Abbey2sam: Maybe you guys need to come to the north,This guy.... How u sabi how old mama tonto resemble? Abi u dey sample some pensioners for ya hood? I dont beleive in this disappearing kporonski of a thing but I know there is juju. I have been hypnotised before and Those magicians at Bar beach aint playing (no 3diot should tell me its a trick) |
Cargoed: I think that is incredibly slow for a private investor, with low capital say less than 1mil. i need a vehicle that can give me my money back + the interest after 30days. So that i can re-invest it.Not being rude but if you cant tie your money down for 90 days then you are far from being an investor. You are more like a gambler. Please people in the know let us know the rates at the end of todays auction. Regards |
shymexx: Who's this guy and where are the BNP/EDL members in Chelsea or anywhere near SW/West London?? SMFDH!!!I fit sabi you be that o! When were you a steward at the Bridge? I was also a matchday steward there from 2003 to 2006. I was at the Shed End Lower initially, then later East Lower. Some of the guys I worked with back then are still there cos I see them on TV. |
Afam4eva: If you're ignorant about where you work then you don't deserve to be in that position. It's like someone asking me how many children i have and i'm telling the person the truth about my ignorance. You are not sharp. In 1999, George W Bush couldn't name the president of nuclear armed Pakistan, The president of restive Caucasus of Chechnya and the prime minister of India. Why wasn't he dropped by the Republican party as their presidential candidate? He went on to become a 2 term president of the United States. You post a lot in these political threads and you feel you know a lot but your contributions paint a picture of someone who is extremely clueless.I believe you are a mod so you need to study more and be objective with your posts. |
Only in Nigeria Where a convicted criminal is pardoned and an employee is suspended because he forgot the suffix of his employers web address. I have laughed at the jokes but that is where it should end. The man should be allowed to carry on his job. We seem to support injustice when it is against our perceived enemies. In this case Mr Obafaiye Shem. I would like to know what he did wrong that has led to a suspension. Was it misconduct, gross miscounduct, deserving of a final warning or even a sack? Please pray tell. I doubt the story anyway. |
Are you all serious? he should resign necause he doesnt know the website address of his organisation? Yall crazy? |
chingyjant: Its only in Nigeria such happens.Dem still go rob Aboki when dey hussle him own.Even when it happened in Belgium couple of weeks back there was no single gun shot. What a pityNo be only Naija o. Armed robbers raided Brussels airport last month and made off with bullion worth €50 million. The only tging about western European robbers is they try not to kill anyone or fire any shots cause if they kill, the police are more likely to investigate the case deeper and if they are caught, then their jail terms will be longer. Nigerian robbers like their American counterparts like to kill. Why? I dont know! |
CFCfan: FACT: Arsenal's Olivier Giroud became the first player to score a Champions League goal since the election of the new pope. The last player to achieve such a feat? Andri Shevchenko on 26 April 2005 when Milan beat PSV 2-0 in the semi-finals in the first match after Benedict XVI was elected on 19 April 2005. I didn't say it would blow your mind. -BBC Sport. What a r€tard€d stat! |
Thanks for this but unfortunately many wont read it and those who do will just glance through. A year ago I would have just glanced at this article and moved on but when these things hit close to home there is the natural tendency to develop an interest but unfortunately the knowledge gained from that interest is usually of no important use as the close relative or yourself is past the curative stage. The ultimate killer in Colorectal cancer is Liver Metastasis i.e when the cancer cells have travelled from the colon to the liver. At this stage, there is no chance of a cure and only palliative treatment can be given to help prolong life often with a deteriorating quality of life. Like the article you posted above alludes to, colorectal cancer presents no obvious symptoms and by the time it does e.g rapid unexplained weight loss, the cancer has advanced to stage IV which is incurable. If I knew what I know now 10 years ago, I would have done things differently. I love you dad. |
This is a man who is still wanted in the United Kingdom o. What message are we giving to the international community |
El Caballa: Why didnt the Govt. Fly the innocent kid abroad.mayb he was not as important as the likes of Suntai.what a HELL called Nigeria!Of course the bastard Fashola and co will not do this. they would rather pay for expired actors, former corrupt govt officials and the likes to go for malaria treatment abroad. Why do we even need to go abroad in the first place for tretament like this. Gabrielle Gifford survived a shot to the head and I am sure this young boy who managed to survice for 7 months with minimal medical care would have survived and recovered fully if he got the best available care. E no go better for armed robber and e no go better for the people who spoil Naigeria!! |
