Hello sir, Please how much is clearing cost for: 2007 Lexus E350 2017 Kia Soul |
essentialone:e tire me oooo, if all women sees men's advances as sexual harassment, all men will be in jail by now. That is even if it is true. ''he held my hand and took me on a tour of his house while my husband was following us at the back....he told me we could come back here to enjoy.....later at home my husband asked me what he was telling me, i said nothing....he told me i would enjoy everything if i make him happy''....That's Tales by Moonlight. How do you prove in the court that he said this? They are both adults and even in the West, stuffs like this will not hold water. If she was a minor, then, she may be able to prove some violations but a full grown woman with her reputation with men? And if true, how is that a national matter to be investigated by the Senate of a country? Can you because of that violate all the rules you swear to uphold? Our collective emotions is a big factor we are not progressing. We do not reason critically, we use emotions and sentiments on serious national issues and also the mundane ones. If a man made advances on a woman and the woman feel offended, let her go to court and stop heating the polity with personal matters. We did not vote them in to discuss cock and bull stories. |
This man is too m-u-m-u, he’s not fit to be a man. If u can’t keep a baby, then don’t have a baby. …. And some peeps would say “don’t beat a woman” abi? Don’t beat a woman my foot, if my wife could be so unfortunate as to be caught just like that, she’d get the beating of her life and I’d damn the consequence. Nothing injures a man’s pride like stuff like this, it’s like watching a horror movie or a sad movie. U just can’t forget seeing the scenes all your life. |
Iliveforever:When ignorance teams up with hate, the result is usually embarrassing and foolhardy just like the above! |
She was particularly referring to the Nigerian Civil war. So amazing some folks are pathological haters, always playing the victim. At least, Awolowo now has a companion who they can blame and hate for their failure in the civil war. |
Blokohnnn:don't understand, is this not criminal? |
jrusky:When you are a pathological hater, when consciously hating fellow human beings for no reasonable reason is your DNA, you will become unconsciously confused, deluded and moronic! |
Emergingnation3:The ''dullard'' does not have any power whatsoever to unilaterally dismember Nigeria, ascribing such powers to him can only come from a confused people who did not know what they want and worse still, did not know how to go about it. So you can see who really is the ''dullard'' here. |
It shouldn't have been the other way around, among the three, PYO is the least qualified. We are not talking about PYO's academic background or law prowess here but serious politicking in a process to choose a presidential candidate. It's an area where many have been investing, scheming, working ...towards for many years before now. Politics they say, is a game of numbers and for one who didn't even have a political machinery, joining the fray at the eleventh hour and hoping to win will be a serious miracle. PYO was egged on mostly by the less discerning and people filled with unwarranted hatred for the other candidate. How grounded is he in the party politics. He was never an insider. That he got the VP position was enough of miracle, if he's so much interested in the game, he should have invested more time to study and know the game very well. He should have resigned at least 2 years earlier and begin the serious hobnobbing rather than relying on the endorsement of the President. That he even got that much vote is surprising, in terms of weighting he is in the league of jokers like Tunde Bakare, Rochas Okorocha and some other minor pretenders. And again, how do we expect the core party big wigs to support a "strange bedfellow" who was touted as a saint and the most upright. If PYO is serious about politics, now he has the opportunity to build on whatever goodwill he's earned but he will need to dump the party and setup a new one with like minds and nurture the party to the point of massive acceptance across the land before 2027. He can do this after all he could afford a whooping #100M ticket. How he even hope to make any difference on the present platform beats my imagination. A tree does not make a forest, his presidency would still have been same of same! |
And yet again we all missed the point. The point really was that we could not get a comment from Tinubu at the spore of the moment simply because a roadside reporter could not perform a simple task of asking a question in a very apt and concise grammar. How on earth can a trained reporter refer to Osinbajo as "Tinubu's son" on air? That's beer parlour language. The VP is a political associate of Tinubu. The question should have been straightforward and specific like " The Vice President Prof........has declared interest ......what is your take on this..... And of course Tinubu's response was classic and very apt. That reporter trivialised a very important national issue that would have helped us further in making informed decision on that matter. It is laughable and sadly so. |
Maxymilliano:The thing tire me ooo, these are bunch of Olodos managing our affairs. How many businesses are you going to interfere in, so you will call the airlines, Coscahris etc to regulate their charges too. The simple solution is to create enabling environment for businesses to operate. You just cant interfere in such economic things as pricing, that is for the market forces to do. When Globacom started per seconds billing, nobody thought the almighty MTN, that hitherto said it wasn't possible, to follow suit. Isn't it a shame that no Nigerian investor has been able to invest in that sector and compete with DSTV?. It is highly embarrassing that upon all the ills afflicting us as a nation today, our National Assembly are preoccupied with fixing prices for television viewing... |
If you are really serious about ending the relationship and moving on, why not just leave the shop plus any other material things you gifted her why it was yummy. If you can afford it, i will advise you even pay her off. There is no permanent foe anywhere moreover, you too must have benefitted from her one way or the other. And if he has at least 1 child for you, the more reason you MUST not strip her naked. |
