Why are they left without food? Is it that difficult to get food in or to an airport? Or is the article typical Nigerian hyperbole?

God bless Mr President!
Some of us had the opportunity of seeing Nigeria glory days in the past, so we are excited that Mr Buhari is reviving our collapsed infrastructure.
What did you ingest to type such rubbish?

Keep dreaming . The average Nigerian is religious so it's only God that knows where you got this figure from .
Religion subsides as soon as people have access to information. That has been the global trend over the past century.

Christianity Etc › Re: Nigeria’s Growing Atheist Community by mmsen:
Namnam:
Our atheist community has only existed since 2014 and it went from 1 to 900k in less than a decade
There have always been atheists but in a society where ignorance, religious bigotry and persecution are the norm they stayed quiet.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Declines Germany’s Offer To Train Policemen by mmsen: 5:34pm On Nov 26, 2021
ivolt:
Result of what?
100% of Nigerian special forces are trained abroad.
100% of fighter pilots get major part of their training abroad.

Just ask anyone you know in the military, they will tell you the results!

Just look at the locally trained NDA graduates, they are specialist in running away from Boko haram
while abandoning weapons they claim they don't have.

Hong Kong riot lasted for months, it was stopped without the need for armed reinforcement even when the protest
turned violent.

It is wise to learn from those who are experienced and better.
What good have either of those foreign trained troops been at home?

And why do you assume it is the foreign training that will solve the issues that cause troops to go AWOL? There are many things going on within the armed forces that make life hard for those on the front lines, where they are trained isn't even in the top 100 issues.

Can you imagine?
This is what is called Agídí tálíka (poor man's arrogance) in Yoruba.
Nonsense undecided
Not really, traditionally Africans have been very quick to send people abroad for training and what has been the end result?

It's one thing to bring in foreign instructors but sending entire classes abroad is senseless.

The UK is a funny place, they have one of the highest infection rates in the world, it should be the rest of the world banning UK travellers.

BRATISLAVA:
Why are they the only ones with a constantly mutating variant?

Is there something about the people there that we don't know? It would be interesting to see their covid infection rates to see how true this news is.
They aren't the only ones.

Money doesn't make you a decent person and people with self respect won't care if you have money, it's about values. but the problem with OP's post is that women DO flock to men with money. tongue

Oh, so foreign women aren't the angels that Nigerian men are running to anymore? Isn't it your women that are the devils? Or have you been lied to about foreign women? Women who the red pill was made for?

LMAO.
I've never called Nigerian women especially bad. They're no different from foreign women, once they know the system is in their favor they abuse it.

Who is the deadbeat if not the woman waiting on this man to keep supporting her?

Is she his child?

Whenever I read news like this,I'm either tempted to ask God why He brought me to Nigeria or what's His plan for creating it in the first place. Since they've denied nothing of such happened,I'll be the last person to ever believe anything from them again. They're bunch of liars and hypocrites. Wicked and heartless beings.
Maybe it's time you grow up and stop believing in fairytales.

If Nigerians did that their country probably wouldn't be the way that it is.

I disagree, marriage is not overatted, it has always been the building block that held our community together
What community would that be?

The same one in which thievery and dishonesty are the norm?

The one in which security, electricity and safe drinking water are luxuries?

Tell me more about these building blocks....

Travel › Re: Shortcut To Death: Abuja Residents Shun Pedestrian Bridges by mmsen: 4:42pm On Nov 14, 2021
I see such nonsense everywhere in Africa.

Not just pedestrian bridges but even sidewalks are eschewed by a lot of people, they prefer to get hit by vehicles than make use of any pedestrian friendly infrastructure.

Strange people.
