FamilyRe: Should I Sell My Late Son's Plot To Help My Brother by Outstrip(f): 7:52pm On Jul 03, 2011
So you want to steal from her to help your brother. Those documents do not belong to you. You are not also telling the truth. Why did your brother get locked up. Trying to steal the property of a widow to help someone eho probably did something wrong. Say what yoru brother really got locked up for. Raise your money by yourselves and leave the poor woman alone.
FamilyRe: What's The Point Of A Native Ceremony? (marriage) by Outstrip(f): 7:46pm On Jul 03, 2011
werepeLeri:
and u think the family will release their daughter to you? It is an invitation to a failed marriage- your spouse family matters, not only you. She is from a family, and they will want tradition followed, no matter what you think. So, dont go doing too know. Do what you have to do and pay what has to be paid to the womans' s family. What is pagan there?

LOL
Are you serious? Not everybody has a traditional ceremony. How in the world does that equate to a failed marriage. Geez

Why are men puccies these days?, They whine and complain too much joor. embarassed embarassed embarassed embarassed[/quote]It is more than the beating. Aside from the fact that you dehumanize a person when you beat them like they are worthless she could actually kill him. A lot of men who kill their wives have to hot them just once the right way and that is it. They have now murdered her. What if she hit him and he falls and hits his head and has a serious head injury. There is no place for assault in a marriage. I don't care of the person hitting is 3 feet tall. The man needs to leave her so that she can figure out the reason for her madness.

I honestly don't believe the story about her husband. They are lying. They know that if the man is in the picture they will get less sympathy. Anyway I wish them all well

In fact you took the words right out of my mouth. Here is a woman who is successful and has a man who is serious enough to be with her but she has basically already sabotaged herself again and I don't think she even knows it. The man who wants her will think differently about it when he knows that she has been carrying on with someone else. She has personal issues. maybe she feels she does not deserve that sort of devotion. There are people who are like that. Unconsciously sabotage themselves. Hopefully the guy that is crazy about her can see this and be willing to help her through it. She obviously cannot help herself. yeye.

NYSCRe: Guys Posted To Boko Haram States On Nysc - Please Register Here For Network. by Outstrip(f): 3:57am On Jul 02, 2011
Do you have to do the NYSC if you are working in the private sector? Are private businesses forced to only hire those who do and if they are is it constitutional to force a private business to not hire a grauduate who refused do the NYSC? Just curious

Genius100:
With the kind of nonsense you've been yanning here, no wonder you have a second husband already. I bet he is one of those mugu guys who takes all the rubbish from his wife and suffers in silence. Very soon, he will reach his limit. Then you can go look for your third husband.
I was waiting for one of you to pick on that. So you think that because she remarried she is not worthy of happiness. Nonsense. You people are beyond redemption
FamilyRe: My Husband Leftt by Outstrip(f): 2:59pm On Jun 30, 2011
lil989 focus on yourself and you child. You will go mad if you continue like this. I would not go after a man that does something like this. I was not even emotionally okay for the first couple of months after my first baby was born. The second one was also similar. The baby needs you more than this over grown baby that is patronizing strip clubs when he has a new born baby at home and a wife that also works full time. I know that this is hard. I cannot imagine how it could be to be nursing a baby, working full time and then have a spouse that would just up and leave. if you were in Nigeria it would be better because you would have a lot of help. My advice is to foucs on yourself and your child for now.

Who is it embarassing? The parent or the child? If she is physically okay then it might just be psychological. She might be stressed about something. She will outgrow it.
FamilyRe: Is It True That Ladies From Broken Homes Are Not A Good Wife Material? by Outstrip(f): 5:26pm On Jun 28, 2011
It depends on how you look at it. You simply cannot have a yes or no answer for this one. It is true that in the United States statistics show that a child from a divorced home is more likely to also divorce at least once. Also that a child that was born out of wedlock would also likely repeat the same thing. I like statistics but there is not a clear answer to this because I feel at the end of the day it is what you instill in the child that matters. If you get divorced and remarry five times of course your children might think marriage is a joke. If you get a divorce though but raise your kids well and help them understand moral values and possibly the value in marrying and doing your best to stay married then I think that child will do well. As a matter of fact the trials that many people from broken homes go through is what makes many of them fight to the end to make sure their children do not go through the same thing.

