Hi... it's refreshing when I hear testimonies like this. The representation of the pastor or priest, tells you where the message is from. It's a pastor and the role of a pastor is the head of the church. Christ is the head of the church and what he has told you is simply to go to evangelism.

You should let the world know that Jesus is coming soon. The message has become clearer for children of God all over the world. We are at the very end of the last days and he will be here.

The book itself is confusing. I was trying to picture the revelations in a modern day world. Many people don't believe in magic tricks in our world. Science is the new magic.

I don't see a false prophet gaining attention in this world of ours. Everyone is looking for a tech solution to every problem, things that we can see and explain with our eyes.

I feel that's what will capture the world. That's the only tool of deception that can work in our generation. And I think there is going to be more innovations in science. We are seeing how well it is shaping our thoughts and our planet.

First of all, A beast symbolically represent a human in authority or to be given authority such as a ruler or a king.

The beast in revelation 13 is a man, he is called the man of sin or son of perdition.

PS: Even the science you're screaming has not denied the existence of the supernatural. They admit that they have not been able to proof it hence why research continues all over the world. Scientists are testing theories, looking for provable facts but none have expressedly concluded that because they can't prove it, it doesn't exist.

Scientist have been trying to see how they can create an intelligence that can think and respond instinctively like humans. They haven't gotten that human element yet. But I think the antichrist will usher that knowledge.

I am writing this not as an expert or anything but out of curiosity. I recently had a strange dream where I saw an image of a dragon serpent with multiple heads. In that dream I heard he is coming.
I checked Google and was led to ideas like lernaean hydra, leviathan and Satan.

The truth is when they preach about the coming of Christ..what I hear is tribulation, rapture and mark of the beast. So many ideas pop up and people get scared because nobody wants the mark of the beast.

How do we know what the mark of the beast is? That's what brought me to ask about Rev.13. When I read it, here is what came to my mind.

The dragon: is the serpent, the same Lucifer who wanted to overthrow God. The book of revelation says the serpent will rise by the shore of the sea.

The Seven head beast with 10 crowned horns with blasphemous names:

The description given is that it looks like a leopard, has the feet of a bear and the mouth of a lion. This beast will rise from the sea. And the book goes on to say one of its head looks like it had a fatal wound.

The False Prophet: It is said that it has two horns like a lamb and a voice like a dragon. It is this false prophet that does all the wonders and then carves an image in the likeness of the beast so people will worship it. It is the image that comes up with the laws limiting buying and selling. Also persecuting the children of God and issuing the mark of the beast.


Here is what I understand about this interesting scripture today. The dragon or serpent is the devil and he takes a position observing and giving his command on the sidelines. He empowers the beast and the false prophet while they both do his bidding.

The Beast with 7 heads and 10 crowns are the princes of hell represented by the seven deadly sins. The crowns show that these princes will have power over the earthly rulers of 10 nations. These 10 nations represent the world powers. They all hold the world captive ruling over them and turning the hearts of man away from God. Rev 17 talks about the end of this beast. It describes a prostitute sitting on the beast. The prostitute is a powerful place or city that has empowered the rulers for many years (in my opinion, I think it is either Hera, Aprodite, mammy water in Nigeria) but anyway it is the goddess of the sea that the powerful rulers of the world get their powers from and the bible describes how each of the rulers will end. They end up turning against the goddess.

So my understanding of Rev 17, the rulers of the world will hand over power to the last ruler. That would be like a one world government thing but the government won't last because he would be killed.

Now, the false prophet will come in with an amazing discovery while people are still in shock of the death. He would introduce an artificial intelligence, a human looking computer that can think for itself and it would take the form of the ruler that was killed. Talking like him, sharing his memories like he was the actual person. It would give people a feeling like the last ruler had returned from the dead.

The false prophet is described as having two horns like a lamb and a voice of the dragon. Which indicates deception. He would deceive people to think that they have knowledge and power. The artificial intelligence is meant to deceive people giving them false hope.

At this point, they will now have control over people telling them that there is no Messiah or any thing of such nature. They will establish their presence and tell people that they will be rewarded for compliance and loyalty. If they want to enjoy the benefits of the government, they will have to submit to authority and throw away their beliefs.

This artificial intelligence will as you know.. have access to the internet, digital footprint of everyone around the world. Will control the money's, set up policies and dictate world affairs. It will introduce an identification system, a digital code which will be binary ( human number) not necessarily 666 but in those binary terms like 1000111000.....( understand).

Everyone will be required to have this code. Now how it would work I don't know, but I'm certain people will know when it is so.


The false prophet will show the world the amazing possiblities of scientific discovery and the bible says. He would make fire fall from the sky. I don't think he would do it by magic but instead will convince people of the scientific possibility.

The world will literally be controlled by an advanced computer.

Anyway, so that's my understanding of what I read. What's your opinion?

You're calling people foolish for expressing their beliefs. I really wish you get to leave the country and learn about life. You will get to see that people are not so different all around the world.

Our environment makes us Nigerians unique and you are part of that culture. If you like paint yourself white, red or orange, you will still exhibit the foolishness you are running from.

You can't run away from yourself. It is better you embrace your heritage and pick the best parts of it so you will be a better version of yourself.

