PoliticsRe: U.S Delivers Damning Verdict On GEJ’s Anti-corruption War by murtalaa(m): 6:23am On May 27, 2012
ijigbamigb: Well I think he actually attended same school GEJ. PHD attended...
Mr. Natural Scientist, There exist no direct relationship between a free and fair election and good governance, though a free and fair election is an important requisite for good governance as a free and fair election assures legitimacy and acceptability. In the case of GEJ, we should study him from the behavioral perspective taking his personal idiosyncrasies into consideration. His policies reflects the kind of PERSON he is...his reaction to National Security Issues, Oppositions, elder statesmen (eg. Chinua Achebe after rejecting the national award), economic matters, his choice for cabinet members...etc. All these things mentioned here and many more portrays him to be a mere opportunist who rode on the hungry desire of Nigerians to shift power from the north to the South for the sake of development...

i wish to say more but bat3 low... cry cry
there is a saying that its better to remain silent and be perceived a fool than to speak and remove all doubts. Just go over your post and tell me if you have not proved what i said. Requirement implies dependability and hence the correlation i was taking abt. Since you must have skipped logic class i will break it down for you. If you were ever a candidate for university admission you will know that if x is a requirement to admission, then without x, there is no admission. We can deduce that x has a direct correlation to admission. Just substitute x for free and fair election, and admission for good governance and see what u arrive at. See? its nt rocket science. Between me and you, who is now the product some podunk university GEJ attended?

what kind of brain-dead person are you? Even as a student of natural science, i know that there is a direct correlation between free and fair election and good governance. POL 101.

PoliticsRe: Lawmakers Reject Jonathan’s Cassava Bread by murtalaa(m): 10:41am On May 24, 2012
This daft president never ceases to disappoint me. How could you force people to eat cassava? Cassava has never ever been part of my meal. It's like forcing a non-yoruba man to eat amala. In any case why would cassava be a replacement for wheat when there are parts of the country that are capable of producing export quantity wheat. shouldn't commercial wheat production be encouraged in tandem with cassava production so that we can have both wheat and cassava breads and people allowed to choose which ever one they desire?

Kudos to those insightful reps, now mama jonathan's backyard cassava go lie fallow grin
PoliticsRe: Two Dead In Gunfight Near Sokoto Police Zonal HQ? by murtalaa(m): 2:54pm On May 23, 2012
The OP meant to say 'unguwar marina police station'. Its actually not the police headquaters. There was gunshots but not involving boko haram. Lately, Sokoto is afflicted with armed robbery menace where shops are robbed in broad daylight, mostly by ibo armed robbers who take advantage of security situation in the country to perpetrate their evil. Yesterday, there was a gunfight between those gangs and the police.

PoliticsRe: I'm Not Nigeria's Problem, Says Jonathan by murtalaa(m): 10:41am On May 19, 2012
Toaskarity: Have we try it first? Its a fool that keep doing same thing always and expect
different result. For how long can we continue to decieve ourself?
The truth about Nigeria is that we all know our probb-corruption! Religious extremist
I think this re two things that made us lack behind but the worst of all is that trabilism
is taking ppl away to tackle this problem! When bankole steal-its like yorubas are thief!
When boko kills- (to others)its like hausa re extremist, when a desperate niggar for money kidnap-(to others)its like
Igbos are kidnappers! When desparate gang breaks a pipeline-(to others) its like ss ppl are gang criminals.
The worst also is let say u blame gej- some will call him their son and scream, you blame iweala-her kin will
will tell you she is smarter than sanusi! You talk bad stuff about sanusi-then you will see how the kin defend he is good
out of others blah blah blah. You talk about obasanjo then you re in soup cos the kin will tell you that he dint steal upto abacha

My own advise is for a break and see if ppl in each area can tackle this corruption maybe not to protect! Breaking nigeria maybe our only hope for now or else the country wants to keep living a fake till it befalls so badly on them!
I am a proponent of division but not for the myopic reasons you cited. Issues of tribalism would come evn when you break nigeria into 36 independent nations. Ijaws cant stand Ishekiris, Idomas can't stand Igalas, Ikwerres cant stand Igbos, SS cant stand SE. Just break Nigeria along ethinic lines and you will see more ethnic problems especially in the south. The North will be relatively stable. I want Nigeria broken simply because it will be easier to manage that way.

No northerner and southerner has better diction than he does and i must confess that i have the hots for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This guy has done much more than all your bigoted brains put together could do in centuries to come. Nigerian banks are now a force to be reckoned with all over the world. Someone said he lowered investors confidence and i totally agree. He did lower crooked investors (ask cecilia ibru and co) confidence in wanton looting of depositors money. His only crime is the introduction of islamic banking which your people are earnestly taking advantage of. I went to their banking hall few days ago and the number of ibos and visibly christians i have seen there left me speechless. I nearly puked!

This is all good if it's real. However, my only problem with Rochas is with his definition of an indigene. According to him, Imo indigene is one whose both parent are from Imo. I want to ask what would happen to those whose either of their parents are not from Imo. Suppose all states in Nigeria decided to adopt Rochas's definition of Indigene. Where would those poor kids with one parent Imo and the other parent non-Imo claim? Camerounhuh?
