Globalistic:
My brother, this advice is entirely for you and ensure you take it to bank.

Firstly, from all indications, you struggle to pay your rent meaning you are living above your means. I do not blame you because things are hard or maybe you're doing it to please your wife which my candid advice is to quit and go for a cheaper rent.

Note: If your two and half months salary can't pay your rent, then you're in trouble because there are many unforseen bills waiting to swallow your income.

Secondly, the Barrister only effected that just to either scare you and work on your psychology.

My Advice: Consult a Barrister who has an indebt knowledge of Tenancy Law and make sure you don't sign any Quit Notice issued to you. In November, never you grant your landlord's lawyer access to your apartment.

Finally, make plans to relocate to a cheaper apartment to avoid insult. And while doing so, save money to build even if it's a half plot of land and start building gradually.

Do this and thank me later.
He should not grant the landlord or agent access to inspect his property despite sufficient notice?? Under which law is that one?
The way una dey give advice wey fit bury a sinking man dey always dey scary.
A landlord or his agent has right to inspect his property at any point in time, as long as sufficient notice is given and it's done within a reasonable time.
When I was leaving an apartment I rented, I invited the landlord to come inspect if there is anything he might want me to fix up before leaving.

The law needs to be repeal not even amended. It should be the duty of the hospital or clinic to report any suspicious injury to the police without the consent of the injured or victim, just the way banks report suspicious transaction.

The very first transaction will be registered (date and time).
I do feel someone might have registered the numbers that are showing on opay. I'v tried alot of numbers and no one is showing a name.
The one for my sis isn't having any transaction. It's just the erroneous transfer that the sender called her for, but based on the name on the account, the registration happened about 3yrs ago when she was in school

I want to confirm something please. Can you actually log in to opay with the said number so that we can see if any transactions has been done with the account
No, there won't be any transaction on it.
Someone mistakenly transferred money to my sis account (phone number) 2months ago, she is not having an opay account according to her, we asked the person that sent the money for the account details which he sent.
It was her phone number but different names, the name ring a bell with her, so I tried logging in, we don't know the password, we requested for a reset, upon login, it was only the fund that was there, no transaction, no account records or details of customer.
No pin setup sef, so I set up a pin and transferred the fund back to the owner.

If Yes, request for the account she wants the money in, if it tally, you can return the money and won't have an issue, if no, don't refund any money.
Tell her you don't know what happened, that your account has been flagged, that bank said you should bring the person that did the transaction on your machine or provide the name, contact and address.

I maintain my stance. The wealthiest reside in their dominant environment as that is where they are most likely to generate their wealth. They will have passports of developed countries to ease navigation, but residing permanently? No, it does not make sense. It is an aberration.

Wealthy Nigerians can afford those services. It is why they are wealthy. But why reside outside your dominant environment when those services could be provided in your environment? Wealthy Chinese employ domestic servants ditto wealthy Americans. Any supposedly wealthy person who cannot do so is not wealthy.
You are right oo. I met a woman that lives in VGC, all through my encounter, the woman was talking to someone on phone, talking about how they couldn't get first class ticket on British Air because they booked late, that they had to settle for Rwand Air as that's the only flight available with a first class ticket for their timing. Within 2wks, travelled to n fro about twice, all on first class, saying the place na only for vacation, here na to make money, that the family can't be far away from where the money is. I later recollect seeing a boat anchored to the house at the back, I just conclude on making as much money too oo, make me too no see Japa as making it

The case has no legal basis again since the school has authenticated him as their graduate, it is only the documents he used in getting admission to the sch that can be queried, which is not possible right now, as only the sch can query it because it wasn't presented to Inec or any other authority in Nigeria.
The only case now is morality, that is, Tinubu telling his own history for all to know

Yea, I also strongly believes regionalism is the best way for us to go.
In fact, before election, someone on this platform asked why I wanted Tinubu, and regionalism was my strongest reason for supporting him. All region should work on their strength and at their pace, it will greatly help everyone.

Jah bless you bro. This is the only reality! Same thing I said up there earlier..

No country on earth like Nigeria can grow when the selling point is importing! We import almost everything!

Nigeria is the only country on earth where parent don't want their kids become a farmer. Infact, if you advice anybody to start farming, they'll start cursing you that you don't want them to make it in life! They don't want to farm, but they're interested in buying rice #1 per derica!

Take a look at Vietnam - imagine an average Vietnamese have Nigerian mentality, how will Vietnam be exporting rice all around the world today?

Nigeria is one country that's blessed with good arable land! Our land can grow almost all major cash crops! During the era of our forefathers that were predominantly farmers, did you notice life was highly better then? 95% of what they consumed were produced locally here!

The most funniest thing is the Nigeria we see today is still better compared to the Nigeria that will come in 50 years! I said this because of these present Nigeria Genz! They're the ones that will finally kill off Nigeria kpatakpata! All they want to do is TikTok, yahoo, hookup! Compare Nigeria citizens of today to USA citizens of today to France citizens of today to china citizens of today, then you'll understand what I mean about 50years to come!
My child don dey shook eye for my poultry biz small small, this generation no one do anything dirty as most dirty work no get fast money

I think it's usually in cases of capital punishment, that is death sentence and maybe life imprisonment.
The judge is sober for taking the life of the individual, and he is not wishing to make similar ruling again, so the pen used in writing that judgement is broken, this ending the life of the pen as it was the pen that put an end to someone's life also

Emeifiele's case is simply the biblical case of the Voice of Jacob, the Hands of Esau. He wouldn't have done what he did without Buhari's instructions.
He did what he did because he was involved in political matters.
Soludo tenure wasn't renewed because he strongly believes in redenomination against the president beliefs, Sanusi was removed because he was strongly against the FG spendings, those two challenged the president, he could have done same if he never believes that the decision is right.
No one used him, he used himself.

She should go and prove it in court.

Do you know what it means to have sugar in tin tomatoes?

What is sugar doing in a tomato paste company?

As far as I am concerned, that lady was only catching cruise. So, she never saw this coming. She obviously belongs to the "Come and beat me; I dey my house" crew. Now, she's getting what she deserves.

There are people who are obsessed with what they will post online every day just to stay relevant because they feed on clout chasing. It's okay if they chose to live that kind of lifestyle, but not at the detriment of another man's efforts, resources and time.
Sugar is part of the ingredients in tin tomato, it is when it's noticed through the taste bud that it's abnormal (excessive). Thanks

It consumes less data compared to other forum, ads are no shoved into your face while reading through, no redirecting continuously while trying to click on a link to go to the next page, due to lower data consumption, people easily see it as the go-to for news or info update, etc.
