Viagra was originally produced as an hypertensive drug. Erection stimulation was originally a side effect of this drug.

It's use as an anti hypertensive drug was discontinued because of many side effects and because many better drugs are now available

Aside being a Lifetime Grand Patron of the Vaseline Crew, I am with her only on the subject of masturbation because it is the truth.

Sit back and imagine the number of unwanted pregnancies,
the number of STIs,
the number of infidelity cases,
the number of sex-related crimes,
the number of heartbreaks,
the number of sex scandals that would have not existed if only people used the hands God gave them to masturbate.

Think again.

Do you know that God in his infinite wisdom created man's hands to be long enough to touch the groin JUST for the aim of masturbation.
He gave us the sufficiency to make ourselves happy. It is so sad that some people solely depend on others for their happiness.

Live smart and save people who love you the agony.
It is more pleasing to the ear that it is said that you died while masturbating than that you died on top of a slut.

There is no shame in making yourself happy.
But masturbation is regarded as a sin in Christianity and Islam.

Don't mind that guy. He doesn't know what he is saying.
The PPP arrangement being considered by GEJ was cancelled and that's why there are no toll gates around the bridge.

CoolAmbience:
And what Jonathan said is what you took seriously abi?

What percentage completion did Jonathan achieve with the project?

Didn't you know that the project was reviewed under the current adminstration to include a rail line to Onitsha from Agbor?

It makes no sense to hinge the project on 'trying to curry Igbo votes' because Igbos have never particularly supported Buhari, and Buhari is serving his 2nd term already.

The 2nd Niger Bridge is a national interest project, whichever way you look at, but especially in the sense of the economy and ease of doing business.

I would like to let you know that a PPP project does not imply that it is not a government project. The PPP is just designed to fasttrack realization of critical projects.

The funds coming from the private companies or consortiums are not free, as participating entities will recoup their investments.

Honestly I don't really take tribal identity crisis very serious.

I used to have a student (with a good sense of dressing) with Yoruba name and surnames. One day we were discussing and he said he is from Kogi State and I asked his LGA, then he said Ogori-Mangogo. Then I asked if the people in that LGA are Yorubas or Ebira but he said they are neither Yorubas nor Ebira. Surprisingly some of his relatives call themselves (proudly) Yorubas. I just laughed and said Nigeria is so complex!

There are many people in the North whose mother tongues is Hausa but the real Hausa will tell you they aren't Hausa.

UdechiHD:
Methink the leadership of Ohaneze Ndigbo do not see the identity crisis over there as something that’s worth their time and efforts, especially as the 7 Igbo domiciled states in the SE and SS are ably represented there. If you observe closely, you’ll see that some of these loud mouths over there are secret members of the organization. Even the Ikwerre who declare themselves an ethnic group in 1970 are members of Ohaneze and in the next dispensation may head the group as President General. But to settle this issue once and for all, they should be a round table discussion, where aggrieved clans outside the SE are given the liberty to excommunicate themselves from the Igbo family.

Inspite of my desire to see this issues put to bed, something tells me that such would not be the case, because most of those shouting the ‘We are not Igbos’ would shudder at that demand. Nobody knows tomorrow, no one knows if this country would remain as one. And anyone who conveniently denies his family at peace time may be at the receiving end in a time when he needs their help.

So for me, I view the disclaimers from a political angle, because those who really want an ethnic group should write to the federal government. Most of those in the SS are not serious about it.
The Anioma ethnic group chanters are using that yardstick to demand certain privileges in Delta state as well as use the same opportunity to corner a large percent of Igbo positions in the federal government. If that is the case, only time will tell if such identity politics is worth the salt.

The young man Ikechunna is not even based in Nigeria for a start(He was raise and has continued living in the US). Forget his defense, he hardly visits Aniomaland and gets his information from the internet. But one thing you’ll never take away from him is his Igboness. He’s unapologetic about it same as his community.