Seun and co If I bid and get treasury bills on a Wednesday, how soon do I get my interest? I am really thinking of making a one week dash to Lagos to chop some of this national cake. |
Hi Inspired Seun directed me here. 1. How many naira will you give me for £20,000? 2. Do you have an account I can pay the pounds to in the UK and you pay yhe naira into an account in Lagos. Regards |
A few questions for Seun and co 1. Are treasury bills issued all year long or is it sold on a need basis 2. Do you get a certificate to show you have purchased the bills 3. Is the interest paid upfront? I bought some about 12 years ago and I think I was given my interest upfront. 4. What is the current exchange rate for the English Pound (£) |
afroconi: No... I don't think it was... It lacked intent, was the first foul of the game and besides was a yellow card offense! I will beat that refereeif you read the Fifa rules, there is no mention of intent. I hate Maure and i think it was a very very harsh red card but imagine if he blinded arbeloa without intent, do you think a red card will be justified then? Like Roy Keane said if you raise your foot that high then you are giving the referee a chance to send you off. Do you think Van Pursedtrings red card against Barcelona was justified? probably not but in that case and Nani's, the law of the game absolves both referees of doing anything wrong. |
RIP Comandante Chavez. Aluta continua, vitoria é cérta |
delishpot: So tell me, who did fashola blame for this?Toyota Motor Co. Japan for manufacturing and selling Hiace line of mini buses. |
Why are you jealous of Him? Do you own any shares in Arsenal? At least He is one of those whose shares will be bought and like it or not He is a valued share holder in Arsenal go deal with it if it pains you Shoo see me see jealousy oh £170,000 worth of shares in a company valued at £1 billion hardly makes you a valued shareholder. He is just like you; an ordinary myopic deluded plastic 'fan' (read: Gloryhunter) |
oddy4real: In as much as the bid is real and I want it to go ahead for the good of the club, I can bet all my money that Silent Stant Kroenke would NEVER sell his shares. same goes for Alisheir Usmanov, the Red and White and Arsenal Supporters' Trust. These guys see Arsenal as a milking ground and it is a pity.Arsenal Supporters trust have only 3 shared in Arsenal worth all of £51,000 at last valuation. They have fark all power and they are just noisy clowns! |
Okay I am monitoring this news and Piers Morgan is twitting that the bid is genuine. Obviously, Morgan is valued share holder in Arsenal and He has confirm the take over bid is going ahead... Arsenal is facing an uncertain future oh
You are fooking clueless! Red face Piers Morgan a valued shareholder? You must be having a farking laugh. What I will never understand is why people like Abrahmovic and funds like Qatar and Abu Dhabi spend so much money in these clubs that they will never make back. Fayed at Fulham recently converted £200 million owed to him by Fulham into equity and Abrahmovic did the same with about £400 million owed to him by Chelsea a few years ago |
Where you there with your brother when he was been interviewed? Please stop the false claim because Nigerians tend to play the victim when its obvious that they are lying. Your brother maybe nervous during his interview but too shy to tell you that he was denied for his inability to speak with confidence and answer questions in the appropriate way
slowpoke. Speak with confidence? Since when was that a requirement to obtain a visa? He paid his fees and had been accepted by a school. How 'unconfident' could he have in 60 seconds? I must admit this was in 2005 though. Maybe things have improved. |
Poster there is no logic to getting a US visa. My brother was refused a student visa with over N50 million in his sponsors account and full fees for Tuition and board already paid. He was in the cubicle for less than 1 minute and The clownsular didnt even look at a single document except his passport and the visa form from the school. He was asked for his name and what he was going to do in the US and after he answered, he was told 'you are not qualified' Contrast this with my mates senior brother who went for an interview with their late fathers statement that had all of N300,000 in it and got a visa to go to a $40,000 school (tuition & board). Just like in my brothers case, they didnt look at any documents, they just asked the same questions and told him to come back for his visa. |
hardbody: if you havent already done so, report to STFU Milverton Avenue Ikoyi, they will pick up the conniving stockbrokers and after due drilling, they will reverse the sale and transfer. My office once coonived with stock brokers and sold shares we held in trust for a recalcitrant debtor. I spent the whole day at STFU trying to bail the MD of one of my subsidiaries, the guy that pulled that stunt. He was granted bail when he had written an instruction reversing the transfer. Those guys are good at it and they are experienced. You may not believe this but the same scenario above happened last year. Shares worth tens of millions of naira in paper certificates were given to the oldest bank in Nigeria in 2007 to stand as collateral against an overdraft facility which incidentally has never been drawn. Someone in the bank actually removed the certificates and tried to sell the shares. They also claimed Mr J had died. Luckily Mr J tried to cash in his dividend and he was told he was dead! That case is still ongoing. |
