What are you talking about?
Is she dressed irresponsibly??
Or is because she is chest heavy?
Or did she wear bum shorts you saw?
How do you want her to dress to hide the fact she is chest heavy so that she appears "responsible" as to your standards?

Dear VO

I am currently holding my advance parole and employment authorization document and living in the USA waiting for my green card to be approved.

It was supposed to come through in January but the Obama administration has USCIS fastrack naturalization applications during the election year which caused a 3 month delay.

I have a wife and a newborn son back home and I am not able to see them often because I have been in the usa waiting on mt documents.

I would like them to come and visit me on a visitors visa, just to cut short the time we will be apart. I am envisionig a 2 to 3 month trip.

I have also filed a folow to come application for them and paid the fees, so i am kinda worried that if they apply for a visitora visa they will be denied based on the fact that i am a pending greencard applicant.

Please advise.

Thank you
Yes because they will be flatout denied...
Why? Because a B1/B2 visa is categorised as an NIV (Non immigrant Visa), applicants have to overcome the burden that they are not intending immigrants by fending off faults of section 214b- of the US Immigration act.
Now you being a major Tie to them automatically disqualifies them as NIV applicant's. Matters get worse as you are even following for the interview- that's like farting in a lecture hall and saying "excuse me for farting".
Or they could have tried their luck "alone" without you showing up, even though the chances of getting it are slim it would have been worth a trial.
Just wait for your green card and file the necessary petition.
I believe you are on an H1B, Why didn't you file for H2's for your family all this while based on your role?

This is very tricky as the sole determinant of your brothers entry, lies upon the officer on duty at the POE so your Bro has to learn the psychology of persuasion as regards to him coming on different grounds with very compelling reasons and sell off being very convincing with his intent of visiting this time. I hope your bro has innocent looks, as it will come in handy on this one.
But it's a 50/50 he could either get deported or get admitted.

okay. Can you run thru the documents you submitted from the US? Was your Naija bank statement accepted?

Did you put your Nigeria address as your current residential address? These and many more...

Thanks.
Now this usually happens, the need to check into Canada while on a B1/B2 visa in the US.
So note this, If you are applying for a TRV in the United States with temporary status, ensure to provide:
#Importantly
1-Your US Non-Immigrant Visa, in this case, your B1/B2 visa.
2-The original I-94 card issued by US authorities at the POE.

*Now the technical part*
Proof of ties to your country of usual residence(Nigeria).
This should include (but is not limited to):

1-Proof of intent to return to that country (e.g.: airline tickets/travel itinerary),
2-Proof of employment (I.e.: employment letter, recent pay stubs, tax statements)
3-Proof of studies, if you are in school- "I was at the time so It applied to my case"
(transcripts, student certificate, and reference letter from the school)
4-Proof of funds (I.e.: bank statements, property ownership documents), *now for this matter, since you sabi wetin you wan do, you gas yarn with your bank say you wan dollar estimation/evaluation of your GTB, Zenith or kini acct kpali as per say na for Yankee runs* "sorry I used pidgin, I am aware this is a globally viewed forum, and this advice is meant only for Nigerians". wink
5- Then your residence address in the US(If you are visiting a family member in the US, you should also provide proof of that family member's lawful status and residence in the US) on this one, it helps to have a family member in the US as they could also provide documents that could solidly backup yours, TRV's pop out faster on this note.
I hope this helps...

Hello,
please Can one process a Canadian visa when on a tourist visa in the US?
Yes, I have explored that possibility once. But it would be best to do that if your clearance to stay in the US from the POE is longer than 3weeks.
Some Canadian embassies would typically take 14 days to issue a TRV, depends on how busy they are, while some may take hrs- a friend of mine was given his at Detroit the same day he applied.
So it's very possible.

I have a question for you, were you banned??
If not, just fill the form appropriately and truthfully, no need to explain anything on the form.
If you are asked during the interview you can admit your mistake.
However if you were banned, just use your visa application fee and settle down at a Joint with hot bush meat and cool palm wine... after that, go home and sleep-trust me Nigeria would feel like New York City grin.

Hello house please I need your help and advice on this matter
I have a sister who has a B1/B2 visa which is her 3rd.
She is presently in Nigeria,She had filled in for R1 visa in USA thru a pastor cum lawyer in the state.
Please can you kindly advice on this;the importance, duration and how it works
Thank you
The R1 visa, is a visa category strictly for religious personel I.e Clergy related.
If your sister has proof that she is a bonafide clergy person and she is being invited by a recognised religious organisation or denomination to perform something very relevant then by all means she qualifies for an R1.
Because the R1 is a category reserved for clergy people, it's a rather unique type of Visa I.e it could easily be flipped into permanent residency even though it is still considered as an NIV, that's what someone like Bishop Oyedepo or Baba Adeboye would have, also most priests use that.
Your sister has to be a real special minister to qualify for an R1 because it is not meant for roadside or self appointed pastors/roadside evangelists. A track record of ministerial achievements would do well in supporting her claim, if she has gone to Theological schools or bible schools, she needs to show proof as it would aid her claim and if she is being invited by an organisation which is non profit based, she needs to show affiliations that backup her claim.
In some cases an I-129 form is required if she intends to stay for a long duration, the inviting body does that petition on her behalf.
Has the I-129 been filed?
The R1 truly is a very unique category I must say, so there are a lot of conditions that have to be met for certain situations... some I am unaware of. Why didn't she findout more about it when she was in the US?
Anyway I hope that bit helps.

Good morning everyone, I just have to give kudos to the brains behind this wonderful thread. Having gone through the pages, i was able to perfect my documents and booked an appointment.