As a woman, there is one thing I know, when courting, dating or whatever, people tend to meet people who are within the same social circle. That is why it very rare but not impossible for Christians to meet muslims as spouses and vice versa.

The only reason you were meeting Muslim suitors is because you have an association with them, from friends, family and other acquaintances.

That aside, I'm 100% sure that it was not afflictions that sent you away from the church. I've met people who within a 5 minutes discussion, will tell you how someone from their family, a friend or colleague is using witchcraft powers on them.

Some will even tell you that they have taken their glory or what not. The point is they are always suspicious of everybody. And attribute real life challenges with spiritual warefare. Hence the reason they move from place to place looking for solutions. I'm not saying you didn't have challenges, I'm just saying what I know. Pastors are always happy to prey on people who come with problems that are not problems. They'll exploit you, frustrate you.

As for the suspicious nature, you end up picking quarrels with people, thinking people and distancing yourself from them. This also will drive you away from the church because you will feel that they are either not spiritual enough or they have offended you.

Another thing I can say is, from the little I know of Pentecostal churches, everyone is grouped in a ministry. If you claimed to be an envagelist, then you completely missed out what your role was in the church. Evangelists don't do healing and miracle ( not that it can't happen but that's not their area of speciality). Envagelists operate as gospel preachers, they are like the voice in the wilderness calling people to repent and give their life to Christ.

Healing and miracles, is done by the Holy Spirit, in an atmosphere of praise, worship and intercession. Which means other people with these giftings also play their role.

Seeing exam results, seeing things that come to pass, that's a prophetic gift given by the Holy Spirit. It's given by God to bring comfort to his children. I usually say, it's a way God tells us, he is walking with us everyday and never leaves us.

Then another thing I will tell you is that you don't believe the Bible, you claim to read. I don't read the Bible as much as you do so don't expect any debate. But I know that the Quran and the Bible conflict with each other. And I also know that it would take a lot to make me unlearn all that I have learned about God today. I don't agree with everything I read but at the same time I don't know how you did it.

The foundation of Christianity is that Jesus Christ came as flesh through Mary, Was Crucified and died, Rose on the 3rd day and Ascended. That is the gospel and infact that is what every evangelist preaches right up to the point where they tell you Jesus is coming back again. So how you completely believed that Jesus didn't die on the cross is what prompted me to say, you were from a Muslim home before you came to the church. It's one of the most difficult things to remove from any past or present Christian's mind.

Anyway, Like I always say God is not Christian or Muslim, neither is Jesus Christ. But one thing is clear God is the Almighty, Jesus is the light of the world. I know that without him, you can't be saved.


I know that he is an embodiment of holiness and you cannot even compare him with the prophets of old. I also know that you know all of this.

So if you have put aside everything you know about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It is your choice and like everyone here, we all have choices.

I also know that trials and tribulations never end. At different stages in life we all fight different battles. But why you choose to lie by giving a false sense of peace, I don't know.

But I can tell you are not saying the whole truth and I'm not here to judge you. It's your truth and not mine. I've only written my opinion about everything I read and probably forget it before midday.

Yep, you're giving yourself a lot of work and that's why you are exhausted. I'm sure you have prayed but I think the direction of your prayer should be, " Lord give me the strength to face my fears". I remember someone giving scripture then about.

"The Lord has not given us a heart of fear".

It may not be an attack but something you are supposed to face. Everyone's experience is different but until you face whatever it is, it's going to keep reoccurring.

Some years back, that was 2015 ish. I was dating my ex and I happened to be on leave so I snuck to his place for the first time to have a sleepover.

That night I had a very strange dream. I saw the myself going to my house toilet and then I saw this strange woman sitting with legs crossed on the head of the toilet (where you flush). She was dark skin with long full hair like this dada kind of rough hair.

It looked like she was an apparition because she was vibrating and all I heard her say was "stay away from him" with force but like an echo. Immediately I opened my eyes, it was around 3am. I managed to close my eyes till 5am. I was so scared and I didn't come to that house for a long time. That was the first and last time I saw that image.

That's one among the weirded things I've seen but I just assumed she was a succubus. I didn't know it was a witch issue.

Why would you be afraid of hell? The bible talks about hell not to put fear into anybody but to let people know that there is a reward for every good and bad deed.

How do you think people feel in a system like our country where killers are celebrated and walk free. Where people know they can do wrong and get away with it.

There is a reason why all religion, beliefs whether mythological, historical or philosophical agree with the concept of hell.

If you put all of these religions together, there is always a similarity.. they all talk about good and bad.

It is no coincidence. The truth is we didn't just happen to live on earth. It is no coincidence that humans are the only species that can sew dresses, make aeroplanes, speak in thousands of languages, and even make robots.

What most atheists want to believe is that everyone will turn to manure on the earth surface and seize to exist.

Even before Christianity or Islam came to Africa or Nigeria. We knew people could contact the dead. There have been so many experiences of the world outside our own existence. If this is true, then there is a possibility that we will be accountable for our deeds.

I don't think you should be afraid of hell, I think you should be afraid of doing bad things. As for sin I believe everyone sins and nobody is perfect. But there are some things that your inner conscience warns you not to do, those are the things you should be afraid of.

I think before anyone can comfortably call himself or herself an atheist, they should explore all beliefs and I don't mean reading books. Go and explore the supernatural and you will certainly see the truth yourself.
