"18But the servant who had received one thousand coins went off, dug a hole in the ground, and hid his master's money. (i.e. in a vault, I would guess)
19After a long time their master returned from his trip and called them to give an account of how they had used his money.

Ranchhoddas:
Another attempt.

Jesus expressly admonishes:

Matthew 6: 19- 21

Do not lay up for yourself treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourself treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is there your heart will be also.

From this, we can see that the man who put his money in a vault will lose focus on the things above.

While his total cash may amount to 480 pounds, he will miss out on eternal rewards which are far more valuable than all the money in the world. So in the end he has nothing.
So, a wiser man would focus on the things above and not lay up fleeting treasures.

PS: I read through this thread again and no one mentioned this verse. shocked

Your money flies away before you know it, just like an eagle suddenly taking off."

"Teach those who are rich in this world not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which is so unreliable. Their trust should be in God, who richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment."
- 1 Timothy 6:17

I considered the verse but when I reviewed it properly I came to the conclusion it doesnt merit mentioning it, so I instead used Proverbs 23:5 and 1 Timothy 6:17, as in the two above

Baba do you have comprehension problems or you want to be right at all cost, even that of contradicting yourself.

Not minding = not being bothered, being okay - you said it plainly here.

NOW, I said I do not mind NOT ANSWERING, meaning I am okay NOT ANSWERING, I have no qualms with the fact that I don't answer the question, what is the Chinese you are now writing?
The comprehension problem(s) has to do with perhaps your command of English is wanting. It isnt a case of anyone wanting to be right at all cost my dearest friend

You typed "Not minding = not being bothered, being okay - you said it plainly here."
but what I really typed was "you'll see that "I do not mind not answering" means you are not OK with not answering, you ARE bothered, by not answering"

Dearest friend, I never and nowhere at any time typed "Not minding = not being bothered, being okay"
you plainly do want to accept that you ungrammatically constructed your statement when you typed saying "I do not mind not answering" instead of you to incorrectly type "I do not mind not answering" where the "I do not mind" means you are not OK with, not answering, you are bothered by, not answering. You constructed and said the statement the opposite of what you intended to say

If you had typed "I do mind not answering" that would have been grammatically correct and I would have had no qualms with that. I would have let the comment pass and/or without saying anything if it was correctly constructed and/or written, Chinese or no Chinese.

"do not mind" something means to be OK with it, or to not be bothered by it

Can we pls be serious? What does Matt 7:7 say within context?

Is the Lord talking to those he has already called out or those outside the fold? And, what did he say His followers shd ask, seek, and knock for?

If we can't have an intelligent and a scriptural discussion then I'm out.

What are trying to say, that humanity hasn't gone it's way serving idols thinking it is God they are serving?

You ask questions I answer you, but I ask but you pretend you don't see them.

If this question is not answered, I won't respond to you any further.

Where is God?

How can a none Christian find God?

How many none YHWH worshippers sort God on their own and found Him?
You can throw tantrum(s) as much as you like, you can try and steer away from your outlandish original "... anyone who tries to find God ends at the door of satan" statement as much as you like and watch if I care, that you're threatening not to respond any further.

Just a single sentence question, I asked you, but you are giving me your usual editorial, careless and neatly sidestepping opinionated long reply, that's finding a way round from not directly and straightforwardly answering the question about you, please share with me, that person you've surmised, who tried to find God but ended at the door of satan.

If you want an intelligent and a scriptural discussion, then stop fallaciously arguing over a glaring boo-boo statement you made that: "no one can find God, God finds you. Anyone who tries to find God ends at the door of satan".

That your statement is wrong and ill-considered, because, if you're genuinely seeking God, you'll find God and not end up at satan's door. There is no justification, to use a one cap fits all "no one can find God, God finds you. Anyone who tries to find God ends at the door of satan" statement. That is a sweeping and hasty generalization.

Faulty generalization will not get you or anyone else for that matter, anywhere

And I told you Man. Since Adam fell, his relationship with his God was severed. All along, God came to him, but He stopped, Man began looking for ways to reconnect with God, but who did he find? Satan impersonating God. The same demons but different names in all cultures presenting themselves to be worshiped as God, until God again CAME TO NOAH, Then to Abraham and on and on.

Maybe you don't understand what I meant by 'LOOKING for God'.

