@rukemi,a brea.st pump is important if u might want to pump milk for baby when u are going out and u don't want to breas.tfeed outside or u want to resume work soon and u want to do exclusive BFeeding.so u can pump ur milk and kip.

let me not lie, I actually have a big tummy.after my first baby, I lost all the extra weight but eventually due to lack of exercise, everytin came back double.
I was actually working on my weight wen I got pregnant again so no more dieting or exercise. Anyway, still enjoying d attention.

I tried to concieve actively for 12months before I got pregnant. I was taking moringa once in a while and tried to lose some weight. My husband went on wellman and I was on folic acid.we increased our prayer life.I didn't do tests cos I already have a child so I didn't know wat to think. I was actually planning to do homonal profile in june when I got pregnant.u know the rest of the story.
I remember I also used herbal soap to wash my vj cos of EDA.tho I wasn't consistent sha.
@ms juamata, I think if u go to this women that sell herbal stuff, they should be able to get u a drink or soap for it

When I had my first baby sef, I was just feeling contractions, no blood no water and I was dillating. the doctor was abt to burst my water b4 it now burst itself. Don't worry, when its time, ur body will tell u by itself.u will know.

@dreams, I know that eating lots of avocado pear boosts fertility. And ice cream. Yes! Whole milk ice cream. Heard skimmed milk inteferes wit ovulation sometimes. And eat plenty of beans.
