I beg you all. For all that is sane and pure, we cannot continue this way. Please GEJ and PDP have served us well no contest but they have overstayed their welcome. Lets just usher them out without any bad blood. People please vote someone else, Ribadu, Buhari, John Dara, Momodu, anybody but PDP, not because they have not tried, quite the opposite; they have tried for too long. Succeeding is just what they are not good at.

This bloody mistake of a woman. Everytime she opens her mouth one horrid error spews forth. This woman is a textbook example of the dangers of  incompetence in office (she no even get constitutional powers at that). This crap she just stated is so infuriating and demeaning that she should be sanctioned or worse. What kind of irresponsibility is this? Is she now saying that it was right to have three out of five exits closed in a choked up stadium, or to have police firing into the air to SCARE an excitable and unmanageable crowd? Is she saying that the victims where 'unavoidable casualties'? Who is this woman's adviser, it (no human could so incompetent) should be caught and shot!
This sort of utterly useless and viciously puerile comment can only cement the country's image as a 'tolerator' of degenerate and senseless leadership. I will never vote for a man who has such a woman for a partner and a shudder to think that he is at this time Nigeria's demagogue president.

In fact when I see this kind of careless comment, I can't help think that nobody dragged those dead to that venue, they willingly stuck their necks out for should a 'cause' then they have none to blame but themselves for their predicament, but that is not true; if your own president cant assure their safety who then can.

You big monkey, he was referring to the nigerian context. do you think protests have ever achieved anything in this country? even the mammoth june 12 1993 protests went nowhere.

In you rush to be bigoted and fanatic, you ignored that. next time, pay more attention to the context and not just the message.

try unseating your local government chairman with a protest and see whether adeboye was wrong.
You no make sense and your name calling is juvenile. Adeboye's tenet is not only illogical, it is not supported by Christianity. If Rev King could use peaceful protest to further his cause why can't we. Is Pastor Tunde Bakare a heathen for carrying placards?
Only recently the Save Nigeria Group broke Turai's hold on government. If that was not a result then a don't know what'll satisfy you. I don't expect much from the good pastor Adeboye and he never fails to deliver.
@ post, I hope they understand what they are asking for. Libya is a quagmire that is not like the rest of the Arab world simply 'liberating' them might backfire on them. `

Ribadu should rather give his vote and supporters to GEJ if he is selfless and passionate about the welfare of Nigerians and not party, ethnicity or religion.
How is giving Jonathan support Patriotism, and how is your blind support for GEJ is not selfish, partisan and tribalistic.
PoliticsRe: Ribadu Takes A First Jab At Jonathan----"resign Now, He Says"! by Parnassuss(m): 5:54pm On Jan 31, 2011
Obviously Ribadu does not expect GEJ to actually resign, the latter has no shame and the former is NOT that naive. Why is this so salient, everyday all manner of people ask all sorts of office holders (President included) to0 resign. This is because tha Govt is a failed one and it is too easy to poke holes in ALL of its actions. EVERY action that the Fed govt makes is mostly to be read as BAD and IMPRACTICAL. This might not be the absolute truth but because there is so much wrong with the nation right now that almost any move will have and equal and opposite effect not to far off. Things are just to fuked up.
All u anti-Ribadu cock-suckas should clm it. We all know that Jonathn's spending is studip in a word, grow up BEAF!!

Wow, here i was thinking I was going to shock people by condemning the dead guy (as a sick joke though), but some peeps are seriously carrying this agenda on their shoulders. I won't even bother quoting scripture my own is this; by the Nigerian law, if you are a homosexual you get five - seven years but if you are murderer, thief, pen-robber, scammer or even domestic abuser, its ten to life, depending one the case.
Guess the gays ain't hurting people as much as the rest of other vices are.

I am from Ogun state and i happen to reside there also, OBJ wants to create a larger than life image for himself like Awolowo, mandela, nkrumah etc but he does nt have d character and achivements of those leaders. he is very selfish and autocratic. 8yrs and d road dat leads to his farm;sango is a bad state, Abeokuta d state capital is always in darkness.pple bring their gen set while visting for holidays.

the road in all d major parts of the state are so bad that u wonder if the governor of the state is on permanent leave.u can take a visit to sango to crosscheck.

OBJ is an outright failure, i am an egba man and we dont even like his face in the town.
THat is so sad, but it is happening everywhere even Abuja.
It doesn't matter if and Obj man or Daniel man gets in, they all hold one logical outcome for the people; chaos!

eyeball:
My question is, has man utd won convincingly on away grounds this seasonhuh? The answer is no. For you to be a Champ your away record must be 70% as good as your home home record. check out the likes of Barca and probably Chelsea grin, they beat teams by high goal margins, on away grounds (Bolton vs Chelsea). Utd has not been able to achieve that this season. They've struggled all the way to victory or draw, on away grounds this season. Write of Chelsea at your own peril. Chelsea until fowl developes teeth grin grin
Your Eye no well.
In thesame logic then, it is treu that they haven't won by 'hgh goal margins' but have they even played at 100% in every game, nope. We sit back with our eyes closed and drift through what others are labouring over. The theme for this season is 'Slowly, Steadily but Surely'. We are UNITED!!!

DeeJay20:
They may have giving them minimal training, but generally speaking
Nigerians are not used to computers, becuase they do not use
them regularly, like fellow graduates in Western countries.

The Youth Corpers are not used to using computers equipment Period!!!
And trust they would be many posers among them trying act "ITK"
instead of staying focused on getting the Done.

INEC Fumbled and did not do their market research well.

The should have come to the UK and head-hunted British Born-Nigerian youths
between the age of 17-18 who can do wonders with Retail/Counting machine software due to extensive work-experience at "Tesco","Sainsburies", "Foot-locker" "JD Sports" etc ROFLMAO!!!

