You went out with your friend to the bar, you ordered for drinks, but before they brought the drinks, you went out to make a call. When you came back, your friend has already opened it for you and even poured it in the glass.

You asked him why he did that, he said the waiter wanted to use the opener for another customer so he said let him kuku open it for you.

You move the drink one side and order for another drink. Why you guys finished drinking, you paid for the drink he opened which you didn't drink along with the ones you drank.

When you get home you receive a WhatsApp from this supposed friend asking you what you see him as, that are you trying to say he was trying to poison you? You try to reply him but he has already blocked you on Whatsapp. You try to call him but it's showing busy meaning he has blocked your number as well.

Did I do something wrong. Why would you open a drink and pour it out for someone when he didn't ask you to do so?

Don't mind him,you did the right thing, prevention is better than cure. He could have easily erased your suspicion by drinking it himself.

Am currently in a relationship with a 31yr old lady for about 2 month now.
She want to buy iPhone 12pro max and she doesn't have the total money.
She has being complaining about how her phone (techno phantom) isn't good enough for pictures and videos bla bla bla from the time we met.

Intellectuals and the good people of nairaland. I just experienced one of the biggest shocks of my life.

As a student of the federal university, I saw a publication for the post of a front desk at a big cyber cafe close to the north wing of our school gate. I applied and followed the recruitment exercise which took 3 weeks of test and interview.

Out of 15 of us that applied for the job of 25k per month, I was picked. I loved it because it only start from 4pm till 9pm. Normally our lectures is from 7am till 1pm. I was happy because it will help me save for my school fees and I hoped to liaison with the students there to learn graphic designing. A skill I love but finance is a burden to enrol and to get a PC.

I was told to resume on Monday. I went there in the evening and the owner came and say my services are no longer needed. I was shocked. I asked him what I did? He didn't answer me. It was the other staff, the manager that told me he will communicate it to me. From Monday till now, I didn't hear from them.

Please, what should I do? I am confused. For those who had similar experience what was your cause. I am so so sad with this. My hope is dashed.
