So is Hamas stupid? Someone is funding you to destroy yourself and your are operating just the way the person wants you to. Having found out, shouldn't Hamas stop their activities?
Intelligence agencies always have their agents in organisations they are targeting to take down. While there, those agents must be seen to support the organisation, grow up the ranks and hence gather critical information to help achieve their goal.
But then, I don't believe that source. Such information is usually classified.

And the access Israel has to Gaza after their pullout from the territory, is to go to war just like they are doing presently.
If Israel had not left Gaza, Hamas would not have been able to prepare their offensive, undetected.
Let's hope that at the end of the day, Gaza will not have a new Jewish settlement to serve as a check on the activities of Hamas.

NA has been carrying out many Operations in the SE as a part of the country.
Israel on the other hand pulled out of Gaza many years back only for the Palestinians to handover the government of the place to Hamas.
Israel cannot Carry out operations there in the same way NA has been doing in the SE because Gaza is self governing. The only way is to declare war.
Besides, IPOB has not gone to a different region to attack people.
Imagine if Hamas was declaring sit at home in Gaza. Do you think Israel will attack them?

Btw, I'm looking at the legal interpretation of the NYSC Act. The legal interpretation of the NYSC Act is that you must serve compulsorily, so far you graduate under 30 years of age.

If you like, run away and don't present yourself for service. When you come back at age 40 and then claim you need exemption because you are above the age for service. They will look at the age you graduated and simply tell you, you are not qualified for exemption, because as at the time you graduated you were still under 30 years. It is as simple as that.

If they allow that, it simply means people will not serve, they will just go and then come back when they are above 30 years to ask for exemption certificate.

If you are of age when Minister Kemi Adeosun had her issues, you will know that was how they discovered that her exemption certificate was fake!

NYSC will never issue you exemption certificate if they check and see that you graduated under 30years and never presented yourself for service.

I added the second sentence to even make my point clearer.
If you graduated below 30 and then come back at 40 for exemption, I think you deserve it. Some people under 30 have gotten exemptions for whatever reason.

This is not correct. The age is at the point of mobilisation.
You can't graduate at 21 and then mobilise for NYSC at 32.
When you serve, you will know better.

The NYSC does not permit it.
From 2001 to 2023 is enough for her to be above the 30 years old limit.
Having one set of rules for some people and another for the less privileged is why our country is like this.
Even NYSC has to explain how she was mobilized a second time. How did her BVN not show her age? Is CBN involved too? How did the security agencies skip this kind of important fact in their report? Were they compromised?
There should be a probe of the circumstances leading to this.

I am shocked that after 22 years she is still less than 30 years old, which is the statutory age above which one cannot participate in the scheme.

It therefore means she graduated from University at 7 or 8 years old.

This is quite a feat globally, and is worthy of note.
