Kudos! Mr Governor!! May your people and the State be blessed during your tenure. Please, may I ask if these vaccines were tested before dispensing? The reason I ask is down to the increasing instances of autism and infant mortality. There has been a connection between autism and vaccines. Biko, our Doctors, researchers and scientists, please work with our Ministry of health to test these vaccines. Oyinbo drug companies, want to make money anyhow and guess who the guinea pigs or the dumping ground is: we Africans |
All Christians! What is going on? |
First it was Forest Whittaker, then TD Jakes... now all these ones... ! No wonder some of these African Americans get mind like us...bia una welcome When Biafra is actualized, even obodo America will not be able to stop her... I say this because, America was made on the back of slaves (our brothers and sisters) taken forcefully from our shores. I once read how a lot of eastern captured slaves would commit suicide rather than be slaves while on the Slavery ships to North America. The only thing Ndigbo need to learn is how to be United and remain so, when we re gone from this shithole. I say that because, our dividedness has always been the crack in the wall that lizards (of the Yoloba and Northerners) exploit. This dividedness you see amongst African Americans and why Oyinbo they relegate them |
There are many behind the scenes going on, plenty of which, we all may not be aware of are behind this refusal. I want to start with the Immigration officer who relies ONLY on the documents one submits to make a decision. This is so limiting and rather exploitative. If I have your papers and I require further clarification, would it not be more transparent and responsible to have you infront of me (like the US Embassy does) to provide the answers and then make my decision based on that than just Gbam! Declined, banned for 5 years. Still on the IO, are they not human?, people who are subject to errors of judgement. Ask the general world population what they know or the impression they have of Nigerians. While some may have not met or interacted with one directly, others only from dishonest cases they have handled and, others who rely solely on news from doubtable sources. This, goes on to buttress the view of Nigerians as "the most hated specie of Blacks" in the world. If other blacks are ranked 20 for credibility, the Nigerian is weighted around 70, meaning he has to do much more than others to be credible... that is why for those who choose to stay in Nigeria, better to know what you and your children are up against (through no fault of yours) anywhere and everywhere you try to go in the world. These IOs are unbelievable, discriminators is a subtle euphemistic way of describing them, they simply dont want you to come to their country. And when they eventually approve your visiting, you would have given so much information, you are literally in their hands, you view the visa as precious than gold and you subconsciously agree they are better. This is partly due to Nigerians who continue to give us a bad name, an insensitive and irrelevant Government without a clue on how to improve Nigerian-Canada relations and covert institutionalized racism, which is at an all time high in the world at the moment. What I recommend is this, Canada is not the be all and end all of places, ignore them too for 5 years (no be your money you want go spend there before?) Take your money somewhere else for the next 5 years... American visa is more transparent as you appear to provide your answers, UK, now pls note Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, are all UK, you can visit so many. While in America, you can visit NY or any of those Canadian US border towns and have your relatives, friends walk across to come see you and when, after 5 years you apply, if Canada still dey shack you by then, you will outline how money you should have brought to Canada, you used to visit others... My brother, it is not the end of the world. |
Nyamiri:No I am not. However, Your ancestors were FOOLS, ANIMALISTIC SAVAGES, who were in chains...fast forward to your miserable life today, even with the physical chains invisible, YOU ARE WHAT YOU ARE, A BLOODY FOOL, your offsprings shall be Fools.... |
C'mon Mehn! Noooo!! I smell a rat!!! This oyinbo people dem no want make blackman prosper sha... After we have showed the world that we can do it right through AirPeace, they now come up with this! I dont believe it... Nigerian lawyers, especially of Igbo extraction in the diaspora, should rise up and defend this A man is not guilty until proven so, at every level of courts available. |
