Can this woman give us a break? Assuming her claim were true, which I have reason to doubt, has the man not been surviving ever since you separated? Are you still paying for the upkeep of his first chid from his - ex after your separation? Are there not thousands of women supporting their husbands in better ways without resorting to public or market square dancing like you have been doing? If an average woman is like you, I mean from the account we have been reading about you in social media, this world will be a terrible place to live. TO THE THOUSANDS OF WOMEN OUT THERE SUPPORTING THEIR HUSBANDS I SAY HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY TO YOU. Please dont play Tonto-Dikeh's script. |