I would love to ask the house if i stand any chance of getting my visa approved with these blah blah blah.

I'm a school proprietor and i will be attending a wedding of my friend who was born in the US, i will be spending 2weeks in his house because he doesn't want me to book for an hotel.

l have been to Israel twice on pilgrimage , Tanzania for a leadership conference , Kenya on a vacation trip, Senegal for my sister's wedding , cotedivoire and i also frequent to Cameroon , Ghana and Togo on business trips.

I make reasonable profit from my school business, am married with 2 kids ( age 4 and 6 )

What are my chances of getting the visa ? though am not too desperate but i just need to attend the wedding. Thank you
If your DS 160 form was accurately/properly filled, just try to go through the testimonials on this thread for an interview prep and you would be fine.
On another note, your Israeli trips are huge advantages that would work in your favour.
You have dependents (2 children) which are largely considered as significant ties.
And your job is quite relevant.
All things being equal, You should easily get the visa... that is; "if you don't fumble over fundamentals during the interview".

Sorry I thought you were a woman lol, you are good to go though.
But If you are married, that would play out well to your profile.

* Let me analyze your questions one after the other

Demand: Most Uber Owners prefer Corolla to Camry because of Fuel Consumption and Cheap Parts when compared to Camry. Both Vehicle Models have their own advantages though. Take for example, I prefer Camry because of Space and more leg room than Corolla but both have been proven to be reliable with good resale value. Do not also forget Uber factor plays a major role in the Price.

Price: Corollas are more expensive than Camry especially the recent years. You can't compare 07 Camry to 07 Corolla in terms of price, 07 Camry is more expensive. 2009 Corolla is more expensive than 2009 Camry irrespective of the Camry trims. There are lot of Camry available for sale on Auction than Corolla, i'm yet to know the reason why its so.

Forex: As it stands Today, $1 - N498. All these play a major factor in determining price of every product.

I have lot of ES 350 en-route to Lagos. Available in different Colors and Trims with Pocket friendly Price
Thanks alot for your explanation. I guess it's a demand based effect.
Anyway, very soon I would give you a call for one of the Lexus Sedans.

Ahhh Oga mi, I have a question Abeg no vex;
The reason why the Corolla was created, is so as to be a cheaper alternative to the Camry.
How come your Corolla's are way more expensive than your Camry's on most occasions, is there something about the Corollas we should know?
Because In the US, if you can't afford a Camry's asking price you are simply advised to pick a Corolla.
I really appreciate your business and I am eyeing one of those your Lexus ES350's (soon).
Buut please explain this Corolla price drama.
Thanks.

PoliticsRe: Buhari’s Military Action In Gambia Without Approval – Senator Chukwuka Utazi by optimusprime2(m): 4:24pm On Jan 19, 2017
DONSMITH123:
Leke Baiyewu, Abuja

The Senate on Thursday criticised the Federal Government under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari for deploying troop in Gambia without seeking legislative approval.

The Nigerian Air Force had moved a contingent of 200 men and air assets, led by Air Commodore Tajudeen Yusuf, to Dakar, Senegal, which is the base of the Economic Community of West African States Military Intervention to force President Yahya Jammeh of The Gambia out of power.

The Nigerian troops, which left from the 117 Air Combat Training Group camp in Kainji, Niger State, on Wednesday, joined troops from Senegal, Ghana and other countries in the West African sub-region.

But Senator Chukwuka Utazi, while raising a constitutional point of order, said what the Buhari-led government did was against the law, citing Section 5 (4) of the Constitution.

Section 5(4) states, “(a) the President shall not declare a state of war between the federation and another country except with the sanction of a resolution of both houses of the National Assembly sitting in a joint session; and (b) except with the prior approval of the senate, no member of the armed forces of the federation shall be deployed on combat duty outside Nigeria.”

Utazi added, “I am saying this because of the happenings in our friendly country in Gambia. The ECOWAS countries have been discussing on this issue; on how to ensure that democratic crisis of the people of Gambia are protected. But to ask that this country will go on a warfare in another country without a recourse to this constitutional provisions is an affront of the 1999 Constitution and it is a breach of the Constitution, and we have failed even when the Senate has been cooperating with the executive.

“Let it be on record that if anything of this nature happens in this country; that this national assembly have to be informed properly in writing.”

President of the Senate, Senator Bukola Saraki, who presided over the plenary, however cited Subsection 5 of the Constitution to counter Utazi.

Details shortly...

Total Gambia population is 1.9m.

That's 1/4 of Lagos population.

Jammeh is not supposed to be called a President.

He would have been regarded as a village in Nigeria.

Still wondering why he wants to die on something as little as this.

on the flip side

Is this not Territorial infringement of the sovereignty of another Country?

Maybe Buhari Tyranny done upgrade.

Man 1.9 Million is far less than 1/4, it's even less than 1/10th of the demographic of Lagos...
Lagos has well over 19 million people.

All right then I'll be straight with you;
I responded that way because you need to know Visas are not for sale so it was funny seeing a question like "How much does it cost?"
Anyway if you intend to study in Turkey, first things first
1-Identify the school you wish to apply to and apply
2-If you are accepted, Send your necessary documents and pay the required fees to which ever channel you are directed to
3-as soon as you have gotten your student certificate/acceptance letter, then you are cleared to go to the embassy to apply for a study visa- details of the Visa requirements, cost and documentation will be broken down to you here => abuja.emb.mfa.gov.tr/
There it is... the moment you start asking price the way you did, trust me that's the beginning of being ripped off by Agents.

So source for information and do whats required.
