ABRA KA DA BRA! government magic! by MAY 2009 there would be a cabinet reshuffle and they'll still get it all wrong. i am not God, i can't see the future. but watching the naija govt's actions is like watching a nollywood flick. u know wats gonna happen next. and next and next and next.
PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by mustafar1: 11:04pm On Dec 16, 2008
these days its not only the nigerian populace or media thats interested in nigerian polistealsing. more than ever nigeria is becoming recognized although maibe not for the right reasons, but what would be the case if an interview is requested by an independent foreign journalist (heck it could be me) and he is asked a question relating directly to his youth/ his time in UI. questions about his wealth or lack off, he would not simply ignore the question or say my fathers friends gave me gifts. and if i get such a response, a good journalist (not saying i am a journalist) would ask for paper proof. something to back up his claim and not just simply accept the my fathers friends donation answer. yes it could be true that his fathers friends and relatives gave gift but the amounts might need to be verified not by words but by paper proof.

that is simply wat most of these questions are asking, they are not asking for simply answers, they require answers that work. so giving me an answer like, "i sold my cyber cafe, got gifts, i saved a lot, father helped source for funds" etc etc without paperwork detailing and backing up such would seem to everyone listening as an individual who might have some other motive.
PoliticsRe: Gani Fawehinmi Rejects National Honour (OFR) by mustafar1: 10:44pm On Dec 16, 2008
Chief Gani Fawehinmi obviously has forgotten that a sick man leading a sick nation will amount to naught.I want to say without fear of favour that the president sickeness is deeply eating into his brains and as such is not fit to lead this country in the capacity of the president of the federal republic of Nigeria.I therefore enjion all well meaning and corrupt free minded nigerians to seek for his resignation from office.
The PDP party in its entirety does not wish this country well, they are all a bunch of criminals with the sole objective of gangrapping this country at gun point.

Enough is a enough,Imagine accepting honour from the friend to a thief !!
who would replace him if he resigns? his vice? or would we appoint a caretaker? or maibe skip his vice and appoint the senate president.
PoliticsRe: This Guy Is A Legend by mustafar1: 10:02pm On Dec 16, 2008
sure it didnt, i got back from school only to turn on the TV to see the second plane hit. if not then it was one of the numerous replays. which was at about 3.30pm. but then nothing justify's the actions that preceeded the bombing nor does it justify the all or some of the actions taken afterwards by both sides

accepting it would mean he would have to speak with 2 mouths. i wouldnt accept such either if the govt presenting me such on behalf of nigerians and nigera is as mushed up as that which we have.

people that complain the Ribadu did this and dat and should be made to pay. i ask them to take into consideration what transpired that prompted him to take those actions.

must_a_far,We must tactically solve our problems in Nigeria or else it will break down totally. The war we are going to fight is a brain war,a decent and civilized one where we d tactically upturn these people and their policies. It takes wisdom.
and by wisdom and tactic u mean, ignoring the lower levels of governance and aiming high. i understand nigeria is a country with a system that rubbishes any books of how things should work ever written in this world. trying to start a car without putting some gasoline in its engine would be a waste of effort don't u think. before you manufacture something on a huge scale u must have a demo, u must have tested the demo,  u don't necessarily have to have a finished product before u try to expand or share the idea of ur demo.

