Nairalanders please is it fair for a mother to suspend her own daughter for fighting her staff?

My friend's mother owns a large company with lots of staff, so she recently completed her nysc program and waiting to be called up for a job so she had to put up at her mum's company as an intern and she was doing her job well to see things done.

Most of the staff do not like to take instructions from her and this has resulted to altercations with most of them, they keep reporting to her mum till a meeting was finally called.

The staff seems to have connived against her and without even bothering to hear her side of the story her mum said she knows what she can do and she won't allow her to cause problems in her company, so she immediately suspended her and ask her to leave and go home.

The staff were happy with this judgement and some made some snide remarks while she was leaving.

This thing has really troubled her recently and she's thinking maybe her mom doesn't like her as she stated that if it were her brother she won't give such judgement.

Was she wrong in trying to put things in order which resulted to most of those fights with the staff?

Was the mum right to have passed such kind of judgement before her staff ?

My friend's mom told her to go resume next week on the condition that she'll behave well but my friend told her mum she's not stepping foot in her company again.

There will be a total and full redemption by Jesus Christ! This is a hidden mystery not to be understood without the revelation of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is at hand to reveal these truths to all Holy seekers and loving inquirers. The completion of “Such Redemption” is withheld and abstracted by the apocalyptical seals of the book of revelation. Wherefore as the Spirit of God will open seal after seal, so will this redemption come to be revealed, in part and then universally. The presence of the divine Ark will constitute the Life of this Virgin Church, and wherever this body is, there must the Ark of God be. The unsealing of the Living testimony within the Ark of God will be the proclaiming of His testimony, and will be as the sounding of a trumpet to “ALARM” the nations of processed Christendom. Authority will be given by Jesus Christ to the putting an end to all controversies concerning the true Church, that is born of the New Jerusalem mother. His decision will be the actual sealing of the Body of Christ with His Name (or Authority) thus giving them a commission to act by His same authority. This New Name (or Authority) will distinguish them from the seven thousand names of Babylon.

The election and preparation of this Virgin Church is to be after a secret and hidden manner. As David in His ministry was chosen and appointed by the Prophet of the Lord, yet was not admitted to the outward profession of the Kingdom for a considerable time afterward. Of the stem of David, a Virgin Church, which has known nothing of a man or human institution, is to be born, and it will require some time for it to get out of the minority and arrive at a full and mature age. The birth of this Virgin Church was typified in St. Johns Vision on the isle of Patmos, where the great wonder appeared in Heaven, bringing forth Her first born, (A man child), that was caught up to the throne of God, (or that is Identified with the Authority of God). This Church so brought forth and sealed with the mark of Divine Authority, will have no bondage or imposition, but the Holy Anointing upon these New Born Spirits will be all and all!

There is not at this day (1619) visible upon the Earth such a Church. All profession being found light when weighed in the balances; therefore they are rejected by the supreme Judge. With rejection will be for this cause that out of them may come a new and Glorious Church!

Then will the Glory of God and the Lamb so rest upon this typical tabernacle, so that it will be called the tabernacle of Wisdom, though it is not known in visibility, yet. It will be seen as coming out of the wilderness within a short time. Then it will go on to multiply and propagate itself universally; not only to the number of the first born (144,000) but also to the remnant of the seed, against whom the dragon will make war continually. Wherefore the Spirit of David will revive in this Church and most especially in some of its elect members of this blossoming root. These will have might given to them to overcome the dragon and his angels, even as David overcame Goliath and his philistine army.

This will be the standing up of the Great Prince Michael, and will be as the appearing of Moses against pharaoh, in order that the chosen seed may be brought out of hard bondage and servitude. Egypt does oppress this servile creation under which Abraham’s seed groans, but a Prophet and a most prophetic generation, will the Most High raise up, a people that will deliver His people by the Force of Spiritual Arms, for which there must be raised up certain head powers to bear the first office, who will be people in favor with God, whose dread and fear will fall upon the nations, visible and invisible, because of the mighty acting Power which will rest upon them; Jesus Christ will appear in some of these chosen vessels to bring into the promised land this New Creation Church!

Thus Moses, Joshua, and Aaron may be considered types of some upon whom the same Spirit will come, yet in even greater proportion, where by they will make a way for the ransomed of the Lord to return to Mount Zion! But none will stand under God but those that have become the “tried stones,” after the pattern and likeness of Christ. This will be a very fiery trial through which a very few will be able to pass or bare up under; where by those waiting for this visible breaking forth are strictly charged to hold fast, and wait together in the unity of pure Love!

This trial will be of absolute necessity to all, for the clearing away of all remaining infirmities of the natural mind, and the burning away of all wood hay and stubble, for nothing must remain in the fire. As a refiner He will purify the Sons of His Kingdom!

There will be some that will be fully redeemed, being clothed with the Priestly garment after the, “Melchisedec order”. This will qualify them for governing Authority. Therefore it is required on their part to suffer the Spirit of burning and the fanning of His fiery breath, searching every part within them until they have arrived at a fixed body to which Gods signs and wonders are to flow out!Upon this body will be the fixation of the Urim and the Thummim, that are the portion of the Melchisedec priesthood, who’s decent is not counted among the genealogy of the creation that is under the fall, but in another genealogy which is the New Creation!

Hence these priests will have deep inward search and divine sight into the secret things of deity and will be able to Prophecy in a clear ground, not darkly enigmatically, for they will know what is couched in the first originality of all beings, in the eternal antitype of the nature. They will be enabled to bring forth according to the divine council and ordination.

The Lord swears in truth and righteousness, that from Abraham’s lineage, according to the Spirit, there will arise a Holy seed, produced and manifested in the last age. The Mighty Spirit of Cyrus is appointed to lay the foundation of this third temple and support its building!

