I have been having some issues in my room, I live with my mum and sister , it's a 3 bedroom flat, we pay 1.4m yearly and we've paid 3 times, last payment was in may.

My landlord increased the pressure point of our water in the compound and now water gas been leaking, pipes got burst in the wall and water has been coming out from walls and pop, I started complaining last month but they didn't do anything about it, it got to a point when the water was too much in my room, I wanted to get my landlords attention so I had to spoil our pumping machine and I brought out all the dirts in our dustbin, I acknowledge my mistakes but it was out of anger.

My landlord confronts me and we got into an argument and we insulted each other, I know i was wrong but if I didn't spoil that pumping machine, the landlord wouldn't have called plumber to repair the issues I was having in my room, I even discovered that i wasn't the only one experiencing such thing, my neighbors too were also having that same issues.

According to my landlord, he said he's not the one collecting money from us, we paid money to agent and if we have any issues we should contact the agent, this particular agent is his elder brother but this my landlord is living in our compound with us, though he has numerous houses.

Now my landlord said he doesn't want to see me again in his compound and has threatened my mum with quit notice, he said it's either I leave the house or my family would leave , he instructed the gateman not to open gate for me again or else he'll sack him. My fellow nairalanders I really need your help, how will I go about this?

Modified; The landlord threatened to call police if he ever sees me in his compound, he said he'll win me in court and it's malicious damage to his property, mind you, there's no evidence that I committed the offence, our gateman was the only eye witness.

If he gives you quit notice, he has to give you 6months to relocate this is if you are a yearly tenant.

I watched the battery reach full today but I used it to some extent till it return to 3 battery bar and continue charging

3 bar remained but I switched off the inverter to enable battery continue to charge from around 3pm till evening but to my surprise, when the battery stopped charging it only shows 2bar whereas the continuation of charging showed 3 bar

Does that mean something discharge the battery?

I noticed reduction in voltage too because when the battery still under charge, it shows 12.6 as battery voltage and 12.7 as panel voltage going into the battery but when the panel stopped charging, the voltage showed 12.4v

I will need your input as regard this if it's normal or something is wrong somewhere

This is quite normal.
For batteries to charge, u need a voltage higher than the batteries voltage, so I can attribute it to the extra voltage from solar panel.

Please try to charge the batteries full before using them after the previous incident.

That aside, weather has been bad for sometime now, for the first time my 12v system off on me....

Panel Connections: I connected it myself and I watched it on YouTube

Negative on panel 1 connected to positive on panel 2

While we connect wire from charge controller accordingly i.e negative from charge controller to negative on panel 2, positive from charge controller to positive on panel 1

Also, voltage seen on charge controller varies from 10 - 11v around 7am till something 9. From 9am, it's always above 12.4 that it shows

However your connection seem to be the problem.

Please go back and reconfigure it.
+ve of panel 1 to +ve of panel 2 and vice versa.

While doing this, please try to measure the voltage of the panels individually.

Day 2: Battery charged full

From day 3, battery never charge to full capacity as it stopped mostly in 3 bar

Should I add 1 more solar panel to boost the charging or I should change the pwm controller to mppt? I can add more solar panel & change the pwm controller to mppt but I need your suggestion so I know the one I will do

Note: I normally put on 130watts power from 7pm till 10pm & only 20watts from 10pm till 7am each day

1.5mm is too small for the pump.
It will work but there will be a lot of voltage drops which will increase the current draw it the pump.

be willing to learn and expect nothing even the settlement if it comes fine if it doesnt no wahala.