FamilyRe: My Husband Leftt by Outstrip(f): 1:52pm On Jun 28, 2011
Why did you end up in the hospital? Is it really because of him? You need to wake up. He says he is bored with married life. He goes to strip clubs. He sees you sick in the hospital and tells you there and then that he does not want you anymore. IT IS TIME TO MOVE ON. Obviously this cannot be something new. There is obviously more to the story but whether he is wrong or not you need to make things better for you.

Teeth grinding can be a sign of stress. Maybe you guys are stressing him. Leave him alone abeg. Like the poster above said a mouth guard can help him not do serious damage to his teeth or even jaw. They are not that expensive either

It took me a second to understand what "ashy" meant lipsrsealed If the driver was not dressed properly then I guess it is undersatndable. I think that goes for clubs everywhere. Not just in Nigeria

FamilyRe: As Parents, Do We Buy Into This? by Outstrip(f): 7:51pm On Jun 27, 2011
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. Breath of fresh air. I have been saying this for a long time. It is not even just the rich in Nigeria. Even some of the lower middle class or even poor will have children who sit at home and do nothing.  It's like it is etched in stone somewhere that they should not earn any money or learn any responsibilities outside of the home until they graduate from the University.
PoliticsRe: Diezani Allison Madueke Skipped Nysc by Outstrip(f): 7:40pm On Jun 27, 2011
This is why I get so sick of Nigeria. They want to crucify her when mostof them probably just paid for their children to get the certificate and did not put in a day. Should they not rather use this opportunity to discuss getting rid of the NYSC since all it is good for is to endanger the lives of innocent young people who are just now making their way in life. Madueke did not do a day of NYSC and still a very good representation of how we want our youth to turn out. Not burnt or hacked up on the streets on Nigeria for no reason at all. All in the name of "serving" their country
PropertiesRe: Why Is Nigerian Architecture So Uninspiring? by Outstrip(f): 5:36am On Jun 26, 2011
I just looked it up and those homes are called Pueblo style homes. They are very modern but definitely fot with the local culture. A house like that would look out of place in Chicago but beautiful in my opinion in the desert
PropertiesRe: Why Is Nigerian Architecture So Uninspiring? by Outstrip(f): 5:30am On Jun 26, 2011
It does not have to be brick then. I forget the name of the material but it is just a "brick face" you can use to give your home the brick look. There are just too many options to explore. Especially in a place like Nigeria where there are so many natural resources.

I was watching a show on tv and they were showing condos in new mexico or so. I would never have thought they were condos. They basically made them look like something that came out of the mayan times or something like that. It definitely had that old mexican flare but was very modern. I think that is what you mean by modernizing out own traditional styles. I have also seen pictures of the north I really like those old fashioned looking homes. The look old but they scream history. I like that too.
RomanceRe: Women: Can You Marry A Pastor by Outstrip(f): 3:03am On Jun 26, 2011
Only a tough woman can marry one. The responsibility of being a minister is ridiculous. It is a 24/7 job and when it is someone who is self less it is very easy for a spouse to feel shut out.

PropertiesRe: Why Is Nigerian Architecture So Uninspiring? by Outstrip(f): 2:57am On Jun 26, 2011
There are some nice homes in Nigeria but the ones I know personally buy the plans in the US and have somene tweak things here and there. Even an uncustmized plan from a catalogue can be refitted to work in Nigeria. I agree with those columns. It is just overdone in Nigeria. It'salmost like competitionof the who has the tallest ones. In fact they look ghetto to me now. VGC is no exception to this.