I asked you. If you want to begin looking for God on your own, where will you start from? Where is God? How will you know He is the YHWH? (Pls I need you to respond to this).

We hear of people today who don't believe in Jesus as the Only way to God, hence don't believe in the Word of God. But, they tell you they
know God. The question is, which God?

It's not enough to claim 'I know God's, which God do you mean? God is not a name of a particular deity, but a title forl deities, so which God ans how did you find him?

Look at that? Making my point for me.

God sent Stephen to point the way to him'.lol.

MAN.
The question is, Where is God? If you want to find God, where will you start?

And, at what point did man began looking for God? We see that in Eden, he came to Man, what happened that now Man has to be the one looking for God?

This gave birth to religion. Man lost God in Eden. The relationship was broken and man's quest to rebuild it brought him to the door of satan which brought about Satan's worship today.

Religion is Man's attempt to reach God, but that wasn't in the Divine Pattern of God. He had always located man, not the other way round.
Man quest to reach God brought about religion, with appeasement. Give me this and I give you that.

Anyone who is stuck in performing rituals to appease a deity is religious, and following God whose name is YHWH you go into a relationship with him. Fellowship not appeasement.

Lets begin with Nimrod of Babel, from where Babylon emanated and spread all over the World's cultures. Every idol worshipper never actually set out to worship satan, because if you ask them, they believe it's God they are worshiping.

Even today amongst us, even in this Nairaland, they are people who worship Satan, but sincerely believe it's God they're worshiping. Case in point, the Op. With all their hearts they believe they have God in the details, but check, you'd see satan sitting there receiving all their Worship. How do you know? Check the details, compare spirits, test the spirits.

As far as the Bible goes, all the Patriarchs were called by God and He found them out and initiated a relationship before they pursuit the relationship with Him, none of them for up and began looking for God, not one of them. They couldn't even if they wanted to.

The Patriarch's relationship with God shd be a model for us instead of us trying to module our own ways which will definitely get us lost in the maze.

Jesus came for us. And He is still.going out to people today.

No man can come to me except 'I' draw them. Jesus of Nazareth.
You said: "No one can find God, God finds you. Anyone who tries to find God ends at the door of satan.", so I requested that you please share with me, that person, that you're aware of, who tried to find God but ended at the door of satan.

Whenever you draw water from a well or tap into a bucket, does the water not find you and the bucket, hmm? Does it find itself at the door of satan instead of you and the bucket, hmm?

What was the Ethiopian eunuch finding, if not God? Did he end up at the door of satan, or God sent Stephen to him, hmm?
Christianity Etc › Re: The Christian- The god-man( The Fullness Of God In Man) by MuttleyLaff:
EnthronedbyGod:
In the beginning of creation there was a divine purpose for which God created man.

The Bible says in Genesis 1:
26- And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27-  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28- And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

It is very clear from the scriptures that God ruled over every created thing, both spiritually and otherwise.

After the creation, God needed a representative on earth, made up of flesh, blood and bones who would take care of the earth, act on His behalf and have complete dominion and rule on the earth.
Very well put and well said

EnthronedbyGod:
it is very clear from the scriptures that God created Adam in His (God's) own image and likeness, and not in man's present image.

This means Adam was created after the order of God Himself and not after the order of angels.
What point are you making with the emboldened and/or what is its relevance with the preceded comment or rest of the general comment please?

EnthronedbyGod:
It also says that after the creation of Adam, God saw that what He did was very good.
What specifically did God see that what He did was very good please and may we have the scripture that corroborates your given reply

EnthronedbyGod:
Adam was a man of unusual abilities.
You mean like defiance, as in, have bold disobedience among the unusual abilities, hmm?

EnthronedbyGod:
Adam wasn't created to die (whether physically or spiritually or otherwise), ...
Adam was a man of unusual abilities, just as OP has put forward, and so part of "the unusual abilities" is Adam's power to choose whether to die or not die, to choose whether he wants to die or he doesnt want to die

EnthronedbyGod:
... but Adam got corrupted by sin and lost His Godlike abilities.
OP, earlier typed that "it is very clear from the scriptures that God created Adam in His (God's) own image and likeness, and not in man's present image" and further typed saying that "this means Adam was created after the order of God Himself"

What does OP think is the image of God and what's in God's likeness all about? Well in an oversimplified way "image of God" and "His likeness" are "Hebraism". They are a Hebrew idiom or expression. The image of God is about, God expressing Himself. It is God, projecting Himself and the Godhead. It is God, protruding and extending Himself outwards beyond the essence of the Godhead.