You know, if only our so called politicians, celebrities, millionaires, religious and sports stars etc 'held open the door' for at least 12 families (like this) every year, the hardship we feel would not be this bad... Attimes, I ask myself, why or what is stopping Nigerians from reaching out and pulling others up and treat each other as they would want to be treated. And then, I realize that the Nigerian poverty is not of material wealth but of the immaterial: the kind that wants people to feel human. You board a bus, the conductor gives you your correct change without hassle, Power coys, inform you by text of the power distribution pattern for your area in the coming week and let you know if plans change; where the MOT announces in clear terms the process and the amount required to renew or acquire licences and it is so IN REALITY; a Nigeria where, after church or mosque service, the church distributes food and drink to those who do not have or have a long way to travel back home... A Nigeria where OAP like Dr Freeze will objectively entertain those he holds dissenting views with and go on air to clarify and not mislead those following him... A Nigeria where the rich like Tinubu will not flaunt bullion vans filled with raw cash and a notable legal sage will brazenly defend it - we could go on and on about the ways life could be simplified in Nigeria, but then it starts with me bearing in mind, a tree does not make a forest, but it can start a forest fire |
RTSC:RTSC the definition of Ignorance. A class act Illiterate. One who's mental Parkinsons is evident in his moniker: RETARDED, TOTALLY & SEVERELY CONFUSED. I am pretty sure, your impotent brain just sits on your head to keep it still and bloated so your ignorance is not oozing from your ears, nostrils and not only when you open your mouth... Sadly an idiot like yourself, does not need to hide his mental poverty, it is clearly evident in all you do - You shift, like a spineless reed, from Igbokwe and the bad customer service example of Air Peace, to insulting a person you dont know, arguing by insulting rather than logically typical ignoramus style and NOW you want to question age or capacity to comprehend basic common sense? No, according to my assessment, the only human capability you boast of is the external resemblance of a human, internally, your stupidity makes that of a dodo, a compliment. In terms of how many circles round the sun I have witnessed, get your calculator and perhaps your history books: I belong to the generation that had paper notes for kobo instead of coins, when the FG still subsidized majority of tertiary education, when states were not divided and created to cater for bigots like you rather than necessity, the age when foreign Nationals came and lived amongst us, taking up PR and citizenship; the era when your green passport was treated with respect, the cohorts where proletariats like you, acknowledged their ignorance and sought to correct it by learning... to put it succinctly, I AM NOT YOUR MATE! Here is another Homework for you (Get somebody to interpret and break it down for you) He who knows not, and knows not that he knows not, is a fool; shun him. He who knows not, and knows that he knows not, is a student; Teach him. He who knows, and knows not that he knows, is asleep; Wake him. He who knows, and knows that he knows, is Wise; Follow him. I have sought to wake you up, no pulse I tried to teach you, no cant do Come at me, one more time, and then I will have no doubt, and shun you, for Ye are what Ye ARE : A FOOL!

RTSC:First of: MISS ME & GTFOH! WITH THAT BS!! YOU ARE EFFING IGBO!!! - You reek of it... The ignorant Igbo - the ones who support those giving us a bad name all over the world- just because they are Igbo. Chest beating and soiling the pool with your arrogance... and disrespect for those courteous enough to allow you settle in their midst. If you think 'cause I'm a woman, you can intimidate me, boy! You re messing with the wrong one - I will cuss you out and get a receipt for it... You ask what Igbokwe has done ...? Ok, Mr 'Brain-as-flat-as-worn-out-slipslops' aka RTSC, let me educate you: 1. He pioneered the possibility that Igbos can indeed make a career and rise to the top level in the civil service where he is not even an indigene (let me see you measure up to that) 2. He is not perfect, but yes, he is an example of how a non indigene can and should comport himself, such that he is seen as not only part of his adopted community but also, worthy to be a member of the roundtable. 3. He has made a case calling for Igbos back in the East, to stop their closed, discriminatory and racist pre-dispositions to non igbos and give them opportunity, just like others have given them in their host communities. Statements like "...tear you slap" shows you re probably a spare part dealer, an apprentice or some bozo caught up in his own delusional megalomania... RTSC, Back the Eff up off me! "Don't make a ass out of yourself trying to stop me... I'm cocky, nigga like Rocky, RTSC you sloppy... know that I'm, eight levels above you...on here, I'll club you, outside NL no one never heard of you, Ugly ass nigga, you chose the wrong one to provoke"
|
RTSC:No I will not "Shut the Hell up" or "piss off" especially for ignorant Igbos like yourself, who keep giving non-igbos the wrong impression about us. "Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he think he is wise" - a lot of ethnic bigots like you are going unchecked, hence you come on here, typing like a rogue ninja... spewing nonsense and baseless comments... what has Igbokwe ever done to you or your family personally? Like it or not, accept it or go jump into the Mediterranean with it, Igbokwe is/was a customer, if you want to start a business and choose who you want to serve, then you re racist and should not be in business... NB: Come at me again,I have had enough of stupid people, not making sense on the basis of free speech... Anoufia! |
