Its definitely not illegal to get, i am sure it is an exhibit used in committing the offences. A rooted PS4 can be side loaded with Linux Operating system and used as a computer when connected to wireless keypads. Even without that you can also use its native internet browser. So, yes any serious Cyber crime investigator will not over look a ps4 when confiscating electronic exhibits for forensic analysis.

There is alot you can use a ps4 for apart from gaming.

Today while charging my phone with original (follow-come) Mi- quick charger, the phone started connecting and disconnecting continuously. When i checked the charger i notice a pungent (smelt burnt) oily liquid on its side!! The charger is always connected to my UPS for fear of power fluctuations... has anyone experienced this? This thing is not even up to 2months old and i still have my 3yrs old sony charger and almost 5yrs old HTC charger. Too bad they arent fast chargers.

Now i am in the lookout for original Quickcharger. Ordinary chargers takes ages to charge a phone with 5000mah battery.

Stick to stock, why?
1. You will receive OS and security updates
2. Stock rom is most stable and rest of mind
3. You get to enjoy the features in MIUI 10
4. MIUI 11 is coming

If you are not satisfied you can always root, debloat and modify the stock rom to your needs... Except you totally dislike MIUI?!

The overclocking is highly dependent on the devs if they want to or can do it with custom kernel,but I wouldn't recommend overclocking, don't burn your SOC.

Yes it is dependent on the devs, but overclocking is one of the main reasons why devs make custom kernels. There are safe parameters when overclocking or even down clocking, that is why its good to read about the kernel and have some IT knowledge of what you are doing. I have been overclocking since Samsung S2 days and a member of xda for more than 5yrs, so i have some knowledge.

I use kernel Aduitor to set 2 profiles, one overclocked for games and another underclocked for everyday use and save battery.

The process is long and varies per device. Go to www.xda-developers.com search for your device thread you will see the steps. Just make sure you have a computer, data and basic IT knowledge or else....

U r fine with SD660. It will play most of the games if not all. The good thing with Snapdragons is you can root it and overclock it, if you want more power. I use a Mi Max 2 with SD625, i rooted and over clocked the speed. I play Asphalt 9 on highest graphic settings with no problems. Follow your pocket.

For now i prefer waiting for a month to get my Xiaomi products from Ali-express than waiting since last year for your arrival in Nigeria.