OK, let's do it this way, I am quite sure you're familiar with how artists express themselves with their particular form of art, even you too, do express yourself with specific hair styles or hair do etcetera, but if taking this image and expressing oneself thing seriously, then as regards, the "whats the image of God" question, the image of God, is about God, uninhibitedly expressing Himself through giving some insight into what the Godhead is all about, and so God did this, with and through using the creation of man, as the art form. Man is meant to be the image of God, as in, be a creative self-expression of the Godhead, this is God showing who He is, but this image got marred after the fall from grace, as in, the quality or appearance of the image got spoiled. The image got spoiled after Adam & Eve rejected and opposed God. The wholeness and godliness of the image, got lost and broken after the fall, though fragmented pieces of it still remained. So Adam got corrupted by sin and thereafter lost whatever Godlike abilities he had.

EnthronedbyGod:
Genesis 2:
19- And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
20- And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.
21- And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22- And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

The scriptures say that God created Adam and Eve on the 6th day, then rested on the 7th day.
EnthronedbyGod:
Adam was a type of archetype for generations of men who came after him.

From the passage in Genesis 2 quoted above, we can deduce some facts.

1- Adam was formed before Eve

2- Adam gave names to all animals before God decided to form Eve.

What does this mean?.
It means Adam and Eve, their minds were endowed with accelerated knowledge

Man's knowledge can go beyond his experience. The acquistion of knowledge doesnt all have to be experiential (i.e. first-hand)
People are known to learn from other people's experience. Besides God taught Adam well and well enough. Adam had the best Teacher in the whole wide world, at his disposal to throw questions at, in any quest to gain knowledge and more knowledge.

Evidently, Adam was subjected to an accelerated learning process or program, which purposeful was to allow him to think and make reflective judgment(s) concerning what he sees with his eyes, like the ability to name animal species according to how he sees them, how he understands the species to be etcetera. He also had the ability to choose what to believe or what not to believe.

EnthronedbyGod:
1- If Adam could give names to all animals before God formed Eve, that means Adam had an unusual type of wisdom, which no normal human could possess, except God.

2- If Adam could name all animals in 1 day, before God formed Eve, that means Adam had extraordinary speed which no human could possess except God.
Upon being created, Adam and Eve were not like growing babies or 3 year olds. Adam was created a grown man. He and Eve were not created as children nor created childish. Adam and Eve did not gradually change physically or progress to maturity as a child would do. Adam and Eve were created fully grown, made and developed to be responsible for their actions. Their minds, as previously stated, were endowed with accelerated knowledge and so the capacity and/or capability to name the animal species, is from the onset, incorporated in Adam

EnthronedbyGod:
3- It takes a man of supernatural might and strength to successfully name all animals in 1 day without getting tired
It was the animal species that Adam successfully named, not all animals

In fact, we currently have between 1-2 million animal species and we are made to understand that 10,000 new species of animals are discovered each year. IMHO, I strongly believe, Adam started off naming animal species and left the rest for us to name

EnthronedbyGod:
4- It takes a man of supernatural courage to also achieve such feat, cos this proved that Adam had no atom of fear in him.
"The fear of the LORD is where wisdom begins, and knowing holiness demonstrates understanding", so says Proverbs 9:10. What benefit has Adam's fearlessness, as in, having no atom of fear in him, positively gained him, hmm?

EnthronedbyGod:
5- His dominion over the earth and all things in it was absolute.
The dominion didnt last more than a day though, as everything crumbled and came crashingly tumbling down, in the last hour

EnthronedbyGod:
From the little points stated above we see that Adam was indeed a god in human flesh

TBC
Adam, indeed was a god in human flesh, but after eating of the tree, he increasingly became more of a god in human flesh

EnthronedbyGod:
Adam was created in God's image, meaning he was like God, but in human flesh.

