Of course, nothing is ever 100%, but the occurrence rate is significant enough to avoid it, if you value your family relationship.

That's why I always tell people to AVOID mixing business and family.

As good as that sounds, it is not feasible in a country like Nigeria. It has too much diversity, as there are hundreds of local languages, so how does the hausa communicate with the Idoma etc.

There would probably be an ethnic civil war if Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa gets declared an official language.
