Naijasinglegirl. Hope I got the name right. Also, the guy that went for a job interview and asked the interviewer for TP back home. |
Wetin this woman do Oshio so? |
In essence there will be an increment from 8 - 9 years to 10 - 12 years in med school in Nigeria! |
OPCNAIRALAND:You obviously don't know the normal duration of stay in Nigerian medical schools. The normal duration without any repeat spans from 8 to 10 years. |
That's Naija for you. 8 to 10 years is the average period a medical student spends in the University in this Country. Withdrawing someone after 10 years? That doesn't even make any sense! |
damilareoye:The op may be insecure in his relationship with the girl, but for the girl to get laid easily from State to State is more of a serious matter. It seems to me that many Nigerian men have no option than to accept just about anything as long as they can get some change in their pockets to give a false sense of security. I pity the ones wey no even get nada! |
Timbuktou: |
iamrealdeji:Very horrible way to reason! So you always criticised GEJ because he wasn't from the same part of the Country with you. Any public office holder from my village that messes up must be sanctioned! |
Even if your girl was cheating on you with a retardeen, nothing concern you with the other person. Hope you hear! It's your choice to either continue that way or drop her off! But no dey think how to go confront anybody! |
Both are UNACCEPTABLE! |
Police officer wey no fit read! Speechless! No words to describe this. In other words, if boko haram show am boko Id card say na from Abuja for high-powered meeting with e police oga, e fit carry the insurgent go meet im oga for house sef! |
@ babadem2much, As advised repeatedly, it is best you see a dermatologist. From the look of the single pic, doesn't seem to be ring worm infestation. Apparently from your pic, there Seems to be thickening, darkening, drying and flaking off of the affected area if skin. You may carry out a little research yourself to know about certain skin conditions - notably lichen sclerosus as your case seems so. But make sure you go see a dermatologist as certain tests may be necessary. |
Hmmmm Well, good for the Nation in the long run. Immediately after the general elections I mentioned such events would unfold. Nigeria is too big for one person to control or manipulate! Very different from calling the shots in one part of the Country. |

That's Chief Igbenedion's (snr) house in Maitama, not Lucky Igbenedion's. The Lucky's own is in Asokoro. That at Asokoro was sealed off by efcc some years ago. |
offspec:International?? What are they 'blasting' the Harry song for? The one Kcee wear na wetin sef? Plus internationally, who sabi dat bathroom slippers. I bet if it's a new fashion trend from Yankee everybody for Naija go begin wear am go party. *Orijin don get teabag?* Anyways, still none of my business! |
Upnepaa:Well done! |
I have always said this. Even within the Country and worse of all, in the health sector the level of corruption is just sad. As far as I am concerned, just sheer stupidity! The worst I have witnessed was in the last administration and that former minister of health was the worst I have ever known. Individuals made personal sacrifices to fight that ebola scourge, while the so-called top officials in the ministry were busy scheming on how to benefit from it. There are a lot of Nigerians even within the Country who have a lot to offer in terms of innovative scientific advancement, but would rather look for authorities who are serious outside our shores to work with rather than clowns who are not ready. To be honest, I am not surprised at this news at all. As usual, it was expected especially taking into consideration the administration that was at the helm of affairs at that time. |
I blocked my card just yesterday after finding out fraudsters used my card to purchase items from China following preliminary investigations by my bank! I received the debit alert last Saturday! I suspect they must have captured the details when other online purchases were made. |
ggrin: Nothing pesin no go see for this Country! Like some pipu pack saw dust for head. |
See as badeh come dey. I think say na one fat cook dem mistakenly handover flag to. Na play o! |
Taylor86:That your mattress ehn! Na better chronic back pain sure! |
. A lot of truth there o! |
Davland: Seems you're the guy, for you to know all this. |
lanicky:Hmmm There are beautiful single career ladies in their 30s with really good personalities who had to focus on career. I know some eg Neurosurgeons in early 30s! |
Hilarious thread |
geesampower:Thanks a lot. |
Dav.e8108@gmail.com Thanks |
I don't blame him. When the only way for most Nigerians to secure a job is to present a recommendation from a minister, governor, senator. Wetin you expect? All that crap was worse during this outgoing administration. |
Bro, it seems those guys are just fraudsters. I have loaded almost 10,000 in the name of data in the past one week in order to renew a 2500 (3gig, 1.5gig day) plan while I still have over 6 gig data (for night) which I am still unable to use; even at night. My subscription refuses to be renewed, I am also unable to use my > 6 gig. I browse Nairaland over 90% of the time and this has cleared almost 10k in one week which is laughable. It's horrible. I plan to revert to using my Etisalat Line for data cos I don't even have the time to go to that 'barawo' mtn office. I don't know if anyone here has experienced this. |
Borrussia:Oga! Edos are NOT Igbos. Where you dey get all that from? |
I don't think the AC had anything to do with it. Even if it had, there would have been symptoms/signs for a period of time. True, Sudan Infant Death Syndrome and this most likely must have happened at night while the mum was asleep and baby was in the cot. This has a lot to do with the position the baby is laid in the cot. Most likely, the baby was kept in a prone position (lying facing down) which would have a negative effect on baby's breathing movements (positional/restriction asphyxia) depriving the baby of sufficient air, thereby suffocating. Her inexperience was also a factor that may have played a part. Wish her the strength to bear this loss. |
