1.5mm is too small for the pump.
It will work but there will be a lot of voltage drops which will increase the current draw it the pump.

but if you plan to upgrade in the future you can just purchase another controller that all

Your installer will be in a good position to determine.
But am mppt will be more favorable since the 1000w load would be in the afternoon.

On the second hand, the battery storage is too small to run 1000w.

I tried a test selling recently, it went well but downside is that the Billing meters we have here in Nigeria are not provisioned for reverse energy flow. Thereby making it impossible for you to balance the energy traffic.
Secondly, getting your pay for any excess selling might be a problem with the Nigerian power billers. So you might only be subtracting what you are selling back from what you purchased because it's prepaid.
A perfect solar selling system comes with postpaid kind of setup where the energy company serves you a bill after deducting what you sold back and pays you if you sold in excess.

I thought a Seperate energy meter is used to achieve this
