Just print out on photo paper as you would for pictures. The pictures have to be clear when uploaded so your print has to be as sharp and clear as possible. I doubt that it will work that way because organisations like TLS are usually careful about using external devices to avoid a breach of their computer systems and network. Why don't you print very clear copies and take it with you for the assisted service appointment? TLS accepts clear, A4 colour photocopies. Kinzzle: Hii, please for assisted service can I give them soft copy of my documents to upload for me as I don’t have hard copy of some. @mimilyrics |

24 hours before the appointment though the VAC normally gives a 15 min grace before categorizing you as a no-show on the appointment day. If you miss your appointment, you can book a new appointment 24 hours after your initial appointment or use the walk-in service if available. If the appointment can't be rescheduled on the site, mail UKVI giving reason for the missed appointment so that this option is enabled for your account. Not sure if there are changes to the rescheduling system now due to the high volume of applications. gracedforever: Thank you so much. He should have taken this up with the school before now because the school is the only one that can answer this question. Normally, a CAS status is changed to obsolete once it's used and cancelled once it's revoked. I suspect that your friend's CAS might have been revoked but only the school can confirm that. gracedforever: Thank you so much. What if he just decides to apply using the old CAS? since that's what was on his application form. Do you think the old CAS is now invalid or redundant? If you've got a scholarship covering your tuition balance / maintenance, choose yes. Selecting yes or no on the IOM form won't affect your visa application if the sponsorship situation changes. brainz360: Hello guys... please this a quick one. I'm currently filling the IOM form. I'm kinda confused, don't know the option to select here..

It's quite sad but then, to each his own. A lot of people are scared shitless of visa refusals but oftentimes, this fear bites them in the a** as most agents are just after their own persinal financial gains. Skymoore1004: Funny thing about this is that majority of applicants are only using the study route as a way of leaving Nigeria.
They cannot answer these questions. Infact, some of them ask agents to just apply to any course that will give them offer quickly . Some will opt for courses that they will not even study for free, if it was to be taught in Nigeria. Their own is just to pay agent & go for application submission, nothing more.
Agent will choose the course, write personal statement & just send them offer when it’s out.
P:S: I’m just making a random statement, you guys should not pick offence o. |

Even though your husband doesn't qualify as an official sponsor, it doesn't mean that he can't give you money towards your studies. If you're asked for the source of the funds in your account, just mention that your husband gave you the funds. Sommylove5: @mimilyrics please I need your response to this .
Am applying for tier4 student visa together with my husband and my child . The majority of the money for our account statement was transferred to me by my husband to my account then my personal savings . My husband has been working for 7years while I have worked for 5years. Using valid and "if its expiry is less than six months" in the same sentence seem contradictory but from another angle, valid in this case might also mean valid as in from the authorized test centre because any TB test certificate from any centre apart from IOM is automatically invalid. naledis: I also wrote to them and got the same reply but be careful with your interpretation. It says a VALID tuberculosis certificate and what I understand this to mean is that the certificate should be valid (tenable, not expired) at the time you make your application.
The concession is that if the certificate then expires say a few days after your application has been submitted or before a decision is made, and the expiry date has not gone past 6 months, then it would be accepted.
I don’t think this email expressly means you can submit an expired or invalid certificate with your applications.
This is my opinion though. @justwise @mimilyrics |

I can only make 2 suggestions here: 1. Cancel the application and reapply using the new CAS. A refund will be effected to the payment card but this might take about 28 days to be effected. 2. Include a cover letter detailing the circumstances behind the change in the CAS information with the submitted application. I'm not 100% certain that this will work as it will require the ECO linking the already submitted application to the new CAS. gracedforever: Hello everyone. Please, a friend had a new CAS issued to him because of a particular change that needed to be made. However, the new CAS has a new CAS number and he has already applied with the old CAS number.
Please, what can he do as his appointment is very early tomorrow morning.
Any help will be appreciated please @mimilyrics |

What were your considerations for choosing your course? Did you choose it as a result of your previous work experience or because you want to switch careers? If you are returning to your employer, how does this benefit your employer? Will it result in a pay raise for you at work? How does it satisfy your professional goals? Of what benefit is the course to you? Benefit is in terms of professional development / achievement or financial compensation. Did you check other courses? If yes, why did you choose this course above the other ones? What short or long term goal does this fulfil? The answers to the above questions will enable you make the reason for choosing your course sound more personalized. asatin007: Any ideas on how to personalize my answer on "Why did you choose this course". Pls read the comments by Oloshi83 Cyberknight and TheGuyFromHR ; they are apt answers to your question. You don't have to lie that you're the source of the money in her account; don't do something that will affect your application negatively. Forget the agent, read the tier 4 guidance. It's well within the T4 rules for students to be sponsored by their parents. JBArokonkwo1: Please I have a question........ My wife is applying for tier 4 visa and I'm applying as dependant. We have our proof of funds in her account.... The agent we are using said when she's asked who is paying for her fees and maintenance, she should say it's her father. I'm just thinking if it won't be more proper for her to say her husband? I am a medical doctor doing residency,I am also thinking if they won't doubt my being able to sponsor her since my salary is merely 300k and we have about 13 million in her account.....please advice accordingly.....thanks alot |

quote author=mimilyrics post=92901180]1. No, it's not a must. The advice is just to avoid a situation in which you make a count error on your part.
2. Even if you extend the printing, the days after your application won't count, the ECO will just count backwards from the day you submit. The 28-days that UKVI needs must be before your application.
3. Did the deposit come in before or during your 28-day count? You don't need to submit CAC or employment documents except they help your application. |

Oftentimes, a brief explanation will suffice. You don't need to submit documents that might jeopardize your application except they will strengthen your application. Who's giving you money for your course? If your family gave you the money for your studies, mention this if asked for your source of funds in your account. Do you intend to return to your employer after your course? If yes, has your employer granted you leave of absence for this? If yes, then you can include a letter from your employer stating your employment details (date of employment, salary e.t.c.) and confirming that you've been granted study leave. You'd also have to know what benefit your course will be to your employer and what your expected salary and position will be upon your return to the organisation. You need to be able to relate why you chose your course to your professional and business goals. You also need to have some knowledge about your school and the environment while highlighting the reasons for choosing your school or the UK as your study destination. You need to know what accommodation and transportation options are available to you and have an estimate of the monthly costs. If you aren't returning to your employer, you don't need a letter from your employer. Your bank statement and a brief explanation for your source of funds is sufficient, if asked. In this case, if you mention that you're looking to take up employment in Nigeria after your course in another / any company, you should have an idea of the industry pay range for your level. This will convey that you understand the benefit / advantage that studying will give you in terms of salary. If you're solely sponsoring yourself (not getting money from your family or an official financial sponsor) and you feel that your current salary will make the ECO question your financial stability or whether the funds are truly available to you, just forget about a letter from your employer. It's not compulsory to submit one. Flezi1: Hi house,
Please I would like to know what is the very best answer to this question. “How would you be able to sponsor your self”. I am 35 and the funds is already in my account for 4 months now.
I intend to say I would be sponsoring myself and would seek support from family if the need arise. Do I have to include evidence such as employment letter or account balance showing how I earn. Or the answer is acceptable without any evidence.
Also find attached a sample rejection letter I saw online that is getting me scared. |

Ok. You've basically got it covered, you're awaiting CAS, made your TB appointment and gotten your documents together. You can start filling your application form and update it with your CAS details before submitting after your funds have been held for 28 days. gsk4reality: Thanks for your response @mimilyrics.