RTSC:And here we have one of those who cannot express their view without descending into "base tendencies' and showing just how unintelligent they can be. If an airline can as you say "...did the job of government..." (unrelated, by the way, to this context) and then take 2 steps back by stopping a customer, who legally paid for a ticket, from boarding, then the ulterior motive behind your concept and Indeed Airpeace of doing "... job of government", is brought to question. The next time you pay your electric bill or you go to a gas station, pay the required amount, and be denied what you paid for, please, shut your mouth and just walk away... |
And you say you are a business. What is business when customer experience is used to witchhunt and bar you from the service? It shows there is nothing 'peace' able or 'peace' ful about airpeace. In a sane society, this cannot happen as the loss on the company's side compared to the cost of his airline ticket would not be worth the hassle. What exactly is the job of the PR team in Air Peace? people had a nasty experience, rather than issue a statement, take measures, correct lapses and invite Igbokwe to try you again, offering him a fantastic experience. Who or what else is a better way to market yourselves. |
For me, it is my Mother-in-law STRONGLY believing and seeing me as A RIVAL. One of the greatest blessing a woman can have, is a supportive MIL. If your MIL is not on your side, there is going to be a lot of work to do: Courtship, Wedding, pre-babies, during babies etc May God bless us with all |
Now, this is the fundamental problem with Nigeria. Majority of Nigerians define success in monetary terms : if you help is not lining their pockets, they find a way to make sure it does... This value system is unfortunate, cause many a people have lost their destiny helperz via such greed. |
Nostalgia! BayelKopa days... kaiama! Kaiama!! Who go wan go Zamfara!!! Bayelsa back in the day was a beautiful place to serve. I served there and till date my love for Bolee and fish soaked in palm oil sauce is unreservedly uncontainable. And, Yes!!! Elections money, pepper go rest. BayelKopas pls o! the money no fit last past 6 months of pop o! No go jeopardise your life for a few thousands O... Ijaw people no dey play for election time O... Make the corper wey dey yenagoa, make he tell those wey dey Sagbama, Opoibiri o... God wey keep me, go keep una |
In a sane society, a video like this is enough for the fire chief, the commissioner of works/infrastructure, the councillor and all others to resign. What we see in this video, is the helplessness every Nigerian is facing each day: to eat, for business to yeld profit, to pay school fees, to get medical care etc...we re faced with a raging myriad of fire from all sides and all we have or provided with to deal with is a bowl...fellow Nigerians, first it was the East, now the West...where is next? What is going on? Although this is becoming suspicious as to a deliberate sabotage, the lesson here is to get bigger 'bowls'(every shop owner should get their own fire extinguishers, extensive insurance and if possible, shopping malls be fitted with those fire alarms cum faucets that go off as soon as a fire/smoke reaches a certain level like we see in the movies) It is apparent our current polithieves, incumbent, aspiring and opposition, do not care and will not do anything for us, so we have to do stuff ourselves... My prayers are with those who lost in this fire...may the fortitude and wisdom to restore not elude you... |
Lord pls, let the allegations against this man be false...otherwise, the sins of the fathers... |
Ladies and Gentlemen, this is laudable. kudos to the Ministry under the aegis of Amaechi. Please, I want to raise a concern here and now. I confess, to being carried away with the prospects (less pressure on roads, efficiency in the movement of goods, people and services, affordable transportation alternatives etc) of this development, however, what happens in an emergency.? If there was a crash, a derailment, a hostage situation (this is Nigeria, everything HAPPENS, and CAN HAPPEN) etc, what is the Health and Safety plan? Onitsha Inferno is still fresh, it is no longer enough for us to pray shit doesnt happen but be over ready for when they do |
I said it before the last fight, Ruiz for a fat boy has rather very quick hands - what he lacks in height and physique, mijo! he makes up with intelligent movement, hand speed, pound for pound and of course that mexican spirit typical of the rough streets of mejico. If AJ could not beat him while fat, he gon need to come up with a strategy this time: perhaps his reach advantage in wreaking calculated yet effective jabs, avoiding the inside as much as possible...study and adopt Ali's baiting style against Frazier, work on his endurance, let the fight go the distance, he might just win on unanimous decision....otherwise its time to hang them gloves - AJ too nice for the sport anyway |
