It is quite curious that two groups of antimalarial drugs/supplements have been said to provide satisfactory treatment for Covid-19, yet WHO has dismissed both. - Hydroxychloroquine and Chloroquine - Artemisia plant, which contains Artemisinin It appears as if WHO and its sponsors are doing everything in their power to discourage effective generic drug treatment of Covid-19. |
First, the federal government said that the Chinese doctors would not have contact with Nigerian patients. Now, they are working at “our isolation centres." Why would Chinese doctors come to Nigeria just to put together and set up equipment that they brought? Are they medical engineers/technicians as well? Are the equipment not with set-up manuals in English? |
Racoon:There are reports that some of these swabs could be contaminated. If some (definitely not all) are deliberately contaminated, this would serve the purpose of infecting healthy people as well as increasing the number of "confirmed Covid-19 cases".

The Forced Vaccination Bill is extremely dangerous. It should be rejected completely. It doesn’t matter whether the "vaccines are considered safe and effective. That is not the point! The point is that each person has the right to decide what will or will not be injected into their bodies, and into the bodies of their children! No one should be harassed, ridiculed, forced, coerced, intimidated, blackmailed, or put under duress of any kind for refusal to take any pharmaceutical product. Whether a vaccine is safe or effective is irrelevant!" quoted from M A on YouTube |

This is a very dangerous bill. It should be rejected from start to finish. |
Why are there so many foreigners (Indians) working in Power Mech? Did Power Mech not see Nigerians to employ? |

dre11:<<The details of the debt relief agreement have not yet been made public.>> Why was the last paragraph (stated above) excluded? A "moratorium of debt repayments" is not debt relief. It is just a suspension debt payment obligations; the suspension can be lifted at anytime. |
Apart from the fact that Borno, Delta and Lagos have zero beneficiaries from the national cash transfer, Ebonyi and Ogun are not even on the list. These are the total number of beneficiaries by region: North West - 561,758 North Central - 321,434 North East - 109,842 South South - 67,696 South West - 37,904 South East - 27,977 |
valentineuwakwe:774,000 (workers) x 3 (months) x N30,000 = N69.66 billion N60 billion is not enough to fund this initiative. There have been allegations that "these 1,000 people employed in each local government, will be trained to administer the 'coronavirus vaccine' on innocent Nigerians". This is probably why the federal government has changed its statement from recruitment of "health workers" to recruitment of "workers to engage in sweeping of streets, markets and clearing of gutters". Sweeping of streets, markets and clearing of gutters is supposed to be a state or local government affair. Why has the federal government planned the initiative for October to December 2020? There is something that the federal government is not telling us. Could these allegations of a planned nationwide vaccination be true? |
Goodzinny:Please, may someone answer this question? The flag on the right does not appear to be the national flag of any country, but it could not have been there by accident. It was put there for a reason. |
You do not have to call the government names to pass across your message. Dino Melaye did not refer to the Federal Government as was stated in the title of the video and post. (Back to the video content) If this allegation is true, why is there such an urgency to deploy 5G technology at a time when there is a widespread lock down? If 5G technology is being deployed in Nigeria, without a licence from the federal government (as the Minister of Communications recently said), it should be suspended. Even if there is no danger, the deployment of 5G technology is not urgent at the moment. 5G technology can wait. |
HenryThegreat1:The Secretary to the Government of the Federation did not offer any explanation on role of the Chinese health experts. Why should "Chinese health experts", without the advice of healthcare professional associations in Nigeria, be invited on healthcare issues? The only issue that is obvious here is money (N10 billion), which may even be a loan from China. |
Was the army personnel, suspected to have killed Joseph Pessu, released on bail? Will he be charged to court (or court martial)? |
Wait a minute. Several people did their business in the bush. Refuse disposal workers did not come to clean up. A man has volunteered to clear their faeces, yet a lot of people there are complaining. Why? ![]() |
zicoraads:What did you observe during that visit? |
This was an opportunity for the other two men to walk away. I wonder why they were still standing there with their arms raised. |
ikorodureporta:It is not a blood test as many of us may have thought. It is a swab stick that is placed in the person's throat or nostrils. There are rumours that some of these swab sticks are contaminated with the coronavirus. We do not know whether these allegations are true, but we need to be careful. The method of using swab sticks from the coronavirus testing kits should be suspended.

We do not know whether the coronavirus testing kits are contaminated or not, but it is better to be safe than sorry. The test is not carried out by taking a blood sample and sending it to the lab. Swab sticks from the coronavirus testing kits are placed in the person's nostrils and throat. If these swab sticks are contaminated (whether accidentally or deliberately), the person who is tested could become infected, even if he was previously negative. The COVID-19 tests, through the use of swab sticks from the coronavirus testing kits, should be suspended until further notice.

ajl:Is this true? How did you come about this information? What is the name of the Nigerian company? |
blowjohn:There appears to be some merit in this combination. If this is effective, what is required is the availability of these drugs in hospitals and pharmacies, as well as the recommended dosage. |
DModeCntStopMe:Restaurants may open for take-away orders only. Eat-in orders should be suspended. |
Flets:If this is true, the drugs should be made commonly available in the pharmacy stores and hospitals. |
IDanfulani:This is what may be considered significant for their arrest, if the allegation is true. |
Coronavirus: FG Orders Federal Tertiary Institutions, Unity Colleges Closed ...LASU, LASPOTECH, others under consideration Gabriel Dike As part of measures to curb the spread of coronavirus pandemic, the Federal Government has directed heads of Federal Institutions and principals of Unity Colleges nationwide to close down the institutions. Also, the Special Adviser on Education to the Lagos State governor, Mr. Tokunbo Wahab, has said the tertiary institutions in the state might be close over the scourge. Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Education, Sonny Echono told Daily Sun that the decision to close down the schools was to protect and safeguard the lives of students/pupils from the deadly scourge. Already some state governments and the management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) have closed down schools and the scheme to check the spread of the virus. Echono said, ”We have directed all higher institutions to close this weekend. Unity Schools that have completed their exams are to close immediately. Others are to hurry and close latest on 26th March.” The permanent secretary said the ministry will monitor development as total closure might be ordered at any moment. Wahab said the state government is assessing the situation and that on Sunday, a decision will be taken whether to shut down Lagos State University, Ojo; Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu; Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Ijanikin; Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, Epe and other state-owned institutions. At present, the Federal Government has no interest in issuing national identity cards. They are only concerned with the registration to ensure that information on all Nigerians is entered into a database. This is probably to satisfy the interests of a foreign government. |
Firstorderwizard:Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) |
Why are some of them bare-footed? EFCC is more interested in allegations of financial crime that affect foreigners than in financial crime that affects Nigerians. |
maasoap:This is the most probable cause - carbon monoxide poisoning from the generator's fumes. This is what may have caused the death of the woman and unconsciousness of the man at the same time. Another possibility, though far-fetched, is double suicide or murder/suicide (by either partner). Murder by a third party, except by poisoning, is unlikely since the story does not indicate that there was any sign of a forced entry or a struggle. Food poisoning or drug poisoning is unlikely to cause both of them to lose consciousness at the same time (unless they were both asleep); one of them would have raised alarm or called for help. |
If the student feels that the lecturer's decision was inappropriate, she can go to court. |
