A politician will lie and twist words. But you can tell the capability of the economic team by the substance and intelligence of the technocrats who will be in charge of critical affairs. Technocrats have a hard time telling lies especially when their thoughts can be broken down and assessed on the spot.

Can you recommend one for me?? If I stay too much inside sun my eyes will feel fatigue and I will not see well. This always happen to me around November to February of the next year. Mostly during harmattan and dry season. Have been experiencing this over 6yrs now.

you may be having a refractive error which demands using corrective lenses so you could see distant objects clearly

the itching and redness may be due to an eye allergy. Some anti allergy eye drops can be helpful here. I do not understand what you mean by 'your eye feels dizzy when in the sun' ; Can you pls explain better?

Good day Doctor. I used to over work my eyes on computers years back so I started having eye issues e.g eye aches, head aches while working on computer. So i visited an eye clinic and after some eye exam i was told i have refractive error and i was given a glasses but i noticed the glass didn't resolve the issue as i was still having this eye ache, burning sensation when i work long on computer or phone.

As time goes on far object began to go blurry. I have changed the glasses but I still have eye aches and it's killing my eyes and reduces my VA. My visual acuity on the left side has become poor since 5 years i started using eye glasses. Imaging having eye aches every day when you use phone for 5years I don't think all these glasses work.

hi sorry you are having to manage with the pains all these while. I suspect you may be having a refractive error and possibly dry eye aswell. Sometimes, when the right prescription isn't given, the problem lingers. I advise you check another eye cllinic for a review.

Yes I do have the peppery sensation especially when am on the computer system or on my phone leading to me wanting to scratch it.

most likely dry eyes. I know you ll be surprised cos the eyes are usually teary but those tears are not of good quality . It is the dry eye that causes you to produce the much tears.

the image is very blurry. I cannot get a good look at what's there but from the description you gave, it could be a pinguecula or pterygium and when inflammed could give you those symptoms you are having.

It being 7 years of intense studying and jacking back to back just to become an eye doctor and today the journey finally came to an end, this was the sitting arrangement for our final exam in Uniben, every man for himself. If brain no dey nor put body hahahahahahaha but all the same the exam ended very well and smoothly we blessed God for the journey so far, the commitment hardwork was worth it.

Are optometrists eye doctors ?

If they are , who are ophthalmologists ?

yes Optometrist are eye doctors as well as Ophthalmologist. Optometrists are your primary eye care doctors and Ophthalmologists provide secondary and tertiary eye care.
Optometrist are not medical doctors but are optometric doctors. Their training pathways differ from that of medical doctors and they are awarded different degrees ; while a medical doctor is awarded a doctor of medicine or bachelor of medicine degree upon completion an optometrist is awarded a doctor of Optometry degree upon completion.
Optometrists can be limited in their scope of practice as they cannot perform certain procedures or manage certain eye diseases and hence having to refer those kind of patients to other specialist or ophthalmologist as situation demands.
Ophthalmologist perform eye surgeries but optometrist do not carry out surgeries. However, in some countries, Optometrists are allowed to carry out some certain kind of eye surgeries.
The scope of practice of Optometrist differ from country to country.

I noticed that the sclera of my eyeball is not white but yellow Patches and sometimes red and it also feels like there is particles in my eyes that makes it dry and tight,i can see very clearly both from distance and near.
So is there a medication to correct this condition and clear my eye ball.
