blank: Endemic is the appropriate word. It can be used to refer to plants and animals that are exclusively found in a particular place Indigenous is when the species can also be found in other places |

CAPSLOCKED: You dont need to write reams about somebody to acknowledge that they have impacted popular culture at large. I see your point but the comparison in this case doesnt make sense. Most people can at least understand the effect he had on the sport even if its only a tangential connection. Thats not to mention his insane work ethic and determination which was very inspirational. |

Osidazz19: Im sure he would love to drive his car like a normal person but you can imagine the disturbance if people see Kobe Bryant on the road. He has been travelling by helicopter for a long time before all this 1 Like |

EgunMogaji2: Okay, but it has been cited by official news sources as the cause of the crash which is why everybody is disagreeing with you. News correspondence is not necessarily "Beyonce" and you cant deny that even the LA police department grounded its aircraft yesterday because of poor visibility Anyway federal investigators havent yet reported their findings so its as yet unknown |
Sports / Re: Gianna Bryant & 3 Others Killed In Helicopter Crash With Kobe by midnighter(f): 8:37am On Jan 27, 2020 |
jozz: He could not travel by road because people would be disturbing him all the time or somebody may try to kill him. Travelling by air was his best option and he has been commuting by air for years |
Sports / Re: Gianna Bryant & 3 Others Killed In Helicopter Crash With Kobe by midnighter(f): 8:34am On Jan 27, 2020 |
EgunMogaji2: Poor visibility has been cited as the cause of the crash. Several planes didnt even take off yesterday because of the fog |

Rosskiye: They have to make sure they look into the maintenance of that thing and do a toxicology report on whoever was flying it...because he's black they will be trying to sweep it under the carpet...hopefully they will get to the bottom of it |

Politics / Re: Nigerian Soldiers Drinking Dirty Water (Video) by midnighter(f): 8:39pm On Jan 26, 2020 |
Gabbriell: Wait a second. Are you saying that they dont give them filtration kits or at least tell them to BOIL water before drinking it? I mean just boiling! That our grandmothers used to do. Who drinks mud? MUD I am not even being deliberately provocative, I am just incredulous. Are you a military man that can attest to lack of training by the Nigerian Army? You dont need to reply to me but what youre writing doesnt make sense. Did you watch the video? How do you expect us to react at home I cant see somebody bending to scoop dirty water and feel sympathy for the dude, sorry Its not like the majority of people in this country even have pipe-borne water in the first place. At least the government is to blame for that but what I watched in that video needs some explanation 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Nigerian Soldiers Drinking Dirty Water (Video) by midnighter(f): 8:27pm On Jan 26, 2020 |
SIRTee15: If they havent been trained properly then they can only be partially blamed. Although that should be one of the first things included in boot camp, along with First Aid and land navigation. Otherwise what did they actually teach them?? What do they have inside their backpacks if not very cheap filtration kits and water steriliser? I mean what do they actually give them Chai..! If the superiors are to be blamed then let it be so, because that video was nothing but a show of idiocy by the Nigerian Army as a whole. I am truly reeling at watching a fully grown man scoop from grey water like an illiterate. |

Ramsak1: Do you believe that apostates should be killed? Do you believe that non-Muslims are second class citizens? Do you believe that the witness of a woman in court is only worth half that of a man (or even less than that)? Do you believe that blasphemy should be punished by death (as nearly happened to a Christian Pakistani woman who had a war of words over the difference between Jesus and Mohammad and was nearly torn to pieces by her Muslim sisters)? I mean, if you people don't eschew these things then you are part of the problem. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Nigerian Soldiers Drinking Dirty Water (Video) by midnighter(f): 7:49pm On Jan 26, 2020 |
Gabbriell: I don't see why a fully trained soldier would drink water full of sand, bacteria and parasites which will make him sick in the future. Maybe you can explain it to me. Is a soldier who is experiencing diarrhoea useful to anybody at all Are you trying to say that these people walk around without basic filtration equipment How come we don't hear this from all those ones posted to Syria and Afghanistan? Sorry but all that you're writing here is just excuse. I am starting to believe those on this forum who say that black people are a problem to themselves |

alfasexy: Exactly, though I appreciate their service, I'm sorry to say that those soldiers are quite stupid. In military training they teach you to make proper use of materials you find in your environment to survive. That includes being able to source clean water and seeing which plants are edible. I don't see what properly trained army personnel would drink straight from a stream. Even to store the water and allow the sediments to settle at the bottom of the drum, they couldn't smh 13 Likes |

Ayilara1: Stop it my friend. Vulnerable people from broken homes, poor educational backgrounds, or who are culturally alienated from society crave structure and order in their lives and end up falling prey to prescriptive Islamist ideology. Instead of Muslims to fight against extremist interpretation and push for religious reform toward moderate Islam, they stay there making excuses. Yes, books. Books are 2 million times more powerful than arms. Your Prophet saww is the one that said so! They sell disgusting books in Islamic bookshops about how Jews are pigs and dogs. When the government tells them to remove it, after a few months they still begin to sell them again. They use imported Wahhabi materials to teach small children in Islamic schools not to be friends with the Kufaar. This information is freely available! I don't know what you're arguing about. Stop trying to cover up atrocity. A true Muslim would not be happy with Saudi Arabia in this respect. 4 Likes 2 Shares |