Man is no longer in God's image, but in Adams image.
Yes, this comment is absolutely correct, as I am sure OP agrees and accepts that, God in Genesis 1:26 had said "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness" but in Genesis 1:27, man was only made in His image, and nothing about the other half, the likeness is mentioned. It wasnt until Genesis 5:1, that the subject "likeness of God" ever had the chance surface and appear on the creational order scene, and even that likeness, its first appearnce, is shortlived, because by Genesis 5:3, when Adam had his son, the son is in Adam's likeness, after Adam's image and not anymore in God's image an likeness. The image and likeness of God because of the fall from grace, is no more there already. Man is no longer in God's image, but is in Adam's image. Man is in Adam's likeness, after Adam's image.

EnthronedbyGod:
As I stated earlier before I was derailed,
You werent being derailed. You were taken upon with genuine but had the good sense to wrestle back control of the thread in the direction and pace you wanted it.

EnthronedbyGod:
Adam was made perfect and without sin.
If Adam was made perfect, there wont be the chance of him sinning. I am 110% certain you have no biblical verse to support to your statement that Adam was made perfect

EnthronedbyGod:
Adam was made after the order of God, but in human flesh.

Adam had all going well for him, till he sinned by eating the forbidden fruit.

After Adam sinned, he lost his perfection and became imperfect.

If Adam had not sinned mankind wouldn't have needed medicine to cure sicknesses, cos sickness came upon man as a result of sin.
Adam lost being real. Adam lost his realness after which the jouney to perfection, to becoming perfect, to being perfect got a kickstart.

The Hebrew verb has two states, the perfect state and the imperfect state. The perfect state indicates completed action. The imperfect state indicates incomplete or continuous action, or action in progress. Adam was a work in progress, never was a perfected state. There was no perfection, if to say Adam was made perfect like OP did say, then it means, Adam is unable to sin and if unable to sin, then means he doesnt need to be improved on because he is already perfect.

The question now is, why did Adam sin?

EnthronedbyGod:
If Adam had not sinned things like, homosexuality, lesbianism, murder, rape, stealing, cultism, witchcraft, fornication, adultery, bestiality, idolatry, hatred, envy, bitterness, drunkenness, drug addiction, e.t.c wouldn't have existed.
"1As Jesus was walking along, he saw a man who had been born blind.
2His disciples asked him, “Teacher, whose sin caused him to be born blind? Was it his own or his parents' sin?”
3Jesus answered, “His blindness has nothing to do with his sins or his parents' sins. He is blind so that God's power might be seen at work in him.
"
- John 9:1-3

Aside the John 9:3 reply from John 9:1-3 above, there are other reasons why God allowed the pandora box of homosexuality, lesbianism, murder, rape, stealing, cultism, witchcraft, fornication, adultery, bestiality, idolatry, hatred, envy, bitterness, drunkenness, drug addiction etcetera to open and the contents get unleashed upon the world. Afterall from out of the blackened pot, white pap comes out

EnthronedbyGod:
The most painful part of it was that Adam had no offspring until after he sinned and this brought doom upon mankind
Yep, like I previously above typed, the dominion didnt last more than a day though, as everything crumbled and came crashingly tumbling down, in the last hour

If you know, you know. Who no know, no go know and wont understand whats going on with that "in the last hour" remark

EnthronedbyGod:
Adams actions had great consequences upon the entire mankind and that's what led us to where we are today.
Well, it is what it is. We've moved on from that Adam derailment and now are back on track

OCTAVO:
I have some observations about the part of your post in bold.

1. Are you saying in essence that man's present image is different from what it was when man was created?

2. If you say Adam was created in the image of GOD and not after the order of Angels, does it mean GOD's image is different from His Angels? Because according to Genesis 1:26 you quoted above, GOD was definitely talking to some people "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness"
Yes, man's present image is different from what it was when man was created. Ignore the "... after the order of Angels ..." part of the OP comment

Is Eve in Gods image?
Where are you going with this question, hmm? I think I suspect what you're aiming to bring up with it, but I'll give you the benefit of doubt and let you by yourself, gladly show your hand

Charles Oputa, Charles Chukwuemeka, alias Charly Boy, is not in that video, it is Dede being mistaken for Charly Boy

Good to know.
Good to know what, hmm? Give it a rest. Your beloved EnthronedbyGod isnt admitting to you that you're grabbing the wrong end of the stick. You're a real hard-case incorrigible and one of the whiniest posters I've ever come across on NL.

