It's not about making Nigeria ungovernable for The Dullard. It's all about the eventual and inevitable balkanization of The Zoo. Zoo Nigeria is precariously hanging on a precipice and it's simply a matter of time before it crashes. I can't wait for the day. I'm definitely ecstatic!

The Zoo Must Fall!

All of a sudden, providing steady electricity supply has become rocket science.
Of course it is not rocket science, you dont even need formal education to know that electricity cannot be generated when there are people on standby with dynamites waiting for gas pipelines to be fixed so they can blow it up again.

And the Jonathanians are ecstatic... now Nigeria is being made ungovernable for buhari, but the folly lies in the fact that blowing pipelines affects the entire citizens of Nigeria, not just some villagers in the north east.

TheHerald:
Borno-born billionaire, Mohammed Indinmi, is the lead donor of Lynn’s newest faculty, the $14m Mohammed Indimi International Business Center.

The university is a private, coeducational institution located in Boca Raton, Florida. Founded in 1962.

The centre was dedicated in 2014 and is a state of the art facility, outfitted with technology systems to enhance the students’ educational environment , with 11 classrooms and a wealth of other areas such as a Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI), a Venture Lab, an Investment and Trading room and a new Career Preparation and Internship Centre.

15 other new spaces also provide conference and meeting areas for collaborations between students, faculties and corporations.

He also received an honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters from the university on May 12, 2012 and a gala was held to recognise Indimi’s business and philanthropic achievements

Mohammed Indimi was born in August 1947 and founded Oriental Energy in 1990, of which he is still chairman. He is an in-law of former Nigerian president and retired Nigerian Army general Ibrahim Babangida.

Oriental currently has three projects offshore of Nigeria’s Niger Delta region. Six of his children serve on the company’s board. His net worth dropped from an estimated $670 million a year ago due to ongoing low oil prices.

His children are known to be fabulously weallthy and flamboyant, the topic of many blog posts on several top blogs including Linda Ikeji. One of his daughters once dated popular crooner Dbanj.

Ahmed, a son of his gained respect and notoriety after he posted his ATM balance of $100 million on social media.

I think a better approach has to be followed instead of just splashing billions on belligerent miscreants. Splashing millions on militants any time they feel they've run out of cash can never be a sustainable approach; what about just developing the freaking communities and getting the real suffering community members appeased?

Have you ever been to Gbaramatu or Okrika or some of these communities where those big warlords come from?... If you've been to those places, you will understand the futility of paying criminals money.

Yaradua gave amnesty, but gej resorted to giving all the bogus security contracts through which billions were paid monthly to the big militants to protect pipelines. Giving those billions to those guys is the genesis of the problems we will forever suffer from; the more you give them billions, the more the thirst for billions increases. The govt should have spent those billions in uplifting the lives of the villagers and communities - building clean schools, hospitals, badass road networks, water, free steady electricity etc. The core oil producing communities are not plenty, developing them shouldnt be rocket science and when they are developed, some money seeking miscreants wouldnt have an excuse to come hold the whole nation to ransom.
PoliticsRe: Militants Are Attacking Our Economic Life - Gbaramatu Chief by obailala(m): 9:15am On May 21, 2016
I think the FG should find a way to dialogue and overwhelmingly appease the affected communities and not the miscreants. It really shouldnt be a big deal to appease these communities the proper way, but paying out billions to miscreants without paying any attention to law abiding community members, that was the biggest mistake of the last administration which should never be repeated.

Are you aware this same pipeline has been bombed about 3 times in 2016 alone and that is purely the reason why power supply has been next to zero since 2016?

Are you aware that all the sufferings of the masses today are linked directly to the FG being broke?.. ranging from the high fuel prices to the crippling fuel scarcity to the high cost of food that has been on for some months now are all effects of the lack of forex in the country?

judging from the well tailored list it is important to note that even with this multinationals northerners and westerners are still majorities... should it Be so? i love northerners and westerners the same way i love Other tribes but my issue with them is cheating on us.... can u tell me why all the headquarters of exon mobil , chevron and the rest are situated in lagos state .....also can you tell me why ibaka sea port is not on motion up till now just becos the top shots wants only lagos seaport to work what about epz in cross river state .... the list is too numerous.... Bros federalism and regionalism alone will solve this lingering issue. united state re practicing it why can;t we emulate from them too
Dont let yourself be deceived by the theories and propaganda of some devilish deceivers; the people responsible for the woes of the niger delta are right there in the niger delta.

Firstly, most companies prefer lagos as HQ because lagos is the commercial capital of Nigeria, this is not a Nigerian thing, it is a global trend in business, businesses sit close to economic and political power bases.