Their British/Grime accent may make it hard for the Home based Nigerians
to understand them but believe you me they would HAVE gotten the Voting Registration Job Completed in a week!! lol!
Bros you're not funny in ur ignorance. The computers as substandard, the training (15 people to ONE laptop in the FCT centre) was poor, candidates were selected through the man-know-man method and finger print devices are straight from hell. They didn't work properly even during TRAINING. Corps members food and security ain't insured, you come expect say dem go rub nyash for ground please potential voters, komot that tin jor!!!
Those graduates that can't operate a computer system, and inability to work with Microsoft office application programs are really disgrace to this country Nigeria, that is my view, because at this modern age, our graduates should be perfect in operating computer system and office application programs.

I stand to be corrected but that is my view.
Corrected, hmph, you merely stand very wrong!
Where in the school curriculum (primary to tertiary) does it provide computer training for students? The plain and simple fact is that VIRTUALLY all who have learned to operate a computer system in Naija today have done so through personal means. That aside, it should be considered that most corps members who applied for the INEC jobs are those who need the paltry N20,000 that they will be paid after 15 days of gruesome work. I am serving right now and I tell you that I almost paid people to ensure that my name did not come up for the task. It therefore stands to reason that those corps members are not the creme of student society that would most likely have been exposed to computer training, not by their making but default.
We cannot just come out and start blaming corps members without considering their formative societies. If Jega is disappointed in corps members for their incompetence then the entire Nigeria should go up against him for his! Simple.
That said, it should also be noted that INEC categorically asked each and every applicant how proficient he/she is with a computer, so c'est la vie i guess.
PoliticsPdp Chairman Resigns! by Parnassuss(op): 2:21pm On Jan 18, 2011
According to The Nation Newspaper "Dr. Okwesilieze Nwodo, chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has resigned. The PDP has been Nigeria’s ruling party since 1999 when the military relinquished power to civilians.

Nwodo’s resignation ahead of a crucial National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting this afternoon is the climax of a leadership crisis rocking the party, which last Friday chose President Goodluck Jonathan as its standard bearer for April’s general election."

An African Night Entertainment presentation.

There lived an Atiku who tot to himself "how can I make Jonathan stupidhead look foolish?" so he went out and hired some posers to act as witches who backed Jonathan.
The news came out and it made Jonathan look real silly.
Jonathan heard about it and was very vexed so he went up to Baba and asked his advice.
Baba told Jonathan "Jona, Jona eh, long ago it was told that Ati only looked through the brown eye. Use this to prove that the alligator too can drink garri."
Jonathan thanked baba and hired other posers to act as gays who support Atiku and this made Atiku look even more than silly.

The end. grin

Northerners and their kulikuli politics. They are choosing a candidate only because he is from the North, not because he is the most qualified from Nigeria.
True so who then is right for the job? I still think GEJ has underperformed. The best option I can see for this country at this time is either Gen Buhari or Nuhu Ribadu. Pat Utomi and co just sit on their haunchies till election time then start their wilderness song. They do nothing to help the nation or better the polity in the interim.

Oh well, Joagbaje has cleared this issue to a semi-satisfactory level. The main auditorium was not meant to take too many ppl.
Whatever the case, everyone here will find a way to fault that logic, but let us remember that there is no church right now, IN THE WORLD, that is not without its controversies and self-serving doctrines. As long as we are mere humans and humans run the church, our humanity will try to 'prevail' against the Goodwwill of the lord.

The invitation of the FBI is a huge risk that could come back to bite Nigeria. Surely there are equally proficient and capable agencies that could handle this situation if the Pres isn't confident in the SSS, I would even prefere an Independent contractor that would have no stake in the country's stability but would rather be persuaded to carry out their task in the most professional manner that would encourage the ccountry to further employ them.

Atiku should shut his deep and dirty hole of a mouth. He is the most desperate and despicable politician. The only man I know who today has a wife from each major tribe and still believe that smearing his opponents rather than projecting his own agenda to best the rest . He is sad and dejectable and I know that he is sshivering wherever he is now that he knows Ciroma is shifting the 'northern support' to Buhari.

Role Model: OBJ remains my model, his absence these 4yrs has shown just how much empty political space he filled effectively,

The Dunce: T. A. Orji(Abia gov), the state has become a laughing stock under his watch, sub-zero industrial production, unemployment, intimidation of political opponents, decay of virtually every social service in the state, need i add that educated young people have turned to kidnapping etc. just to boost their cv?
It's pathetic, coming from a state that used to boast of Manufacturing, Breweries, Media outfits, an oil-producing state, fabrication base of the defunct biafra, where tanks were built as far back as '67, PATHETIC.
Gbam!!!! on the Obj remark. i can't say much for Orji though, I hear Elechi Amadi of Ebonyi is just waste of living tissue. Sad.

My heroes this year where - Obj, Ribadu, Sir Alex Ferguson, Sanusi Lamido, Remi Babalola, Chime Sullivan (for developing Enugu to its current state), The Super Falcons, Jaraiya-Sama and Kick-Ass.

Villians are - Ithe Okahs, Boko Haram, Aondoaka, Danbazzau, Sullivan Chime (for side-lining the Nssuka ppl), Dora Akunyili, All NASS members, Prince Ogbolafor, GEJ, Atiku, IBB, Pattiance Jonathan, Uchiha Madara and Danzo.

7. 2Shots ft MI - I am William and Make Some Noise (if u haven't heard the latter, lord u need to. It will change ur perception of Nigerian rap)
8. Ikechukwu ft D.banj - Mystical

There remains a host of others I can't mention. There is this particular song that has chorus of "as per james bond". That song ROCKS!!!