ypzilanti: The claim that the account owner has to be supported by the creation of an Estate account in CSCS. The requirements for opening such an account would include a sworn affidavit, death certificate, etc. There are rules for these things...you can't just claim rubbish and start transferring peoples shares without due process. Unless of course you have an insider. They provided all these things. Forged of course. I have copies of everything. I found out there is a requirement called ''know your customer'' (KYC) and B stockbroker obviously didn’t do that. We are all Nigerians and we know paper documents can easily be printed by any semi-professional printer with a little knowledge. I strongly suspect B stockbrokers to be part of the scam for the following reasons. 1. They have been in the business since 1997 yet they couldn’t see obvious inaccuracies like the death certificate showing year of death as 2010 and the High Court letter of administration showing year of death as 2011 2. Any stockbroker with half a brain should wonder why the estate of the deceased will not deal with the deceased's own brokers instead they chose to transfer the shares to a new broker before selling. The question they should have asked is why make things so hard for yourselves 3. Why carry on with this fraudulent request when the resident broker had denied your earlier request to transfer The scammers https://i45.tinypic.com/nz1a9.png https://i48.tinypic.com/35bcva1.png |
I smell fraud. My dad has just been scammed by fraudsters who didnt even need share certificates. All they had in their possession was a dividend slip they probably intercepted at Ikeja post office. They then found a crooked stockbroker that was willing to take partake in the fraud and the rest like they say is history. I suspect you may have the share certificate of someone and you want to steal. Nigeria is really terrible. |
@ poster. Mr J should report both stockbrokers †☺ the SEC and not the NSE! Furthermore he should sue the two of them! He will recover his shares back! Ps he must change his stockbrokers due †☺ negligence(I suspect an inside job in A's office for the approval †☺ be given)
A stockbroker is not involved. B stockbroker signed a letter of indemnity taking all responsibility for any future claims that may be made against CSCS and thats why they authorised the transfer without approval from A stockbroker. This kind of system should never be in operation and the NSE/CSCS should stop it henceforth. What stops a disgruntled broker willing to leave the country for good from signing a letter of indemnity and transfering shares of a random investor worth hundreds of millions, selling them and fleeing the country with the funds? They also still rely too much on paper records beacuse if things were recorded electronically, the refusal by A stockbroker to authorise the transfer a month earlier should have raised red flags even when a letter of indemnity had been signed. I have a picture of the perps and will post it here shortly. I am wondering if I should name and shame B stockbroker. A quick search on the internet shows they have been involved in big time shares fraud before. |
This is the only thing i love about America. The right to defend yourself and blast any mu'fooker trying to rob you to smitherings. Why should the law abiding citizens give up their guns and be at the mercy of criminals who will always have their guns. The man in the link below killed 5 criminals and injured 2 in 3 seperate incidents when the scum tried to rob him. They shot him as well. Without his guns, he would have been another statistic http://www.democraticunderground.com/117273824 "Swear to everything when I leave this earth, Its gon' be on both feet, never knees in the dirt" |
What stops every disgruntled husband from murdering their wife and giving the same lame azz excuse this murderer has given? |
davidylan: Last but not the least... let kids be kids... at their age they will still want to ask for something from their peers... it is normal.This. I dont understand how any sensible person, most especially a mother will frown at kids doing what kids should be doing. Sharing is a virtue that is specifically taught in my kids' nursery, school and after school club. |
coogar: things might have the changed especially with the scourge of yahoo boys. anyone can make any national ID card with any name and claim MTCN. banks have a duty to protect themselves from fraudsters. The whole gist of the story is lost on you. Do you not think a Yahoo boy will go well prepared probably with a fake Drivers license expiring in 2053? If they so cared about security, how come N10,000 secured the release of the funds? |
bakynes: Microsoft is about to lunch Xbox 720 too tough competition i personally prefer Xbox to play station coz i switched from play station to Xbox and can tell which is better.Sony has lost their Game market here in the UK coz alot of pple prefer Xbox to play stationDodgy People like Xbox because it can be chipped to play £1 games. This may be good for Microsoft but not the people who make the games |
If this guy slapped my son, no be mouth, I would have been charged with murder cause I for kill the guy. Bastards like him size up people and only do such when they know they can get away with it.