The problem many of you have is your continuous lumping of all the denials in one bucket. Why will you lump the perennial denials such as the Ika and Ndokwa in the same bucket with them. Are you not aware that most of the bad eggs forming these groups are people with questionable character that have in previous times shown an open disdain for the Igbo identity. Rather than go alone, the vocal minorities want to drag others along. And also rather than publish an official journal and openly declare themselves an ethnic group, they won’t do it. Because their intention is not genuine.

This is the angle he Ikechunna has tried to clarify in the past. Even Okpanam the village of Nzeogwu most of you guys disparage are unapologetic Igbos. So learn to sieve the chaff from the wheat. The people of Asaba and their neighbors are in similar shoes as us. These ones have no other identity than Igbo. They don’t play politics with it unlike the other denials that use the Igbo identity for political gains such as Emefiele the CBN Governor.

The way forward is not to argue among ourselves but seek solutions. The first is for Ohaneze to invite the clans that want to dissociate themselves from the Igbo identity to a forum. Give them a window to officially declare themselves a new ethnic group, failure to do so will lead to total excommunication from the Igbo body and a disclaimer would be sent to the federal government of the outcome.

A second remedy is for the Igbo leaders to sponsor rival groups to counter the narratives of these denials. Ohaneze Ndigbo must act fast, and help the Igbotic groups in Anioma. These ones are helpless from the look of things. The Igbo leaders must liaise with the likes of Okowa and others traditional rulers to form several strong Umbrella group in Ika, Ukwuani, Ndokwa, Aniocha, etc that would beat these guys with facts. Enough of the blame game.

Ikechunna and his people needs a push in the back and the SE can help in that aspect.
I just read your post and i like your submissions but let me ask some questions;

***Why do you think Ohaneze have not deemed it fit to invite these clans that don't want to be identified as Igbos?

The answer : Ohaneze leaders are well educated people with experience and maturity on their side. They know the pitfalls in such moves.

The FG release captured terrorists but the terrorists behead our captured soldiers.

This mean the those soldiers that laid down their lives fighting for Nigeria died in vain if the FG can house, clothes and feed their killers robustly before releasing them back into the society.

pazienza:
Nwanne, many SEners are not insulting Anioma for no reason.
Many do so because Anioma has created the room for the likes of Ojieh to unleash their madness, since he knows there would be no repercussions.

Since Ojieh made this comment, has the Asagba of Asaba, Obi of Agbor or any other Anioma group come out publicly to deassociate with him and debunk his claims?
The answer is no. So it is not out of place for those of us in SE to interpret this silence as passive support. Ojieh is not just a random individual, he is a head of an Anioma organization, telling Ndiigbo in SE to ignore him, with no widespread condemnation of his shameful act by Anioma royal houses and top people, is insincerity on part of any Anioma person.

It is beginning to look like Anioma want to eat their cake and have it. You want to be Igbo and non Igbo sometimes, because you have figured it offers you a form of political flexibility . You can let the deranged ones like Ojieh claim they are not Igbos and spite Ndiigbo when it's expedient, without your prominent institutions and personalities calling them to order or denouncing them publicly, while the seemingly Igbo Anioma people snoop in and take Igbo share of national cake when it's expedient with those of us in SE not being able to challenge it, so as not to be seen to be dividing the Igbo house.

Reason it well yourself, devoid of emotions. If Ojieh and his likes are able to make vitriolic sweeping comments like this without a media reply by Anioma royal fathers and relevant organizations, then what you or any Anioma person has to say on this, doesn't and shouldn't matter, and Ndiigbo in SE will be stupid to continue receiving this bullshit from that quarter, 50years post civil war.
At a point, enough has to be enough.
Okay, I am beginning to understand things from the SE perspectives.

So the anger by Igbos towards Aniomas is that they take Igbos due shares from the National cake.