CodeTemplar:
You must have noticed the pattern of one user account posting things them another combative user account stepping up to interpret and taking it personal to explain another man's idea.
Another agreeing user account steps up to corroborate what a previous user account has put forward. There is nothing being personal in doing that, its being just pleased to read that someone else out there, has similar school of thought

CodeTemplar:
The whole basis for his sustained attack on me now is that I do not that realize or know that "God cannot be mocked" - a scripture I probably used over a dozen times on Nairaland
"The mocker seeks wisdom and finds none,
but knowledge comes easily to the discerning
"
- Proverbs 14:6

Would always asking more questions, but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth

You really think higly of yourself to be worth attacked, hmm?. If you do realize or know that "God cannot be mocked", then you wouldnt be advancing the thought that some people believe they are that clever enough to pull a fast one of God, by obtaining filthy lucre and then later sit back without repercussions to comfortably enjoy it

CodeTemplar:
Back to topic, what do you make of seers and diviners or divinations?
I asked because I see a strong link between them and cultists. What are the effects of divination on the one being assessed or the victim so to say? In fact I believe almost all new members get researched by an old member and wonder the most effective way to about avoiding such for unwilling 'potentials'.

I felt if people are aware of consequences of their actions they will understand better the far reaching consequences of cultism and occult practises and stay clear of it.
The Bible both in the Old Testament and New Testament is very clear about it position and/or stance against seers and diviners or divinations, psychic or clairvoyance. They are all what the devil uses as workshops. The devil also takes advantages of and uses readily gullible tools who make themselves available as soon as when getting involved in cultism and occult practices.

I usually say, if you pry and stare into darkness, be mindful that the darkness too, might just, turn round and stare back at you. God help the person, who hasnt a light to stand up to and defy the darkness with, or if there's no one around to hand over a torchlight or candle, to help the person with and pronto get out of the frigging black abyss. That person will just holler, scream blue murder, like the winch of Endor, when the demon stares back at him/her.

Using kosher or halal, in this instance, just as a matter of borrowing a parlance. The gifts which will be kosher or halal (i.e. appropriate) when put side by side with psychic, clairvoyance, diviners, seers etcetera are godly spiritual gifts: the spiritual gift word of knowledge, gift of discerning of spirits and gift of prophecy

The reason I asked about restitution and repentance is the popular notion among youths that they can safely afford to belong to something (a club or cult) and make money for themselves with it before accepting Christ, then enjoy their salvation booty.
Your warped mind and obsession with mammon doesnt make you realise that God is not mocked. Whats the guarantee, that the alleged youths after they make the filthy lucre, will live to enjoy it, huh? Reason this ting well nah, hmm? Even when pesin dey cry, pesin sabi still dey see road nah.

"Enjoy their salvation booty" indeed. Nothing wey miguard, no go, from house gate, see wetin pass road. Wetin vigilante no go see and read for evening. "... salvation booty" indeed. Smh

CodeTemplar:
You may have noticed the guy mentioning me and sampling scriptures that aren't relevant to these points and clearly out of context. I don't want to be seen as the one derailing but may have to reply.
The Luke 12:20 and Galatians 6:7 scriptures went swoosh over your head, like as if it was a Naija Airforce fighter jet and "you didn't know warris going on"

CodeTemplar:
I don't want to be seen as the one derailing but may have to reply.
If truth is revealed then the thread isnt derailed. Why not open more threads than the one you've already opened and notify me about it, if you're unable to say anything here, hmm?

EnthronedbyGod:
So you can agree to make a plea with the EFCC for the sake of avoiding trouble, but you're here indirectly discouraging a young man whom I advised to restitute.
CaveAdullam has agreed to make a plea with the EFCC because it is the right thing to do and it is within his powers to do so. CaveAdullam has not discouraged restitution. CaveAdullam has not once knocked restitution. Now watch CodeTemplar have a sudden clever idea, based on coming from reading this comment, that CaveAdullam is MuttleyLaff, just as MuttleyLaff is jesusjnr

EnthronedbyGod:
So saving face is more important to you, than making peace with people you wronged before your salvation.

Well you just justified my stance on restitution, with your answer.
Where and how did "saving face being important than making peace with people you wronged" creep into the matter on ground now, erhn. Even if one tried, you couldn't make this stuff up! You couldn't even write it for a movie script.

EnthronedbyGod:
please don't argue any further, cos I'll ignore
Typical narcissist attitude and the dropping testicles threat to ignore response.