How much can you possibly earn, earn legitimately that is, that will effectively take care of your security and that of your family members, take care of your water, power and health needs, your feeding and mobility and be able to just live like a human being for once! |

Thank u Oga Kingsley for not disappointing me cos i have always known that you are a joker but i never knew you are this daft. This strategy has been over used by the set of people you want to displace and its amazing how you did not know that it failed almost all the previous users! |
No wonder Bros dey always misfire like a castrated dog! |
this backside wowo sha! |
Ndlistic:...and Jesus wept! |
Thinktwicemybro:You are wrong sir, unlike most slay mamas trading in Lagos, Helen Prest's got pedigree, decent, weighty pedigree, she's never a 'wannabe'! |
Righteousness2:Godly counselling from Apostle Suleiman abi? |
anonimi:This is really embarrassing, in a free economy government don't interfere to the extent of fixing prices. O Level economics taught us that. Government only need to provide enable environment for businesses to bloom and market forces will be in full play. All those exotic cars government buys every year, especially the National Assembly, can they tell the suppliers to keep selling at prices of the previous years. Can the government tell Coscharis for instance, not to adjust prices of the BMW vehicles according to the foreign exchange dictates? DSTV is a luxury brand and so not targeted at everybody. That is the simple truth. Its contents are acquired in foreign currency especially the USD and we all know what has been happening to the FOREX in the last few months. It is embarrassing enough that no Nigerian entrepreneur has been able to establish and sustain a rival brand not to talk of government now interfering in their business. It is the prerogative of DSTV consumer to protest any price hike by simply boycotting them. |
Can somebody please confirm with proof this $1m deposit crap please. Are sure its USD 1 MILLION or Naira or Cedi? Apart from Nigerian politician, USD1 MILLION is hard to come by even among US citizens... |
The pot calling the kettle black. Never ask for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee... |
yinnyme:You can imagine, they are claiming the Obas led by the Alaafin were at the governor's office coincidentally whereas, Channels TV News reported that the Alaafin led other Obas to mediate in the brouhaha. Ayefele himself was shown expressing regret about the measures he took at contacting the governor, he admitted the need for revalidations and he had contracted his architects to handle this before the demolition day. My one penny advise to him, he should be mindful of his status as a top celebrity, he needs top professionals for his Media handling and more importantly, he should consider relocating his studio to safer, better location devoid of any illegality. If he's able to arm twist the present governor into ''revalidating and or ratifying'', hmnnn the matter will surely resurrect again! |
To say most Nigerians have short or distorted memories is to gloss over the main issue, most Nigerians don't have memories at all, its like their skulls are void...… Otherwise, they would have remembered that that Oba is one that cannot be bought by any of the contemporary politicians for any political gains, not in Ijebu Land anyway. They would have remembered more importantly, that this was the Kabiyesi who, in the build up to the 2015 general elections, told GEJ to his face ''korokoro'' that partisan politics has no place in his palace. He went further to say that his subjects belonged to the several parties available then and that whenever they visit his palace, they drop their party togas at the gate. So if he maintained this laudable stand again in 2018, why then do we have many ''basket mouths'' running? |
yinnyme:I doubt if Ayefele sees it all in that light. It is clearly evidenced that he has bad advisers on all issues, always employing public sentiments to resolve issues but unfortunately, that route can not bring about an enduring solution. This tone of this release I would say, is quite unnecessary especially from a party expecting any form of assistance or is it reimbursement, from the government. If anything, it can only exacerbate the dousing tension. It brings to doubt the competence of Ayefele's media handlers. The governor invited you for a reconciliatory meeting, you attended and said it was a ''set up''. You wanted the meeting in your own terms and didn't communicate those terms before attending the meeting. All these talks about ''set up, press crew, governor's cameraman'' etc are scraps! |

Interesting, Since you have decided to chose the Selective Perception route, let me help you a bit. Fault me if you can; 1. The Chairman of the board of Multichoice Nigeria, the owner of DSTV Nigeria, is a Nigerian called, Adewunmi Ogunsanya. There are several other Nigerian in the top management and several others are on the employ of the company. So, Multichoice Nigeria is still not Nigerian enough by your understanding? 2. Nigerian Breweries PLC, formerly Nigerian Breweries Limited is being owned by the Dutch with over 60% through Heineken Heineken Brouwerijen B.V (37.73%) and Distilled Trading International BV(16.36%). Stanbic Nominees Nigeria Limited own 15.53% and other individuals & institutions, 30.38%. I hope you know that the Brand Stanbic is South African too? |
seunmsg:Very true and besides, perhaps he's forgotten the lesson thought Jonathan in 2015 by the Awujale. That Kabiyesi is one you cannot buy, fool or play pranks with. Even Abacha didn't succeed. |
