Determinations of the exact number of people killed and their Identities are crucial to establishing that a massacre truly occurred at the Lekki Toll Gate.

1) How many people were killed?
2) Corpses and/or verifiable Names, Ages, addresses, last known addresses of those killed will be asked by the court of Law.

Atleast you are aware that Lagos state government admitted that 2 persons died, and several others injured and receiving treatment. If the army didn't shoot,what killed those 2persons? If they didn't open fire on people,what injured the injured?

It is common sense, if two persons died of gunshot, it means people were shot,and more than two could have died, if people got injured, means some others died. So what are they denying when the evidences are clear that there was shooting at the toll gate.

Most people may be afraid to come out to demand such, others may not have relative, to some, they may not be educated enough to know the right step to take .

But we have read two accounts of persons demanding for the where about of their loved ones after been to the protest in lekki and didt return.

Final verdict, people were shot at the toll gate by Nigeria army, and people died

The Lagos State NEVER claimed that two people died at the Lekki Toll Gate from gun shot injuries. Rather the Governor said that there were casualties but no single fatality.

The first guy died in the hospital from blunt trauma to the Head.

Deaths due to COVID-19 out of the 200 Million Nigerians that are susceptible can be blamed on anybody and a relative can't sue anybody for his beloved relation to get Justice.
Despite that this is more or less a natural phenomenon, there are many known people e.g Sen Buruji Kashamu, Sen Pepper, Ex-Gov Ajimobi and the Late Abba Kyari who died of COVID-19 infection.


However, a murder case is completely different.
Scores of Families all over Nigeria have beseiged the various Judicial Panels of Inquiries on Police Brutality to demand Justice for their relatives killed by the Police without anyone harrassing them, why can't relatives of those killed at Lekki Toll Gate go to these Panels to establish their cases in ways that can stand Judicial Scrutiny.

There might be bullet holes, none might be there as well. It's left for the investigators to visit and make observations. Maybe they have already and don't want to make their findings public.

Secondly, in the videos circulating online and the CNN report which the #EndSARS promoters hold to be infallible, there were multiple gunshots being fired from different soldiers wielding guns.

Maybe you should visit the scene and check for bullet marks on buildings and cars. If people were there were hit by bullet, would it still pass and hit other things like cars and buildings? The military shooting there doesn't mean all of them present shot at the crowd. Maybe one or two of them shot at the crowd hence there not being much fatality as suggested by witnesses present on ground that 8 to 15 persons were killed.

1) If bullets are being fired randomly at the protesters, it's impossible that ALL the bullets will only hit Humanbeings, some will hit the plastic barricades, cars, Toll Plaza leaving bullet holes on these in animate objects.

2) If soldiers directly face these tightly parked crowd of protesters and opened fire at such close ranges with live bullets, nothing less than 100 people will be killed. The place will be filled with blood and chartered peices of human flesh.

3) If the CNN satellite images couldn't capture soldiers leaving Bonny Camp for the Lekki Toll Gate, how come the same Satellite imaging could not capture D.J Switch & her colleagues carrying 78 corpses over a distance of about 15 meters to the Army trucks?

This story of #Lekki Massacre is not adding up.

You don't know much about the processes of crude Oil exploration and extraction, otherwise you ought to have known that damaging a pipeline carrying crude oil (drilled, extracted and already bought by oil companies) is different from digging the ground for 15- 20 meters, looking for shining pieces of stones that may or may not turn out to be gold upon purification.


It's practically impossible for the Federal Government to monitor the whole of this country looking for who is digging the ground. This is why I am in support of resources control by each State.