Please look at; Isaiah 44:28-45:1-3 & 13, also; Ezra 1:1-3 & 4:1-3 & 6:3-12.

There are characteristics and marks where by this Pure Virgin Church will be known and distinguished from all others that are low and false, counterfeits. There must be a manifestation of the Holy Spirit to edify and raise up this Church; where by bringing Heaven down upon the Earth, and representing here the New Jerusalem State. In order that men’s spirit’s are thus begotten and truly born of God. Thus ascending to the New Jerusalem above, where our head and Majesty does Reign!

None but those that have risen with Jesus Christ in this regeneration can come forth and communicate this Kingdom, being thereby His chosen representatives in the Earth, and subordinate Priests under Him now. He that has ascended and been glorified, has made Himself, as it were, our debtor, consequently He will not be slack in qualifying and furnishing certain high and principled vessels who will be most humble, and as little regarded as King David was, who God will dignify with honor and priestly sovereignty for drawing to Himself the scattered flocks, and gather them into one fold out of all Nations!

Therefore there should be a Holy emulation and ambition stirred up among the bands of believers that they may be of the first fruits unto Him that is risen from the dead, and so being made principal agents of Him, that they may be if possible of the number of the first born, of the New Jerusalem Mother!

To all true waiters of His Kingdom, pray and desire to be numbered among the Virgin Spirits, to whom this Prophecy pertains. Be watchful and quicken your pace!

You won't know how good Buhari performed until God shows you how much worse it would have been if Atiku had won.
You won't know how good Tinubu is performing until God shows you how much worse (physically or spiritually) Nigeria would have been if Obi or Atiku won.

Remember Caiaphas threatening Jesus that Jesus should speak something reasonable to him, since he (Caiaphas) had the power to free Jesus or not. Jesus quickly pointed out to him that the only power he (Caiaphas) had was the power He had been given from Heaven — Heaven appointed him king so that he would make the crucifixion of Jesus possible!
Remember Nebuchadnezzar when he took captive God's people, when he attempted to wallow in pride, God turned him to an animal to confirm that the power to capture God's people was actually given to him by God Himself.
(PS: God had already prophesied that He will allow his people to be ruled by a foreign king because of their sin).

So my point: From God's POV, the leader is in perfect unison with the plan. It's only expected that men should always complain about the bads and never acknowledge the goods.

Like that young man said above, we should be more interested in living a good life so we can make it into a better Kingdom and “Rule and Reign with Christ”...

And yes, most of the people making false declarations are FALSE PROPHETS too.

True Men of God are known to give people hope using the word of God to encourage them. People like Pastor Kumuyi are actually apolitical, and therefore hardly speak except there is some clear conviction about the direction of the country.

The fact that he has chosen to speak is perhaps because he has such a conviction that something is in the offing in spite of the current economic turbulence. His opinion- that he is entitled to without fear or favor.

However, it appears that some people prefer that Nigeria rather burns than for any other president to turn things around if not their favorite. In fact some of our brothers, mostly from the southeast, declared very early before the election season that they would prefer another Fulani to rule Nigeria than for a Yoruba (southerner) to be president. This was their way of persuading the Yoruba block to support them or risk another Fulani president. Are you one of such people? And is it your interest to see the nation doomed and miserable so that you can gloat and score some cheap political points about why your candidate is the best and most capable even if available data doesn’t support such an assertion?

This is not in anyway saying that the current government is getting everything right, but it is important to put things in proper perspective for some of the bold/necessary moves being undertaken and how.

I rode with my pastor & his family in his car one Sunday like that.. Thankfully there was no dent as Pastor saw the tricycle in time and swerved away from the impending/prospective situation. You're right that the Holy Spirit is a necessary helper in interpreting the scriptures. He is the One who takes us deeper from the surface of the Word into the deep things of God.

However, you must avoid the danger of gravitating towards either of some two dangerous extremes. I find your position that scriptures have only spiritual interpretations to them very disturbing. Please be informed that all parts of scripture have their spiritual messages depending on what the Holy Spirit intends to pass across per time. Hence, different people may receive different inspiring spiritual messages from a single verse of scripture. However, while all verses carry spiritual gems, certain parts of scripture have both literal and spiritual interpretations. The Books of Daniel and Revelation are clear examples.

Yeah, the spiritual interpretations you gave are great but those are not the only spiritual messages that those passages carry. For example, Jerusalem being surrounded by armies can be used by the Holy Ghost to pass across diverse spiritual messages that may not even be contextually related. However, there's also a literal interpretation of that passage because it's actually a prophecy that has had partial fulfilment. There's a literal abomination that makes desolate - a physical and literal defilement of a physical temple. Then, there's also spiritual messages as well. There are abominations a Christian could permit in his or her body that could lead to desolations in life and destiny. There could be several other spiritual messages apart from this.

I appreciate your interpretations as they could help us look into those scriptures from some new angles. However, I need to implore you as a brother not to allow yourself to be swayed into any of the two dangerous extremes aforementioned.

Not to bore you to much, the temple may mean a building but prophetically, it means your body.

... Daniel 11:28 - 30 spoke about Holy Covenant and abomination of desolation likewise Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Christ spoke about it.

Now the full explanation - when you are innocent, that is, you are not into sourcery/witchcraft or worship no other God except Jehovah, you are in conformity with the holy covenant.

In the book of Daniel 11:31, the sanctuary (that is the body, i.e. temple) got defiled by Satan

who made those who forsook the holy covenant to become witches and wizards

when they least expected, hence, their worship to Jehovah God cannot be accepted anymore. Hence, the writing in Daniel 11:31,

"... And forces shall be mustered by him (the beast) and they shall defile the sanctuary fortress; then they shall take away the daily sacrifices, and place there the abomination of desolation."