Dlam, when u r done on nairaland. u might have to pay for prepping u up for whats to come.  grin u might think you are being put under the microscope cos you are an ex goversnors son. but be sure not to think so. if i ever wake up and decide to occupy any political office whether appointed or elected. i would want to be dissected the same way. as i said when you are done here and av been able to convince us enough of ur legitimacy. it would help u out there in the uneven playing field of nigerian polisteals.
PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by mustafar1: 10:17pm On Dec 15, 2008
@ Dapo, why is the FOI bill a mirage? nothing! absolutely nothing stops you from acting as a pressure group at the state/LGA level at making them consider passing that as a state or LGA law in OYO. so knocking it even before trying is somewhat throwing the baby out witht he bath water.
PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by mustafar1: 10:04pm On Dec 15, 2008
i have followed/read comments from Dapo before now. he seems to be trying to be as open as possible. in my opinion, he isnt open enough. You almost took over someones blog all in the name of defending urself. I'm not from Oyo state but i sure want to know what you are about. heck i might get my in-laws to vote for u if u convince me, which by the way u need to work better at. you do not have enemies in kobojunkie, dayokanu, debosky and the likes just learn to understand why they are hard to soften and maibe u would get to soften them. as for the individuals whom are quick to subscribe to your ideology, be careful of them cos they'll be the ones to call for ur head first.
PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by mustafar1: 9:58pm On Dec 15, 2008
message for dapolam
according to my political experience with nigerians or in nigeria, you do not have to answer any question if you don't feel like it. you do not have to be too nice or respectful. be very firm, draft your plan and stick to it. please do not hesitate to set people straight if they cross the line.
when you display too much respect or too much mr nice or trying to impress by answering all their questions, it means you're gradually digging a hole for yourself and your future. most nigerians tend to take being nice and respectful as a weakness. they do not understand that language. therefore, once you open mr sweet or mr nice door, they will step all over your face and won't take you serious.
be firm, be tough, be smart, believe in yourself and give back to the best of your ability. the rest will come together.
NO WONDER THEY GET TO POWER AND BECOME UNRESPONSIVE TO YOUR CRIES AND CALLS.
PoliticsRe: Quit Pretending, Lets Divide Nigeria, We Aint One: Period! by mustafar1: 12:04am On Dec 13, 2008
if
Gombe for example we will have a nation for the Tangale and the Bolewa in nothern part will merge with those in Yobe state. The Hausas in Gombe should be marge with those in Bauchi. There is nothing wrong in re-drawing the map of Nigeria at all. God did not want us to be together that is y he let us to have different language. Why forced us into bondage again
why would the people of ife and modakeke not have separate countries? what is worth doing is worth doing well to please everyone. equal opportunity for all. you already hear benin people stating they are not yoruba, which is true and they sure are not ibo either. so if u put them in the same boat as either yoruba or biafra, WE WOULD MOST LIKELY END UP HEARING THEM CALL FOR A BENIN NATION.

LETs DISSECT THE COUNTRY INTO LITTLE NICELY CUT PART. no one should be left behind
PoliticsRe: Quit Pretending, Lets Divide Nigeria, We Aint One: Period! by mustafar1: 7:14pm On Dec 12, 2008
Do we then further break up the pieces along ethnic and religious lines into fine little pieces. egba, ife, modakeke, lagos, awori, efik, ogoni, esan, urhobo, ijaw, etc etc. . then afterwards we break again along religious lines. then along denominational lines, wat other lines are possible.

Orikinla, May the place where all those words originate from not dry up. AMIN! I'm not surprised that there are just a hand full of responses. the NLers i know don't have the patience to read through the whole write up. and if they read through it would make a smart comment, illiterate wannabe intellectuals. i might come by here more often now that i know there are people like u that start up threads that would add to my being and not some thread about ManU and Arsenal or the dreadful, "i need a girl to marry" threads.

Damn, 72 people have viewed this and only 5 commented, i guess its because u r not seeking to know how many ways to bone a fine girl.
Christianity EtcRe: Obedience and church work! by mustafar1: 7:05pm On Nov 20, 2008
simple english, follow wat ur parents say.

plus u know wat right already. u've made the first move by questioning his actions. if he thinks u r disrespectful, respect is a two-way street. all that having ppl stand at the door and having them stop u/people from leaving is simply kidnap (holding u against ur wish), yes he is the church pastor but he sure has blood running in his veins and sure goes to bed at nite as well.

maibe i just dont like being cheated, i'll allow it till i blow a fuse and girl u have blown a fuse.

SportsRe: Nigeria Gives Up Hosting Of Under- 17 World Cup by mustafar1: 3:11pm On Oct 30, 2008
zoraro:
Those people that think that there is nothing to gain from hosting sporting events don't know the kind of struggling, bribing, blackmailing e.t.c. that go on when such events hosting are up for bidding. Why do you think USA have hosted the Olympic games three times and are willing to host the next available one if given the chance. China was ready to go to war if the last Olympic game hosting right was taken from them. When UEFA Cup or UEFA Champions League final match hosting is up for grabs you won't believe the kind of tussles that take place.

This Countries know something that some of us are too ignorant to see.
and your point is what exactly?,
SportsRe: Nigeria In U-17 World Cup U-turn by mustafar1: 5:11pm On Oct 29, 2008
may the illegal profit made from this tourney run their belle and bank accounts. money flushed down the drain, whether #9b or #39b. if this govt accepts this proposal without questioning why the iflated proposal was innitially put forward then i would assume theres still quite a lot of padding on the new proposed amount.

just when i thot this govt tried to grow some gut, they do a one step forward 10 steps back move. anybody wey chop money from this tourney, make the money run him belle and bank account!
