My Igbo boss once told me, It is difficult for non-indigenes to get into higher positions in Igbo States even if they are fellow Igbos e.g Abia State once sacked other Igbos from it's civil service, A Catholic Bishop was rejected by a Diocese in Anambra for not being an Indigene.

I know for a fact that the Yorubas refer to Igbo folks as 'Aj'okuta ma m'omi' (One who eats stone without drinking water - Origin: The Igbo Akpu is stronger and stone-like compared to the typical Yoruba fufu' and then there is 'Ndi ofe mmanu' (Oil soup eater - Origin: The Yorubas obviously fancy palm oil to vegetable oil and they use it in abundance when cooking).

Where I'm from, we have a name for the Yorubas, Hausas and Igbos based on obvious habits. Regardless, the scenario is a bit different when 'Inyamuri' is compared with all other aforementioned names. There is a sad story to the name the earliest people who branded the names on the Igbo people did so out of spite and ridicule. While the average Northerner might not understand that it is derogatory, using the same in a body of work even though the song is non provocative is a huge miss. Research should be the foundation of every creative works.

Yorubas call Igbos 'Igbo' or simply omo-Ibo.

Suddenly, her phone rang, she rushed back into her office to pick it and by the time she went out again to see her friend passing by, the friend has left.

The following day, I went to her house, only to see her saddened and I asked what happened.
She narrated that she just received news that her friend who she saw on Friday passing by and wanted to accost him had actually died on Thursday!
I didn't look at the guy very well because I didn't know him and thus didn't pay much attention to him passing by. I just knew that some one passed in front of the gate.

You don't know the difference between advise and and advice.

You should have used 'advice' which is the noun form instead of advise which is the verb form.

Check Facebook & Twitter and you will easily see their ethnic backgrounds.

2) There were 14 Million registered voters in the S/West.
The APC gote 2.5 Million votes out of the 14 millions representing 17.8% of the votes in the S/West.

3) Most of young Igbo guys like you approach political issues from emotional points of views.

The political parties determine 70% of the success in an election.

The APC was the leading political party in the S/West.

The PDP won Ekiti in 2015 because the State was under a PDP Government as at that time.

In 2019, the PDP won in Oyo & Ondo because there were strong PDP structures (without internal wranglings) in those two States.

4) The voting pattern in each zone reflected the strength of the parties in that zone. This is not just true for presidential election but for all other elective posts.

It's very naive for you to think that the APC that won in most of the LGAs, won many Reps &Senate seats, Governorship seats should have lost the presidential election in the S/west especially when 3 elections were conducted simultaneously.

In the 2015 election, it was very difficult for any politician contest for any post on the platform of the APC to win in the SE because the party wasn't strong in that zone.

It was very similar to what was obtainable in the NW.

In the S/West the PDP was and still relatively strong but not as strong as the APC.