Fyi, CaveAdullam has not at any time argued. What CaveAdullam has done, was he presented fact(s), truth and reality that total or complete restitution is impossible and further added by advising to go by however the Holy Spirit leads the concerned about doing or going about restitution, but your problem is you are on a power trip with a cringingly imposing air about you. You're not listening, you switch off to what interlocutors like CaveAdullam or MuttleyLaff have said, because you're unconsciously arrogant and hate being countermanded by any other person, like for example CaveAdullam, who had a better and more rounded information than the one you put forward. You're not just a hogger but you also think of yourself, as who is CaveAdullam and/or MuttleyLaff to stand up to you and that its only you who gives roadside directions and/or lessons on the thread

EnthronedbyGod:
We can now agree to disagree.
CaveAdullam, when your point is stronger than theirs, you'll often find people, just like OP, resorting to saying, "we can now agree to disagree" All in attempts to stop the truth coming forward or out.

"Agree to disagree" is a statement or slogan repeated frequently by most narcissists, when they can’t accept being wrong and/or proven inaccurate.

EnthronedbyGod:
I must admit that I'm very proud of you and your actions so far.
I know what's the appropriate response to a comment like this, but I will just bite my tongue, so I dont offend God and neighbour.

EnthronedbyGod:
That guy is also quoting me intentionally, but as you can see I ignored him.
I quote you, so you'll see the error in your ways. I know that good advice is always certain to be ignored but thats not a good enough reason or excuse for me, not to give it, even if I can see you take pride in your performance behaving like the proverbial tetchy miguard gateman.

You ignore because you cant stand being stood up to and by someone who is not the typical indoctrinated sheeple. You're used to people yessirring you left, right, centre, top and bottom, but forget say, nobi for one man's roof, rain dey only fall.

The thing is some people may hear stories like these of impossible restitution as being championed by certain poster and decide to go on a stealing spree or sinning spree with the hope of giving their life to Christ then enjoying their loot. Thoughtful and subtle questions though.
CodeTemplar:
Just as I was thinking. A lot of souls are still taking their chances to profitably trade with sin and make money for themselves before "repenting".

If it was some of us would have been cast into hell by now. But even with our uncovered heads in prayers God still deems it fit to speak to us.

He can even do it when you are bathing sef. grin

I always said, if you want to know the real source of a particular churches major doctrines, don't look to far. Just research on where the pastor broke out from.

I wasn't surprised when I heard Daddy Kumuyi came from Apostolic faith.
I once had a roommate who left MFM and started attending Apostolic faith because she felt MFM was "too worldly" for her. grin

That was my first time hading about the church and its rules. Obviously, the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree
Kumuyi before AF, grew up as an Anglican, his dad then, will do "ibilẹ" during the week, giving growing up Kumuyi charms and whatnot and do church on Sundays, but Baba one day, stood up to his Dad and confronted him, saying that it isnt right mixing the two and he no longer anymore, is interested in those fetish things his Dad gives him

It saddens me really. Because even the man who enforces these strict rules failed to question them. He only enforced them because they felt good to him to keep 90% of what he practised in his former church.

How these churches when preaching can't do it without threatening people about hell.

Seriously, their sermons inside busses and parks lack content. Once anyone of them starts laidis in a bus I'm in, an to put earpiece for hear.

Interesting theory you've got up there. Since you've mentioned just about all the behavioral and intellectual qualities i am looking for in a wife let me give you the low down on the physical qualities so you may begin to understand or rather appreciate the challenge I'm facing at the moment.

I don't really care for facial beauty but have a thing for well endowed, light skinned, tall women. However lovely, I don't find dark skinned, small or even average sized women that attractive. but big sized women *(tall and full bodied) always get me, particularly when they are light skinned with prominent hips.

Igbo of origin, gentle matured, 25 to 30, throw in all the qualities you've mentioned already and you have a woman i need. Giver her to me, with God's approval and I will be married man before December when i have attend to some serious land disputes in my home town with men who all decades older than i am.

