I personally think its intentional. Because half of Lagos state roads have been under very slowly paced construction for the past 12 months...


Just a km of road around the ojota axis has been going on for how many months? Wasting millions of hours in lost time, naira in increased transport costs and fuelling fees while idling away in traffic.

That was exactly what i faced growing up.


I would repeatedly ask if my parents were truly my parents as i grew up feeling unloved. (Unfortunately they were). How can just one person carry all the work load.

Science keeps making new discoveries.

I have noticed something on science related threads.
There are usually these set of unintelligent religious folks who have refused to grasp knowledge and tend to make silly, childish remarks. Why? Simply because the information contradicts their religious beliefs. So they refuse facts based on research and rely on books written by men who never knew how the world worked.
If this research had mentioned "50 million years", here are the kind of ignorant comments one would expect.
"How old is the world again"?
"How did they know this"?
"were they there? so how did they arrive at the age"?
"Science and lies".
"What is the benefit of this research"?
"These liars are always trying to discredit the bible".


You see, these comments come from people who are unintelligent, and have refused to do little research, simply because they don't want to feel the earth dates back to billions of years, which will prove that their beliefs are false.
They're always quick to discredit scientific discoveries like this because it doesn't suit their beliefs.
They'd rather lie to themselves than admit the truth.
If you're ignorant about how scientists come up with the age of an object, or how they arrive at certain conclusions, just a simple Google search would do. Information is power. Widen your horizon.

Just so you know: If you don't believe research which is based on evidence and facts, but believe that a virgin gave birth to a boy who walked on water and turned it into wine, only to die and resurrect three days later to ascend into the sky, then you're a compound fool .

A part of learning is to question what is known.

A new form of knowledge is often derived from the inquiring mind.

It doesnt show a conflict in religion. Because religion itself supports science to a large extent. It is our understanding and interpretation of religion that is limited.

What God has done is not even comparable to what science has achieved. And he keeps sending us proof of His works.

Let's see how this helps the perpetual defaulters. The ones on AMCON's list.

In every dispute seperation should be the first option for resolution.


In this you will find people appreciating the other partner's input. Its more like a factory reset. A time of reflection. All the people that have no impact in the marriage will however not be missed.


Divorce is a final resolution.

For you to be a middle child shows your dad maybe had you out of wedlock then your mum accepted you as her own. For that your dad would not you to accept another as your mum after your mum's sacrifice. Its such a hard matter but you have to show more love to your mom and show her you are not trying to replace her.

She can then talk to your father.

The mistake we all make is that we all believe it is greener on the other side. (Fact is If my mom beats me to a stupor it wont pain me like if my stepmom would. )

My point here is never underestimate the sacrifice of your mum who took care of you from childhood and when you ask for your new mom ask gently.

Disobedience is sin.

When the one who created said follow these rules or do as i have said.

And you disobey then you have sinned.


Choice the ability to choose between right or wrong is a major factor for sinning.

Many people blame devil for their misdeeds but you prefer to blame God.

Women do have a role to play in religion. By teaching the children and other women.

They may not teach the men?(i personally dont see why not).


But there are many matters that many women would only open up to other women about. And women have always been good teachers/role models for children.

The same significance as the jesus portrait or sculpture in Christianity.