Look at these yeye people, dey use us dey catch trips: instablog9ja? How much dem pay you? Walahi! we d fans don suffer! see as both of dem start ruckus, we wey love both of them confuse, as to the side to fall into... na those wey just fian! choose side na dem worry pass! Still, we wey jolly both of una,na we win sha, cause rather than make the money go for 2 shows, once una 2 don dey jam now, na the win win... respect to Vector and MI... no winner Joor, na real hip hop for Naija win... Saameee noni #choptheknuckle |
8 minutes? Wow! Who goes to see a 'close person' and spends 8 minutes? All is not well with the Maigida in Aso Rock |
Why do I have a feeling this talented girl aint about the life she is trying so hard to wannabe (portray)? She doing too much |
Now they re showing off! |
In the good old days and in saner societies where values are upheld, people do not give you fish (useless Celebrities and unknowns going public to announce dashing millions to a girl disqualified for behaviour they cannot tolerate as one of theirs) rather they let you taste the fish, point you in the direction of the pond, show you what and how to do it and the rest is up to you. Moral of the Story: He gives him a seed, the money, then the pond, (the scholarship) The oyinbo man and even we the readers never knew it happened. Adesina himself after owning ponds, decided to share one of his many secrets (the secrets of men are in their stories, you see...) If you wan help, help with sense, not with your own agenda (Word to the MFs mouth dashing Tacha millions for zero talent) |
Way to go gurl! Do yourself proud!! Anyone want to bet 3 years from now, after frustrations and nepotism by Nigerian officials she declares for another country and lives happily ever after; or they dump her for refusing to play ball, she gets injured, is forgotten and left to die in penury and wishes she nationalized for a different country |
Nice piece. May I add, before you meet them, talk to them over the phone, do not just jump at the first opportunity to meet them (Truth is, it can cheapen you and make you appear desperate) Attend or visit functions / places they go to or work and observe them anonymously. Ask the people that know them for an opinion, yes opinions are not be all and end all, however they hold some element of truth. Consider very well, factors like: Is His Father/Future Father in law still alive? Is the family balanced, that is Papa and Mama dey together for same house? Do they have girls, if so, how many of the girls have had a courting season/ wedding ceremony? Moreso, the birth order (First, 2nd, Middle or last child) of your fiance, who they know/ impression they have of your extended family, his sisters (olosho or spiri level) - you slay pass them wahala, you no reach them, envy etc ask your extended family not only nuclear family who and what they know about your proposed family of interest as well These are critical too, cause families come in different kinds and experiences, the way you approach anyone of these will differ either slightly or a whole lot... Please do your research and do it well, as they are considering you, you re considering them - review them like a company you want to work for, like that new hairdresser/brazillian wig you want to try out... this is a life matter |
who is falling for this? we all know this guy lies like he shouts 'OBO': ya'll remember the private jet lie, now this... just for attention... integrity as per telling the truth is not a forte for David Adeleke #mwanu no dey lie there |
When I see beautiful pre-wedding photos, I salute both the groom and bride for the decision they have made to start their lives afresh TOGETHER, FOREVER, HOWEVER and WHATEVER. Marriage is perhaps the most noble endeavor we can all decide to embark upon. When I see the creativity, the laughter from both, I pray that their creative ingenuity will not manifest and rest itself only at the level of pre-wedding pictures, wedding planning and honeymoon. When a man kneels to propose, he is simply saying, would you belong to me, will you allow me look after you, put you first, be equal to me... the girl too, blushing and acting all shy and stuff perhaps is overwhelmed by the reality of what she has just been offered: a new last name/family, a band that shows she cannot sleep or do all the things she used to enjoy alone and by herself anymore or maybe she is overjoyed that all the wishes and prayers of her family that she get married, or the joy that her secret fear that her own will be like that her senior aunt unmarried and living alone is not her portion ... etc I mean the thoughts are myriad to articulate. Anyways, as for the guy, once the knee don unbend and he stands to embrace her: Heaven and Earth don join them together, what they need then, is not only pre wedding pictures but the reality of what they are getting into: Pressing Toothpaste tube top vs anyhow pressing style, maggi or curry with egg or not, toilet seat up vs toilet seat down; sleeping with lights on or not; His love for other babies vs his reaction to his when they poo... her reaction when he turns his head to look at other women... marriage is interesting... May they smile and laugh as they grow together, evolving into One Flesh |
