Afternoon everyone.

My right nipple starting hurting since yesterday afternoon. I paid it no mind as I thought it would soon pass.

But this morning, while taking my bath, it hurt so bad that I felt something coming out, I squeezed it and blood mixed with a whitish fluid was coming out.

I called my boss quickly to tell him I won't be coming to work on Monday cos I'll be going to the hospital first thing that day but the nipple discharge that happened is making me scared as hell. Google gives very scary result about the situation.

What could be the cause?

So I guess I don't really know where to start, i have been in a serious relationship with my fiance for over 3 years, we have been engaged for a year. All has been great and we never have any problems or issues until recently. He hasn't followed them again but when I'm not with him hes on it constantly. so I had a weird feeling about it, I didnt say anything and just carried on as normal, I was over at the weekend and in the morning we sit and have breakfast, watch some TV and check some things on our phones, we were both on Instagram and it was all fine, talking about people we mutually follow, then we went to get ready, I showered first and started getting ready, he left his phone on the bed which is a rare thing, I never snoop ever, but I had a gut feeling and I had to check something, I was right... I went on his Instagram and while I was in the shower he had searched several of the sexual half naked girls he use to follow. They were the most recent too so while I was naked in the shower he was looking at other girls.... I am positive he searches them regularly aswell and I now have the same inadequate feeling as before but now have no idea what to do!

I get stuck in my own head wondering what he might think and if he looks at those photos or those girls and then thinks about them when we are intimate, does he get turned on by them then has sex with me because of them.... I just dont understand why he needs to?

He always says he loves me the way I am but this makes me question it, I will never have a body like theirs, before anyone thinks no I did not let myself go in the relationship either, I still make effort with the way I look and still shave my legs etc basically everyday, I'm 5ft 3inch and 62kgs so I'm not overweight, I have curves but they generally seem to be in alright places.

I just keep getting scared he is going to cheat on me with someone he prefers the look of, and I get paranoid around women he isfriends with. I need some perspective on this, am I over reacting or should I be worried?

So I will try to be as brief as possible, because story is very long.

Started having an affair with this close friend of my wife who now happens to be my colleague in the office now... I helped her got the job before we started having se. X. I have been her target, Infact that was why she came so close to my wife, I'm introverted, so that was the only way she could get close.

Yes she's not happy in her marriage, because her husband is promiscuous and don't give her attention . She used me to ease her pain. I consented to the affair because I kind of felt I was assisting her ease the pain in the marriage... I was totally wrong... I goofed, along the line we fell in love with each other... Deeply in love, even  we knew what we were doing was wrong.

Every fuc, king persons in my neighbourhood and office feels I'm straff1ng her, but we were never caught in the act.
The more I try to resist and stop this whole affair, the more the bond, considering we work in same office space.

She wants more attention than I give to my wife her supposedly friend .. She flares up most time when I pick my wife's call... Forgetting we are close family friends and can easily be caught.

I disagree with you. We rather don't have enough functional health facilities, hence it tends to look like the doctors are surplus. How many Primary Health Centers do you have around you locality?

Have you ever been to an hospital and see surplus doctors on duty? It is always a case of " doctor is not around ",.

We have only about 72,000 registered doctors in Nigeria, which are to service 200 million people. Divide 200 million by 72,000 then you will agree with me that the Nigerian faulty system makes blue look like pink.

Not every Nigerian needs a Nigerian doctor hope u kw DT, secondly every Nigerian won't be sick at the same time, factor that into your calculation n u see that 72k doctors are excessive. Some people are so healthy that they don't even see a doctor in 10 yrs like my self. Add the available Nurses, MLS and pharmacy shops n u see why most doctors are useless n not required.

Nigerian universities produce over 10k doctors yearly plus those trained abroad that are returning home not forgetting free medical advice available online 24/7.

You can only make millions if u have millions to invest otherwise you will climb the ladder gradually but steadily by doing paid works for others.
