The General retired a Brig, and is a Lawyer. So he was in the Army Legal Services. Last i checked they don't hold Military Tribunals using guns.

People, the crux of the matter is that Soyinka does not have the best track record when it comes to producing results, I mean check out someone like Yar'adua  whom all professed to be a saint AT HEART, and ended up underperforming so much that he had me clamouring for an OBJ rerun.
