Have you guys even thought for one second that if they had implemented your strategy of finishing the 24 audits before naming defaulting banks then people will actually have abandoned immediately all the defaulting banks for the ones that have passed as the passing banks would be seen as zero-risk.

With the incumbent bit-meal strategy then people will hesistate before abandoning the small batch of defaulters because they are not sure the others are any better since they have not yet been audited, and by the completion of the audit in another 2 months fears of customers of the current 5 defaulters (and even the newly named defaulters) may have subsided once they see operation is as normal in banks that default in audit, hence risk of run-on banks decreases.

your date is always incorrect because your region is wrong, and your computer is set to update time automatically, wot you need to do is
1. change your region in control panel

2.right click the time place in the task bar and check all the tabs(i'm thinking it's the last one tho) disable the automatic synching of your clock(or time update. . .)

My brother,i know the situation of the country placed u the side of those who played a draw with their sch but nonetheless,irrespective of ur CGPA,u can be admitted.it all depends on ur bargaining power.
As far as i'm concern,almost all schs-if nt all schs- in the US give good and quality education.Is just that some schools r overpriced owing to their historical background as either a sch where Isaac newton finished from or some stuffs.
My brother,get a state sch that offer partial scholarship to int'l students.Mail admission counsellors , tell them ur situation then from there tackle it.

2. Does having a 2.2 mean you shldnt bother applying to them schools that ask for a 3.0 out of a 4.0?

the office today is a ghost town (like any other friday) there are less than 15 ppl at work out of more than 40(fear wont let me count), i wonder what would happen if there was an emergency. . .(the only emergency i've seen so far is when they took light during an FEC meeting the trips was mad o, we had like 200year collective experience in the switchyard that day)

I have HND in E/E,and have awaiting B.Sc. in Industrial and Labour Management's result. And presently am process automation supervisor in one of Heneiken aquired brewery in nigeria. Moreover I have skills in electrical design and intallatioin in domestic and electrification, industrial instrumentation,PLC(SIEMENS TECHNOLOGY) and Process/factory Automation with 7yrs experinence
