Nemere2020:Who penalizes the banks when the bank doesn't remit the funds on the due day, either due to their network failure or any other reason as may be proffered by their customer care. GTB all of today could not receive POSCredit. I eventually had to use another bank and the inconvenience of explaining to the recipient. Customers are more exposed than the banks. |
Imagine this guy as an Okada rider in Lagos..His type are the ones behind female molestation and other crimes been committed by "Okada riders" |
There seems to be an evil wind in the air. Like a volcano rumbling and about to erupt. The people have borne so much pain and suffering over time. Many livelihoods lost. Hard-working Nigerians reduced to penury. For those who still have an income, the value erodes daily and almost worthless when you try buying mere necessities for your home. Please mind your movement for now, listen to the news, do not throw caution to the wind. May we not be at the wrong place at the wrong time. These are all signs of economic and system collapse. Nobody is immune. |
Pierocash:THESE POLITIFIANS' ALL BELONG TO ONE PARTY - COMMON INTEREST PARTY OF NIGERIA....CIPN We are watching!!! |
Another Lars Lagarback loading...On the flip side let's assume one minute into the match, the ref gave the entire bench Red card. So as professionals they can't win a match or defend a four goal lead. We once had previous cases of match fixing, I hope that trend in not back otherwise fire the coach if he is incompetent now before the tournament begins. |
hmmm. Its a Nigerian restaurant according to you. Can you order Amala with ewedu in a regular Italian restaurant in Naples? Also note that presently the price of tomatoes and onions are not friendly...... ![]() |
I AM NOT A FAN OF LATSMA. I'VE SEEN THEM ASSIST THE PHYSICALLY DISABLED AND VERY ELDERLY CROSS THE ROAD WITHOUT USING THE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE. THIS GUY IS NEITHER OF THE ABOVE AND SHOULD BE CHARGED TO A LAW COURT. |
I can see some pot belied men and women among them. Can these ones climb the rope and do a 1.5Km race in quick time. I hope they will be exposed to lots of tactical drills. Restraint too until you get the ORDER TO USE LETHAL FORCE. Finally, the rules of engagement should be well spelt out. This unit should be a last resort to respond to a crime scene unless it's confirmed the suspects are armed and dangerous. |
OBASEKI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BEWARE OF THESE DEFECTORS COMING BACK TO DINE WITH YOU. POLITICS MIGHT BE ALL ABOUT INTEREST BUT BEWARE OF THOSE WHO PRAISE YOU IN THE DAY AND WORK HARD TO BRING YOU DOWN AT NIGHT. |
As much i dislike the driving style of most Dagote truck drivers, I hope the mob didnt kill the driver. Most of the Dangote drivers are reckless but interestingly the ones from Ghana seem to be more cautious on our highways. |
This is horrible.....An 8 year old should not be a househelp...If the little girl's family are so poor and incapable of giving adequate care, they can take her in and reduce the burden on her parents. Show her love by caring for her like their own child. These two "psychotic"and debased humans decided to starve this little child to the point of looking like those previous pictures of Somali refugees. They equally had the twisted mind of burning this little girl. I wish they can be brought before that firm female judge that deals squarely with rapists that are brought to her courtroom in Ikeja-Lagos. These ones will be behind bars for a very long time... |
BEWARE OR RETURNEES.....2023 loading!!! |
Akwa ibomites are gradually preparing for the future. Delta can we see....... or we are still paying debts without any meaningful development to show for the so called debts. Nobody is speaking out. Every parastatal is waiting on oversea donor agencies. What do they do, other spend same sum on travel costs, seminars, hotels, acquire a few hilux and print six pages of scenery in Delta state. |
Oh God our father, serving in your vineyard is a call to glorify your name through submission and selfless service. Rest in Peace...JHS |
WHERE IS LANCE CORPORAL IDAKPANI..........everyone should speak up for this soldier |
ajl:@Ajl... Goodevening Your response is fair but will need to add the following. Shoprite never stopped others from competing. In Lagos, Abuja, Enugu, Port harcourt and counting their are many competing brands, When i want farm fresh youghourt - Unsweetened i go for Habib which is available in their partner stores. Outlets like MarketSquare-Lagos, PH etc, DEChoice Mall in Uyo, depending on investment, location, available space; More Mega Supermarts and Malls are springing up. Oversea investors in Shoprite cant even repatriate their funds at the current exchange rate. They need more local supplies to even export. I like the value addition to local products like cashew nuts, peppers, spices, utensils, dried fish, some seafood all locally sourced and almost good for the export market encouraged by Shoprite. The market is open for new entrants which will employ more Nigerians and expats depending on your niche, |
DEEBOZZ:When a shopping outlet like Shoprite closes it has negative ripple effect. Businesses and various suppliers who thrive through Shoprite will be affected. Job losses etc' I have observed over time the increase in Nigeria value added products on sale at Shoprite. I can refill my kitchen up to 80% of our needs with discount of 5-15%. Household purchases i can do up to 60% excluding specific needs or options at bargain pricing. The economy is already a mess. Right now we need to keep companies from quiting. 100% or 0% sales Shoprite has a huge energy and maintenance bill etc Some outlets in the mall cant market themselves and thrive on customers coming to make purchases at Shoprite to stopover.. Shehu Sanni is comfortable and until he can replace Shoprite with an equivalent or better brand with more opportunities for Nigerians let him keep his peace......Lunch time is about over now and incoming email indicates three more regular staffs dropped. Meanwhile 2019-2020 forcast initially projected 6-8 possible employment and 16x2shifts for production...Is it still feasible? |
Gracealone:Shock has left me with no other comment than...FLIGHT N64BN DEPARTS CORRUPTION AIRPORT TO LAND IN 2023 AT ELECTION AIRPORT. |
If NIGER were to annex Katsina, Yobe and Bauchi states. Is this the way Lt. Gen Buratai will lead the army to recover the states under the watch of his Commander in Chief? Declare all out war on BH and do the needful. Tired of husbands, sons, brothers, cousins, nephews, friends dying for what and whom? Pls can someone inform us what the ranks of the present service chiefs where when Nigerian soldiers went to war in Liberia under IBB |
Wickedfact:The truth is bitter but best put by you. Normally i would overlook comments such as this. My guts tells me you are the voice of the voiceless. Your line of thought is fast spreading over the years in different quarters of Lagos. Historically my parents fled the east during the civil war. My dad a Reprogragher/graphic artist did well with his printing press and trained lots of Yorubas and other tribes. Mum was a nurse cum midwife and lots of kids were nurtured at birth by her.Rght from Ifeoluwa to Lagos Island maternity with years of meritorous service. I think Lagos been the Federal capital, International airport and Seaport are the sole attraction of non Lagosians to Lagos. Almost forgot to mention- free education back then. To ignore you is to live in a fools world. I dont know how old you are but ask Germany where are the Jews today; Ask Japan where are the chinese today; Meeting persons like you or reading view points such as these helped shape all i do today. 20-30% of my workforce i think are yorubas, Deji built a house in Okpanam and commutes to the office daily to Asaba. Baba Sumbo is my oldest truck driver, most respected and the truck now belongs to him but he agreed to continue to work with company[Permitted only to do local deliveries now because he turned 65years in February]. Yes you want us to go back home and WE WILL but do you know what NEXT? |
It will ease traffic a bit but not so sure during peak periods. A bridge would have eased more outbound traffic from Alausa axis of the road. |