Ehhh, excuse me David, dont forget the pre nup details in the marriage papers ok? Thank me later :' ![]() |
This is one of the reasons why, Nigeria and indeed Nigerians struggle with progress. Aso Ebi aka Uniform was meant to suggest unity and portray solidarity amongst the family and indeed well wishers, howbeit, the symbolic nature of it, is far from the truth. Rather , one of the family members, especially the females go on a spree of extortion. They inflate the price of the miserly material and start a vicious marketing campaign to get all to buy at the overvalued price. Gullible and myopic Nigerians willingly participate believing that "when my time comes, I will do the same". At the end, one experiences a very low in value material, not to talk of the hassle of getting it sowed, the lack of a decent seat at the venue, the hoarding of food and souvenirs, insults and near fisticuffs between your host and her family members etc... The sad thing is a lot of people cannot afford this hiked material but, to show solidarity or as TWO once sang, "Mogbomoya" they purchase in order to take away everything they can both given to them or fapped from unwitting guests. It is a big shame that such aso ebi creates an illusion that all those in the uniform are the same, when the truth be told, a lot of these people go back home more depressed and suicidal. They are the ones who come and pilfer all that they can; fight others shamelessly and at the end of the day, they return to the rat race the event temporarily made them forget. This practice of hiked asoebi pricing is extortion and must be discouraged. It is not dissimilar to what our polithieves do on ascent to power. If Aso ebi is to be done, call the colour theme and let all go get and wear what they have. If the organising family need financial support, let them be open and start a gofundme or a donation envelope to go with the rsvp. If the family or deceased had a decent reputation and earned the goodwill of family, friends and society, contributions should not be that difficult |
Please note, some of these are applicable to man and woman 1. A whole lot of patience: True colours will start to emerge for hubby and you... also be patient with having babies... babies are self centred and drain out "the Tarzan and Jane" in you and your hubby 2. Be ready to change (The honeymoon is over): to be a mother to a big baby (her husband) that can talk, change his mind, annoy her and still want to Bleep later on at night 3. Be ready to lose friends (most of those her sheshere friends on the bridal train) gotta go! 4. Be ready to adopt another woman (her husband's mother) as a mother, only that, this woman can become many things in a blink of an eye ( a rival, who can do and even did all you have enrolled to do, in the life of your husband; an ally who can help you win over your hubby - if you re lucky; May you find favour) 5. Be ready to manifest undeveloped talent and skills: women are multi everything good or bad, it just depends on which is nurtured; a woman can do multiple things at ONCE; they may struggle initially, but if they hang in there, they will see many abandoned/undiscovered abilities...unfortunately it is called witchcraft amongst the ignorant 6. Be ready to experiment: in the kitchen, on the bed...trying different current practices of slay mamas... believe me, being a slay mama to an audience of one, your husband is very very easy... seduce am, do all sorts... 7. Be realistic: Married life like every thing in life has 2 sides: good, bad; light, darkness; happy, sad; Be ready to constantly realise that and adjust accordingly |
If you truly are not considering eating what is not yours, then, 1. Send your landlord an anonymous email, advising him to look after his wife, spend more quality time with Madam, if possible, take her with him attimes...write him as if you were writing to yourself, you have a dual view a la the wife's boredom or loneliness and his being away a lot and how its bothering you. 2. Have one of your female friends, cousin or sister pose as your girlfriend, (not before cozing up to Oga Landlord sha o) introduce her to madam 'Potiphar's wife', as your betrothed and watch her go ballistic (hell hath no fury than a woman scorned... As per her threats to have you evicted, there is a plan, even with business being slow: divide your rent into the number of months left to pay up, save drastically the proceeds of your hustle, be more frugal, being single and drastic are like 5 and 6 and easy, discipline yourself... you can raise the rent and if otherwise... Perhaps it is time for you to move to the next level, but the perks of this current place have you fixated and madam Landlady is God's way of reminding you of answered prayers to your next level supplications..ijs |
