@ OP;

And by their "coins" yee shall know them (broke @ss broads).

This is what happens when you deal with broke @ss broads. Not sure how the OP ends up running into these kind of broads, but as for me, I weed them out upon encounter. It's not hard to spot a broke @ss broad. It's no rocket science. Within a 30-minute conversation you can always ask the right questions to weed them out and make the decision whether you want to (1) Continue dealing with them and become an ATM machine or (2) Keep it moving and find you a REAL woman.

I've never met a Naija chick that asked for blackberry money or money for weave.because I don't roll in the midst of broke losers. All the Naija chicks I know, have dignity,I don't deny that these broke @ss broads are many in Naij. I just haven't dealt with them because I refuse to let my stock plumet by dealing with broke @ss broads.

@OP, Bros, my advice to you is do a better of "interviewing" your potential dates. Weed out the broke @ss broads, and stick to the REAL women who are making things happen. Not unless you can't handle an independent woman.
I just Love that.

Yesterday we had an office chat comparing women of various nationalities and a lady asked how about the nigerian ladies. Apart from nollywood nobody knew a thing but lucky me av been on nl for a while.
Want to hear what I said? The nigerian guys hate their women cz they view them as golddiggers and very aggressive but guess what, they will still come home, marry the same ladies and live a blissfull life. its all talk so dont worry abt foreigners and their thoughts cz we know they love you enough to marry you. chill.
RomanceRe: Nagging Or Silent Treatment: Which Is More Effective? by pendo89(f): 7:22pm On Sep 28, 2011
Silent treatment reminds me of a story I heard on radio not too long ago.A man calls and says the wife decided to give him the silent after he offered money to the wife's friend cz she was unwell in their house. Drama ensued then they went mum.
They started communicating through sms. grin
The wife on one side of bed texts the hubby 'There's no milk in the house for the baby' Hubby via sms replies 'I don't have money!' lies of course.
Same room same bed. At the time of calling the radio station, he was leaving the house b4 a text came from wife saying ' I know your going to the cafe for breakfast!'  grin
The hubby says on radio that he makes sure hes got enough airtime for text cz its the second week of sms communication.
He texts the wife' yah off to the cafe cz you refused to prepare breakfast grin
Who said adults dont act like kids!

Keep checking their website ALL the time. What happens is that those booked dates keep changing and you could be lucky to find an opening.
When that happens book very first and get your confirmation before somebody else grabs the chance. grin
I have been lucky a couple of times even when there have been deadlines.

But seriously u guys your scams are on another level. They are out of this world.
You can stop it but I dont know how.
And why do these learned people consult the witches and magicians? unbeliavable!
TravelRe: Fred Olawale Makanjuola (Crystal Services) Scams 7,000 People by pendo89(f): 8:49pm On Sep 24, 2011
WOW! How gullible can be people be?
I have read the other thread and I cant believe people are desperate enough to ignore warnings. This is serious
Its a national tragedy and you guys should declare a half day mourning period.
Justwise, You deserve to be President men.You fought a lonely good fight, blew the trumpet early but people ignored you.You did your part.
I have laughed going through that thread esp the 'leaving in batches' grin gosh were they supposed to leave as containerized cargo?
Read and research.Have full info before you embark on such stuff. The embassy is there call them, If no answers call a another embassy in neighbouring country! this kind of ignorance is embarrasing for a nation as great as nigeria.

This below was very funny from justwise

If you really think that the Canadian embassy is going to issue 7 thousand Nigerians  2yrs work visa to travel to Canada  then you are praying to a wrong God, pray that the a agent refund you the money. The agent will pay for your flight, accommodation and get u a job? Everyone of you who has given your money to that agent deserves to be conned. Getting a Canadian student or visiting visa is tough let alone 2yrs work visa, if its this easy to get 2yrs Canadian work visa then Nigeria will be almost empty by now.

How do u get ready to travel without visa? grin
Scam of the year. But seriously I have no pity for these guys esp if any was a nlander. The writing was bold on the wall but you chose to believe in blind faith and throw away Godly wisdom.
Lessons learned.

I plan to just make my time and resources unavailable to Nigerians in general for the sake of inner peace.
I'd also rather not listen to all that "Not everyone is the same" jazz because I know that already.

I think this woman's point of view very closely mimics mine:
http://www.ryze.com/posttopic.php?topicid=643617&confid=1807
shocked wow what a link!

These are the stories that makes it hard for pple to do biz with the west.  This lady is fed up.
But see when the rest of the world read such they decide to set base in neighbouring countries.

We have a big and hardworking partner in lagos who is into oil and gas and hes doing well after all.
so there are exceptions as somebody said.

TravelRe: Most Beautiful Cities In Africa by pendo89(f): 3:20pm On Sep 24, 2011
Am proud to see Nbo there.
But trust me it comes with a change in regime. There was a time nobody cared cz city officials were corrupt, but with governance everything changed.
This in turn attracted investors etc. public smoking is a crime and there are designated areas for this.
Kenyans have learned not to sit back and watch corrupt officials go unpunished. Those days of dictatorship are gone.
Roads are better, and more expansions happening left, right center.
But you see nbo is also a strong economy in the EA and a door to some landlocked cities in Africa.Great and cheap internet connectivity and transport system contribute to this as well.
Stiff competition also in doing biz. I wont talk about tourism cz thats a world on its own.
But for intro, its the only city in the world with a game park right in the city. Those tourists don't need to go to mara, tsavo, naivasha, nakuru or central.
You see giraffes as you drive from airport to hotel.ie on a lucky day lol. oh and coastal beaches.

FamilyRe: Can Abortion Ever Be Justified? by pendo89(f): 12:19am On Sep 24, 2011
Did I read sudan drought and women making less than $5/year
We have the somalis and the sudanese please let us not confuse the two.
Somali is the region ravaged by drought and are the ones who reproduce like nobody's biz not the sudanese. Forget the media cz I know them too well.
We have 2 sudan republics; north an south. The north is muslim and rich while the new south is predominantly christian and flowing with oil.
one needs to go down to southern sudan and see the fuel guzzlers being driven on those dusty new streets so the issue of $5 per year is history.
Now lets not talk about somalis cz those famine stricken people wear gold bracelets and know where to hide their millions.
Do not ask the source of their wealth cz we all know.

I am now trying to relate the issue of abortion with these 2 groups of people.
Are we implying that abortion which is not common among them would has lessened the effects of drought on kids esp?
Would it have been better for adults to die than children?  no human ought to die but we cannot stop a natural disaster through disaster.

my 2 cents contribution is this
If you do not want to abort avoid getting pregnant.
if it happens by mistake and u dont want the baby, surrender it to a home
If mothers life is in danger abortion is allowed.
If you are a violation victim,go through counselling deliver and give up the baby very fast.

No human has right to take a life but any unwanted human can be given a second chance to live.  I can never compromise on that so to each his own.
RomanceRe: Does Menstruation Affects A Womans Attitude? by pendo89(f): 10:43pm On Sep 23, 2011
Op yes it does
Even though some ladies exaggerate a bit when they don't want to take responsibility for their silly outbursts.
Ps can be very nasty. You could be happy smiling having fun and the next minute you feel like mourning.A sad feeling.
You get easily irritated, legs ache, bloated, nausea, fever, cramps, its like a body gone berserk and it leaves you a bit disoriented the day b4 or day 1.
Now you understand why some ladies hate this time of the month. Be patient with her and everything will return to normal.
But if the symptoms renders her immobile seek medical help cz some are not normal.
