Infact you will use your 5k to drink bear. You just reminded me those school days. Badt guy! I remember some beautiful sisters whoes mother had a big time fried food business at agbowo, ibadan. ie puff puff, fish pie, scotch eggs, egg roll etc. Omo, I had regular supply of the stuff. fineboynl: Once you step out from your house. The money will fly like a wind.
Despite the economy. I still believe 5k if well manage properly can go for a week.
Buy meat 1000, egusi 500, Obgono 500 and okro 300. Smoke fish 600. Use balance buy Garri, Oil, crayfish, ugu leaf. some days you go just buy fufu 200. Make too much Garri nor blind your eye. Cut the meat Very little that can go for a week.
Cook Two soup, egusi and draw soup.
Mix the ogbono and okro together.
Borrow money to buy 2kg wheat if you can,
You will need to skip meal like 101 Or 011 even 001.
It will carry you for one week if it's just only you.
Then again other factor need to come in. If you have freezer. Gas, light bills. 5k is no longer money again oh. Hustle hard. Great advice. But how did we get this low as a country? I remember once changing $100 for 5k at Sabo, ibadan in the 90s. |

Philipponzaghi: I completely support the removal of fuel subsidy, it is a step in the right direction and I believe Asiwaju's decision will help make Nigeria prosperous. Great, let's review this in the next 3 months. If by that time you are not convinced nothing good can come out of these apc charlatans, we can review in another 6 months. Do you know in less than 5 months pounds has gone from 950 to 1450 as at today? Dollar from 750 to 1170? Petrol from 180 to 600+, diesel is now 1050 per liter, economy ticket to London about 2m. If in less that 5 months this happens, what do you think will happen in the next 3 months? Anyway, we deserve as Nigerians what we get. One would have thought, with how these people inflicted poverty on Nigerians, when people like you hear buhari, apc and "t" not even "nubu" all man go tear race. We went to find out how much from aboki, it was 1250 to 1 pound. I paid him 125k. Two days ago, we inquired again it was 1300, so I exchanged at 130k for 100 pounds. Today oh, he transfered money again, he was in the car when I took someone to change dollars, I the asked aboki how much for pounds hoping as beginning of the week, it wound have reduced, omo, aboki mention he will buy 1450! Haba! Luckily, Bros was on the phone and did not hear! If in 8 years buhari took pounds from 240 to 950, in 5 months Tinubu has taken it from 950 to 1450, what will happen in 1 year? |

Achor1111: Evidence that Tinubu is more clueless than Buhari Since when did an accountant become a manager of businesses? Accountant na book keeper. The man ruled Lagos, increase revenue by taxes, Lagos was a tax ripe state back then. With his Chicago mafia way of doing things, he extorted everyone, called it revenue, took a heavy cut and then passed the rest on. Despite the huge income, he still tool loans and left the state in debt. Only Ambode governed Lagos and did not add to the debt profile. Only one governor in the history of this country has ruled a debt ridden state, turned it around and left the state with heavy credit reserves. Wealth without enterprise. No factories, no industry, no accounting office etc but you have money, howww?? Dagbo, fake.. |

Akin0: Yes, I have . if you enter the country legally. You will have access to medical facilities., unlike in Nigeria that even the HMO will not help matters. A very good hospital in Nigeria, you pay through your nose. Ordinary Oxygen that are available for patient in abroad, is gold in Nigeria's Hospital. Maybe it was a long time you visit the general hospital. Go and see what is happening there, no space for patients , if you managed to get, maybe you no someone at the top. You forgot to add the hospital wait time in the uk. Fair enough you need proper money to get passable healthcare in naija. They have privately owned hospitals inside some government hospitals were you get proper treatmemt, immediate acess to all the consultants, comfortable rooms etc. Only that you pay through your nose. |
