What I meant is, it's way easier buying genuine leadAcid battery, than Lithium battery because at least we could seek with brand name, thhen go through the task of confirming thhe battery isn't repackaged.
For Lithium, we mostly are at mercy of the dealer. Not like we could go and buy a particular brand of lithium battery. Maybe if we start having established companies / brands who sells such, then would make it easier, else you're forced to rely on a dealer, who either hhave no track record, or don't mind much should their reputattion get soiled.

Even solar panel gan sef, a lot of people buy used PV as brand new. dem no know say most dealers get brand new stickers, all they need do is wash the solar panels thoroughly, then sort them accordingly.

you charge it using battery chargers via nepa/gen or you can adopt other means of charging such as wind etc

no you have to use 2 12v batteries to achieve the 24v

Is there a difference between using an inverter and the solar stuff, or do they come together?

Is it the inverter that determines how long the light lasts or the solar panels? Let's say one wants to use it in an office with just one ceiling fan and two sockets, for three laptops and, say 5 phones, how will one go about it?

Also, in an apartment with two sockets for one laptop and three phones at a time, how will it work?

In the apartment, will one need to get an electrician to rewire the house again, considering it's a rented apartment?

To your question, yes you can have an inverter backup system without having a solar system (we basically refer to the solar panels as the solar system since it gives room to recharge the batteries without nepa or gen)

What the inverter does is convert the dc voltage from the battery to Ac voltage which appliances in the house uses.

You may need to provide the wattage of the appliances you want to run, it would aid the design of the system.

No there will be no need for an electrician.
The only time an electrician would be needed is for load separation and possibly point separation.

But the real reason I asked is cos I'm into phone charging biz using solar.

My PV array is very small and using inverter UPS and plugging so many chargers into the it is stressing the battery.

That's why I was wondering if there's a way I can open a charger and soldier wire from maybe charge controller to the chargers motherboard board and and it'll charge phones without hassles so I don't have to use inverter again

yea not small to charge the batteries, but powering the freezer [even] during the day, means the Solar panel is expected to provide a bulk of needed current hence my saying even the solar panels are small, irrespective of wether chargeController is PWM or MPPT.

You need consider loses both from chargeController, Inverter, Cables, even the panel sef might be overRated, + output of the solarr panels ain't often always at optimum levels.

trust me, those batteries no go last long because they would be overWorked like Nigerian private school teachers

And the 2pcs of 345Watts solar panels sef is small.

I don't think 345w is small to charge the battery...
Like there is mppt controller.
Even on pwm, the panels will be adequate

I designed a small 12v 160ah lifepo4 battery with 1.2kva 12v Tbb inverter, 80A Felicity Mppt CC and 2 pcs of 345w Jinko pv to power 120w freezer during the day and 45w LG tv, about 3 ceiling fans of 14w each and few lighting points (energy saving bulbs) at night for my friend.
The guy called two different installers and he was told the system will not power the stated loads.

It's not suitable for lithium battery.
Except your modify it externally.

I blame @Masterdazhem for openly stating his budget here. Hopefully, he doesn't end up using someOne here as installer/suppliier because chances that they would help him spend more than that budget is very high.

once again, I constantly would keep on saying this, make una try dey avoid Lithium batteries. Even banks, Telecommunication masts, etc, companies that have deep pockets don't/rarely use Lithium batteries, YET una for Nairaland go dey TRY force am down the throat of those who don't know any better. Some of whom are evven struggling to buy 200AH batttery sef.

I have 20 pcs of 300-watts panels, use both MorningStar, and epEver MPPT chargeControllers, yet na common acid battery I dey use and have encountered NO issue.

Also, make Una dey try dey avoid Hybrid Inverters. The way dem dey spoil eh, no be here. Even the process of REPAIRs get k-Leg.

That One paid more, doesn't necessarily mean they would get something much better.
