I can categorically tell you that this is what is obtainable in the privacy of most Christian pastors and ministers, if not all.

When I was still a devout Christian, I was privileged to join a lot of departments in my church with the intention both to serve God with my all and to learn from fellow Christians, after all, iron is supposed to sharpen iron.
I was in Teaching department, Missions (Evqngelism) department, Cleaning department, Publicity department, Youth department, Youth leaders and occassionaly Admin department.

In hindsight, I wish I never joined most of these departments cos it exposed me to things I wish I never saw.
I saw leaders keeping malice, cursing each other out in every slight provocation.
Leaders who had very hostile relationships with their own spouses or children.
I saw leaders slap their own members over provocations, etc

All these brought me back to reality that Christianity can't really stop man from being man.
If you're an angry bird by nature, you will still be an angry bird in Christianity.
The only difference is you can hide it in public maybe because you don't want to be suspended in your department but at home, you're still going to be an angry bird.

I even got closer to even the general overseer and pastor of the church cos my testimony got his attention.

When you get closer to pastors and ministers you get exposed to their very human side which involves their greed for money, arrogance, cursing those who disappoint them, their malicious acts between one another, their adulterous ways, etc.

I realised there was little difference between these ministers and unbelievers except when they were on the pulpit or you approached them on spiritual matters.

Meaning they were only talking the talk but could not really walk the walk.

Although the GO was and is still a man I strongly admire for his indepth knowledge of the Bible and how to break it down even for an atheist to understand, but having taught his foundation classes and read his books and mission and vision statement, I can say he has deviated from the purpose God called him. He claimed Jesus appeared to him and told him to teach his people the way of righteousness but hardly teaches that.
Rather he says what he knows his congregation wants to hear.

Perhaps because Preaching righteousness actually chases people away from his church and he wanted more congregation, more tithes and offerings, etc.

My understanding of this Kirk Franklin and his son's saga is simply that it reveals Kirk's nature behind closed doors.

Jesus didn't teach by himself, he taught using the authority of the scriptures. All his teachings were from the scriptures of old. The challenge with you is that you can't sit down to read and examine where he could be teaching from each time and then you assume he's teaching something different or new.

Jesus textbook as a teacher of the word is the scriptures, no one will even listen to him anyway in their days without the scriptures read. Unlike our days when you can type and argue about scriptures without having a Bible sef.

God's wisdom on him is to explain the scriptures beyond what the pharisee could see. He wasn't forming words of his own. He wasn't teaching the way you do now (not opening Bible, but just say anything you feel). His arguments were taken from the scriptures, his opponents also spoke from scriptures perspective.

He didn't come with a new law (I have explained this to you before). He only explained and make known well the law of God which has been from Genesis but unclear to them. Nothing is new. What you need to do is search for his group, God's Holy Spirit is working out great things in their midst but misinformation is killing most people today, just as first century Jewish community were misinformed leading to wrong expectations from the Christ. Most people today are also having wrong expectations about God's Holy Spirit.
So even when God's Holy Spirit is working out what is prophesied in the Bible they're demanding that it does things they heard it did in the past!
It's just like the first century Jewish expecting Jesus to perform wonders that will liberate them under Roman colonization after all God's word said he will be a prophet like Moses who delivered Israel out of Egypt! Deuteronomy 18:15-18
So God is doing His work {John 5:17} it's you who needs to find out who are doing His will today and join them! Luke 11:23

Let me educate you why there's no exclusive group in Christianity.

When Paul was converted, he went to Arabia. He did not stay with the other apostles.
Why? Cos God had a different purpose for him. He was to be sent specially to the Gentiles (non-Jews).

This eventually made him the Apostle to the uncircumcised.

So preaching JW is wrong because the Bible has never at any point instructed anyone to preach a group or organization. In fact when there was a scuffle about following Paul or Apollos, Paul clearly pointed such argument to Jesus.

My advice;
Let your evangelism be about Jesus.
If you're able by God's grace to convert such person, then you can inform them to listen to divine direction. If God directs them to JW then it is settled. Otherwise, you cannot impose any denomination on them when God might have his own plans for them.

You would expect Paul to understudy the Apostles but instead God led him to Arabia for 3 years instead.
You cannot think for God. Leave the decision to God and divine guidance. Except of course you do not believe in divine direction through the Holysoirit.

The crux of course being how apostasy is not a new thing. Every religion experiences apostasy.

A traditionaliism adherent who converts to any other religion has become an apostate of traditional religion.

An Islam adherent who converts to any other religion is considered an apostate, albeit the quran actually condemn such to be killed. Why is why Islamic terrorists continue to justify their terrorism attacks.

In fact Judaism which God handed down through Abraham and Moses suffered Apostasy, thanks to Christianity.

A Christianity adherent who converts to any other religion is in the same vein considered an apostate.

Interestingly it is simply a matter of perspective because to the receiving religion when you convert, you're not considered an apostate but special and saved.

When you understand this is simply how religion works, you'll pray never to be a victim of religion.