TundeBricklayer:Mr Bricklayer your ignorance is so so sickening. In what ways should the government have supported TSTV more than what they did? Oh, they should have arbitrarily issued the marching order to DSTV and other local competitors all because of TSTV and allowed the industry to standstill until TSTV is ready to get their acts right. Ours is an open economy and there is nothing wrong in international brands berthing here as long as they play by the rules. If Globacom could take on MTN and still stand strong, the question is why is it that no Nigerian businessman is willing to invest in a local brand that would favourably compete with DSTV? The answer is simple, a typical Nigerian investor is interested in the short term ROI, he's rarely willing to invest and nurture a brand over the long haul. It took DSTV over three decades to get to the level they are today and even at that, they keep evolving. So in your view, government should have outlawed the likes of Shoprite, Games, SAB etc all in the name of ''supporting our own'' even if they are mediocre levels. O level Commerce and or Economics should have opened yous eyes better. Please tell us since you are in the know, how did the South Africans in ''our country connived with corrupt politics'' to frustrate TSTV? And by the way, what made Nigerian Breweries a Nigerian company and made Multichoice a non Nigerian company? It is the era of information super highway, ignorance is no longer an excuse, it is more than a sin, it is curse! |
Right from day one you could tell they are just dumb and lousy about it. You could see they lacked basic understanding of the terrain they wanted to wade into. They went to town to talk about hatching a peacock egg that would be sold at the price of a day old broiler when they don't even know which bird's egg it was they had. When the discerning warned compatriots to thread carefully, they were termed unpatriotic, earning rain of abuses. That is our approach to all issues and a major reason why we are where we are. |
scoty2910:Very much on point. Sentiments, sentiments, sentiments all over, in all facets our lives, all faculties, our bane as a nation, reason we will remain where we are till thy kingdom come. We willingly allow sentiment and emotions to becloud our reasoning and sense of judgement. We can not think aright and decide objectively. Tribal sentiment, ethnic sentiment, religious sentiment etc. Its unfortunate and sad, we can never progress if we continue that way. We all know ourselves very well. Majority acquire land, build their structures first before fulfilling the necessary righteousness if at all they EVER will. Survey, plans, approval etc can wait. Some will then be willing to compromise the system to ratify their illegallities, others will wait till armagedon comes and begin to shout persecution etc. That is how we roll and that is why we will continue to roll into abyss. Go check the records, most of the self-built houses in Nigeria dont have legal documents, one of the reasons why most landlords cannot even approach the banks for loans. Majority of those that have the papers actually bought their ways into ratifying one form of illegality or the other, especially the high and mighty. I dont live in Ibadan and have never been to the site of the Music House. I am not a fan of the governor and I do not hate him either, i have read a lot of negative and positive things about him in the media, nothing different from what I read about contemporary Nigerian leaders . But from what i have read and seen even on this forum, i could conclude as follows: i. It appears the building violated the set back rule. There is a certain distance a structure must maintain to the various categories of roads, inner streets, expressways etc. When we were growing up, we could always see this as we believed that all houses on a street must be behind electric poles and some that either were on the same line with the poles or beyond the poles were illegal structures and often time, you will see the x mark in red color painted on it by the authorities. But after a while, we will notice that the x marks have been removed and the structure remains. It is possible that as at the time the Music House was erected, the distance was adequate but as a result of road expansion, the structure became vulnerable to the rule. In that case, the owner would be entitled to compensation from government and compensation claim would be tenable if the structure in question has all the relevant legal documents in the first place. Tenement rate and the governor's visit are far from any of these documents. ii. As bad as our situation might seem, we have never gotten a kind of tyrannical government that would suddenly wake up from the wrong side of bed and begin to demolish houses. Even under the military, it was never that bad. Owners of such building were served some form of notice(s) several months before the demolition took place. What step was taken to halt it. Why wait till the last minute to rush to the court when that should have been done the moment the first notice was gotten. Why wait till the last minute before sending emissary to the governor if he thought that was the best thing to do. iii. Other houses were demolished in same Ibadan over similar, why the outcry about this particular one? You like it or not, the owner of that structure is an elite, he has overcome his physical challenge and he has all the wherewithal to fight any perceived injustice. He even confirmed that his wife met with the governor over the issue. How many of us have such privilege, or it does'nt occur to some of us that that was a rare privelege in Nigeria? iv. We the masses are our own greatest enemies. We always set the agenda for the ruling class to exploit us. You can see politicians even far from Oyo State weighing into the matter for political goals. You can see a lot of people using that as yardstick of judging the performance of the governor and vowing to vote against his party. You can see in another four years we will still be at same spot singing same songs about whatever party and government that will be in power. You can see why Fela Anikulapo Kuti concluded that ....''na so African (Nigerian)man life be, suffer don dabaru im sense''... |
Meaning what now? 1. Islam is not a Godly religion 2. All Godly christian denominations must be threat to Islam 3. The only christian denominations in the world that are Godly are RCCG and Winners 4. To be a real christian is to attack people of Islam and be a threat to them 5. Being threat to Islam should be the main pre occupation of christians 6. People of other faiths aside chistianity are doomed 7. People of other christianity denominations are doomed 8. To be saved, you must either belong to the RCCG or Winners 9. To be saved you re-enact the Crusader's War in the 21st Century 10. Like their political counterparts, kids of Nigerian christian leaders are spoilt and ill bred.