Secondly, the security climate is a major reason why even companies that setup their business in the ND eventually flee. I will use Warri which I am very familiar with as my case study. When warri used to be a hotbed for violent clashes in the late 90's and early 2000's, do you know how many companies fled warri to PH and Lagos for security reasons?... Do you know how much it cost to provide mobile policemen security for your staff 24-7?.... Even a massive company like Shell (which could even afford the security bills) just recently moved it's HQ to PH and stopped all operations in its western division (delta state) because of this same security issue. Do you know the amount of life blood that was drawn away from delta state because of that move?... Hundreds of other smaller companies feeding off Shell would also leave.

Some months back, Shoprite opened its first branch in warri with all the funfair. The shopping complex became the only attraction in a town which has become a shadow of itself (since shell left). About a month after its opening, some stuupid youth group invades the complex, chases everyone away, vandalises properties and loots valuables forcing the closure of the mall. http://www.lailasblog.com/2016/01/embarassing-delta-yoths-attack-and-loot.html

Now I have no idea if that mall has been re-opened since then, but this is the exact reason people take their businesses away from these places. Or have you ever heard of Shoprite being attacked for no reason in any other part of Nigeria (even in the volatile north)?

Now you raised the issue of seaport, the security is also the exact reason why business men from as far back as the 90's preferred to bring their goods in through Lagos (which is a coastal port) instead of the ports in the ND which are inland. No business man will spend millions and billions importing goods only for his goods to be ransacked and stolen by miscreant pirates in internal waterways. The low patronage of those ports by importers is what killed the ports. However, some anarchists have successfully polluted the minds of people claiming it is sabotage by some particular tribes. Sometimes

Finally, you asked why ibaka seaport isnt being built, and then I wonder why typical Nigerians cannot just sit back and think for themselves but always wait for some political or ethnocentric manipulators to manipulate their minds. The reason ibaka isn't being built is the same reason why we have only 4 dead refineries in Nigeria since the 70's, its the same reason why roads built by colonial masters decades ago cannot even be maintained, its the same reason why all federal institutions are dead across Nigeria (not only in the SS & SE as some diabolic manipulators have succeeded in poisoning the minds of many with) and it's the same reason why a country of 170 million people still struggles to generate less than 5000mw of electricity.. Just incase you are still not clear on what this reason is, it is called bad leadership.

Returning to regional governments would be the only solution, at least we wouldn't have some people deceiving others that it is the next tribe or ethnic group or zone that is hindering their own leaders from doing the right things.

The story of unfair balance is largely the creation of some political jobbers and some ethnic anarchists. It is usually amusing how these anarchists always say SW and north enjoy niger delta oil most, but tactfully omit the SE while they nudge the SS to view the SW as their enemies.

The truth is that the 3 big tribes in Nigeria are fleecing on Niger delta oil contrary to whatever ethnocentric propaganda some dubious anarchists are peddling. Like i said, I was opposed to the antisocial media bill and the grazing reserves bill and many other buhari outspoken supporters were also openly against it . I don't have to keep running back and forth to prove anything to a faceless emotional person on NL, the records are easily available. When I see something which isn't right, I would not speak in support of it because of political affiliation, that is common sense 101; common sense comes before some stupiid tribal or religious or political allegiance. i don't know if this can be said for most of you disgruntled jonathanians and ethnocentrists.

By the way, Fulani herdsmen massacre has been happening ever since even though it was hardly ever reported nor given any attention by past govts and Nigerians in general; and when you dont nip things like that in the bud, they only get more daring. It is silly for anyone to claim it started under Pmb or because of buhari. It only became more popular because it is now seen and used as a sweet political tool to bulldoze buhari, just the same way the bokoharam menace was used as a political tool to bulldoze GEJ. Similarly, most of the other unrests you mentioned are things that have been happening so I wonder why anyone would want to tie it to pmb.

When you cut down the tap root of a tree, it takes a couple of days at least before the leaves begin to wither. I can assure you that the people bombing these pipelines and throwing the nation into darkness are not from those suffering communities. And you know what?... just like before, when these miscreants are EVENTUALLY paid, they would squander the moneys in wild living while the real indigenes of the suffering communities would still remain in their penury. We still have fresh examples like the Asaris and Tompolos and the Atekes who have made billions but have not in any substantial way given back to the real communities that suffer the direct brunt of oil exploration/production.

By the way, what I referred to as ignorant was the 85% figure which you gave as yoruba and hausa being the biggest gainers from the oil industries, nothing could be more ignorant. First of all, if you have ever walked into the office of an oil company like exxonmobil at eket, you will realise that at least 80% of the employees, both the high and low level staff, contractors, contractor staff, even the cooks, cleaners, security men etc etc are from akwa Ibom. There is no doubt that we have some other tribes in the company which includes yorubas and igbos and other niger delta tribes. It is a similar scenario when you walk into many other oil companies, as a matter of fact, it is only in nnpc I have really seen northerners so I wonder where that your 85% figure came from.