However, if you study Nigerian politics well, it will be clear to you that shares of the National cake like Roads, Institutions and other infrastructures as well as positions are distributed/allocated on the Basis of States or Geopolitical zones, so how can Aniomas take Igbos' share since they don't share the same States or Geopolitical zones?

It's NOT the location where people were killed that define the territory of a seceeding Country.

Lt. Col Odumegwu-Ojukwu was the Military Governor of Eastern Region while Lt.Col David Ejoor was the Military Governor of Mid-Western Region (which included Asaba).

Lt.Col Odumegwu-Ojukwu announced on the radio that the leaders of thought in the defunct Eastern Region had mandated him to declared his (Eastern) Region as the Republic of Biafria.

How did this Biafran Republic crossed 'the boundary' to include Asaba in the Mid-Western Region? Was Asaba ever part of the Eastern Region? Did Odumegwu-Ojukwu ever governed Asaba?

Very bad idea.

You want to form a mini Nigeria be that.

Besides, I don't see the Igbos and the Yorubas in the same country after secession.

The purpose of secession will be defeated when you bring unrelated people to form another country just because you want to eliminate the Hausa/Fulani.

The Yorubas are well over 50million worldwide.

They are enough form a country of their own without having to cope with cries of marginalisation from minority ethnic groups again.
It was a hypothetical postulation.

It has nothing to do with eliminating the Hausa-Fulani.

However, it's very possible for the 17 Southern States plus Kwara, Kogi, Plateau and Benue to live peacefully in one Country because most the people in such States share many ancenstral and cultural heritage.
Politics › Re: How Nigeria Would Have Looked Like If Ruled By The Dutch by oyatz(m): 10:27am On Feb 09, 2020
If the SW, SS, SE, Kwara, Kogi , Plataeu and Benue should form one Country, there will be three power bkocks- Yorubas, the minorities and the Igbos. These will ensure balance of forces and checkmate each other.

FrLukas:
If there is one thing the Fulanis and the Igbos have in common, it is the fact that they are the only tribes out of over 300 ethnic groups in Nigeria to repeatedly voice their desire to DOMINATE others. In fact they are the only two ethnic groups in Nigeria to have used and still continue to use that word DOMINATE.

Now, if there's going to be a break up of Nigeria, every ethnic group will determine where they want to go.

That is why it is called SELF DETERMINATION.

Nobody tells you where to go as a people. Only you as a people will determine that.

The greatest mistake the minor ethnicities in the South can ever make is join the East to form one country.

A worse scenario than what is currently happening in Nigeria is what will occur.

And I see the union exploding within 5-10 years.

I think this is perfectly clear to Southern leaders.

So I don't think they'll ever make that mistake.

1) In truth, they are Aniomas who traced their ancestries to Igbos.

2) It's also true that there are Aniomas who traced their ancestries to Bini, Igala, Esan or Yoruba.

3) It is also true that there are Aniomas (I think the majority) who have mixed Igbo-Bini-Igala-Yoruba ancestries.

Most of the people you guys described as Igbo deniers are Aniomas who fall into Categories 2& 3 and this has nothing to do with any Oga at Bourdillon.

1) Ministers are appointed on STATE basis and NOT on the basis of Tribes. E.g Chief Bayo Ojo was appointed as the AGF and Minister of Justice in 2003 to fill the slot for Kogi State and not because to fill the slot for the Yorubas.

2) Power rotation in Delta State was based on Senatorial District. In 2015, the whole State felt power should should shift to Delta North. It has nothing to do with tribes.

maestroferddi:

Neither Kachikwu nor other Igbo deniers put up a public disclaimer denying Igboness then...

In the eyes of most non-Igbo Nigerians, an Igboman was appointed to a sensitive position in government...

Okowa's emergence as the Governor of Delta State was forged on the anvil of allowing power rotate Delta Igbos...that, at least, is how other Deltans saw it...

We can go on and on on how Anioma elements go about operating as Igbos of convenience....