You see, sir, I am a leader born and chosen before God and man and such positions do not come lightly. I have suffered and made sacrifices that will shock you if you knew the half of it. My father died fairly recently and being the first son this has kicked me to the head of a very large extended family. I have rights and authority that succeeds that of over 50 people several of whom are older, married and based overseas, my aunts and only uncle included. Some of them do not like this, they want my power but can't get it unless I'm dead. Do you know what that means? Do you know how many times i have been served food in my home by different aunties and cousins only for God to send a stranger to tell me that one of them gave me poison he rendered useless and I am to be very careful? Do you know what it means for older people who call themselves uncles and aunties to plot against you and do things like start multi million naira projects on family land without my permission just to see what i will do and to subvert my authority? I handle all these people in real life and you on Nairaland don't think I can handle just one women i call my own? Lol.

Presently, I'm an author but that's only a temporary occupation. I have the calling to God's work which i have been running from for over two decades. It first came when i was 15 years old. I started hearing the voice of the spirit of prophecy at 17. The visions started before that. The gifts come and go but I'm not worried at all. Those gifts will be back in full, making me a force to be reckoned with once i answer God's call which i want to do after marriage. This i know well.

I'm not looking for a wife to stay in my kitchen and other rooms like Mr. Buhari, no. I'm looking for a first lady for my father's house and all the educated women there, one to cook safe foods for me and advice me in all things. A powerful woman with the physical and spiritual strength to support me in my ambition to do God's work on an unprecedented scale internationally. One who, in her beauty, will satisfy my fleshly desires and eliminate the problem of temptation (after running for 20 years and being punished heavily for it i will not be giving God any more chances to find me wanting on earth).

This woman must understand God because it is he that will show her what he has made me so she will understand what i am, what makes me different from ordinary men and the things i must do.
I know about all the specs you want/need in a woman for a wife because I did the due diligence of going through all the comments you've ever put up on NL. I know also about the challenges you have or whatnot. You come across as a genuine person with good intentions, but I see and detect in you subconscious male chauvinism signs. The telltale signs are, everything you say, is about you, virtually everything about this matter is centred around you, your fleshy desires erhn? What of hers hmm etcetera. Without being in marriage yet, you're already making some mistakes Oyaks did and which ended with cracks in his missus and his marriage, then the breakdown and collapse of the marriage altogether. I am not going to labour this because I know you are a gifted and smart man, besides, when one thing is said, the clever person, like you are understands three.

I am pleased you claim, you like having a wife, who in her own right, is a badass, strong, opinionated, powerful, successful and intelligent virtuous woman, but you seem to not realise that women put on weight and body later on in life. What's stopping you cooking for two and be stuffing your missus up to the body spec you dream of, hmm?

I am dropping pennies in the truth jar for you. Look inward, rebirth and/or reinvent yourself brother

We must be concerned that the doctrine of the LGBTQ is making such pervasive inroad into churches and leading many astray. Recently a leading Christian writing and pastor, Josh Harris, came out on Instagram to renounce his faith. He had also earlier announced that his twenty-year marriage to his wife had ended. In the post he made about renouncing Christianity, he apologized to the LGBTQ community and renounced whatever ill statements he may have spoken about them. While he did not say this, I would not be surprised if this once fine Christian pastor comes out tomorrow to announce that he is gay. This is the future of religion in the days to come and Christians ought to be prepared for it. We ought to have pastors who are sound enough to contend against these anti-Christian philosophies in the future.

Let's agree to disagree, I'll rather stick to what the Holy Ghost taught me, however I'll like to ask you 2 questions and I'll need a sincere and direct answer from you.
I earlier narrated the Zacchaeus model, who instead of the normal restitution law (i.e. Leviticus 6:4-5 or Numbers 5:6-7) that demanded one must make full restitution for a particular sin, by paying the actual value of the sin/crime and on top, add a fifth of the sin's value to it, but Zacchaeus was taught and lead by the Holy Spirit to give half of his property to the poor and pay four times more to those he had defrauded and/or cheated on, which meant, if the total value plus fifth value amounted to $100 then Zacchaeus actually paid out $400 instead of $100. He not only restituted but also paid back his victims with compensation, which is a form of recognition of loss, suffering or injury he caused his victims. Not to forget, also gave away half of his posssesion to the poor.

These two questions you're asking have nothing to do with the CaveAdullam position of, "if at all restitution should be done, it must be done completely" and should be similar to the Zacchaeus model, if it at all, could be helped.

Why should I stay and be a fugitive for life, no, I will asap access contact channels to EFCC, explain whats left of the money and explore with them, what plea bargain options I can enter and/or take advantage of.