The reason for initiating VAR is positive but stands to kill some fun elements of the game during the match and after. All the arguments that make the game exciting like a player playing in an offside position, free kick or penalty decision for balls on the edge of the line are arguments we have until the second leg for vengeance and honestly its fun. VAR should have been limited to goal-line technology as that is a decision both sides of the team want to know the outcome. |
The chicken has come home to roost. The average lecture hall is congested before Covid-19. Spacing for tests and exams was a nightmare for institutions not to mention the ongoing pandemic. |
Congratulations..... |

Good afternoon all, I have a Infinix Hot 7 that won't come on for two days now. It has been in use for almost a year now, Please can someone in the house suggest how to fix it or where to fix it after the lockdown. Thanks |
Maina''''Welcome back to Nigeria. Thanks to you my Uncle and three others died in Abuja all for the elusive pension that was rightfully due them after over 30years of service to FGN. I wish my uncle listened to us he may be alive today with his wife and five kids. These four died on the cold floor after days of verification, long lines of elderly persons, several commutes back and forth from their respective home states. Maina'''''' many died because of you and your cronies that eloped with funds meant to payoff these pensioners. How was Singapore? Now you feign illness etc.. The kids of my Uncle we shared among relatives and care for the widow he left behind...They are watching you.....You bled fathers and mothers who worked diligently for this nation dry. You are the last chapter to a book whose contents brought tears to the eyes of many. |

Why should international Distillery makers of aromatic Schnapps donate indomie to Lagosians. What happened to their Seaman Schnapps and Confam Alomo Bitters which can be used to sanitize the hands and one shot clears up the respiratory tract which is a symptom of Covid19
