I haven't read the post but will answer the title. What are they to be blamed for? The only lady I can feel sorry for, is the one who at an advanced age is still waiting for a Mr.Saviour to come and sweep her off her feet and have kids. I would sure be interested to know because whether we like it or not ladies have a 'fertile period' to bear kids. At a later age one ought to be taking care of kids not bearing. It's a fact that the body is difficult to get back into shape if one has kids late in life. But If I decide I am never gonna get married and I hit 75 then who are you to condemn me for my choice? ![]() I can have kids, adopt, anything to suit my preferences. |
I am posting from Nbo. I just don't want to advertise for the isp.But google about ISP providers in Kenya and speeds. You can see it's for May because we were trying to compare internet speeds between our various isp's to vote out the best. We used to rely on satellite long ago and speeds were discouraging.Nowadys with the fibre it's fast. If one fibre is accidentally destroyed cz it happens esp with the big ships,we have 3 on standby and if you have the best ISP you will appreciate Most kenyans register with more than 2 ISP providers like me,to ensure no disruptions take place..So we rarely have issues. |
Just clarifying. Internet users in Kenya rely on 4 undersea fibre optic players. Use of the fibre optic cable significantly reduced the cost of connectivity to broadband and increased the connectivity speeds. TEAMS : EASSy: SEACOM: LION2 Teams and Seacom were the first cable to land at the Kenyan coast in 2009 resulting to fast Internet in the country. Ok karibu kenya and yeah test test test.Infact I want my speed reduced ![]() |
This is how I live a stress free and fulfilled life. I view anybody I meet as a tool to sharpen or cut me into pcs cz I believe one can only have 2 effects in my life. 1 Add value or 2. Take it away. and Vice versa. That means I am open to rejection or acceptance. And by that attitude I can never get angry with anybody. Can't even rem when I was last angry. IMO, If one expresses love to anybody in particular and it's rejected then he/she ought to take it positively cz it was never meant to be! What fails to happen wasn't meant to happen afterall. But we sweat, struggle, go through hell to force things into being. Probably circumstances just allowed, but it just doesn't make it right. Instead of being grateful cz it failed to take off then end in tears,we hurt and lament instead. Why we never see light in darkness I don't know. That's why it's good to be thankful in all things because they happen for a reason. And most often a good one. |
It hurts Gracious but you know what? at times we spend too much time looking at a door which is closing that we fail to see the one opening on the other side. You need to value yourself and stop being at the mercy of a man cz a real man values a woman who values herself. We 'ladies' tend to lose ourselves when we fall crazily in love.We lose our goals, our plans and focus and immerse ourselves into the man's goals and life. We think that is what it means to fall in love.We want to be in his plan diary even become his oxygen. When the relationship breaks, we feel lost because we lost our minds completely and have nothing to fall back to.Men do not do that. The age gap is big, although it's not a big deal.Meaning you still have time to collect yourself and mend things. Start by letting go.Do not seek him out.Retreat and focus now.Do you value yourself? Do you love your life? are you happy on your own? You see if you are disatisfied with your life you can never make another person happy or be made happy by another. Please Don't go about hating men either. The sooner you get over this, the sooner you will find a caring man who will treat you right because you value yourself. The ball is in your court.Good thing is you are not engaged or married. |
I dont know any.Its just hilarious |
late twenties.am assuming hes 43 and above. I felt tired reading through your post cz it's exhausting what you are doing, please try and find yourself. How long have u two dated and what were you hoping for because it's easy to tell when somebody has given up on you. Sad that you are clinging on to a man who left in the mind and is trying to get meassage across through actions. Quest: What do u think could happen to you if you let go? will your life end? will ur dreams fall apart? yeah start believing that he's gone and pick yourself up cz he could be dating another. |
lol @ baby whale. |
6 months, relationship, girlfriend, check her phone, feel bad cz you can't find your pics? I wonder why you two are together cz this is a classic example of an undefined relationship. It's just there, in 'assumption state'. Just cz ur talking doesn't make it a real relationship. She enjoys your company? well true she is and she's probably weighing you against other guys. That's why she can't commit yet. What were you expecting to find when you went checking her phone? see why its proper not to go searching for things? cz ul def find what you are looking for. |

now lemmie frame it this way; 'Is financial status a sure way of ascertaining a man's behaviour?' Answer: Yes or No depending on the man's emotional maturty. But again, what is the origin of one's behaviour? what shapes behaviour? who determines what is and what what is not good behaviour cz what s right in my view could be wrong in yours. who is a well behaved man? That aside,my conclusion is; One's behaviour can be attractive or repulsive depending on one's defination of a standard acceptable behaviour . A man from a humble background may suddenly turn arrogant upon landing himself some good money. His moods, talk and acts fluctuate according to his bank status. That kind is very unstable emotionally because money is controlling his life. There's another kind from the same background who will never allow money to dictate their moods. You will never tell when they are broke because they are in control of their emotions. They remain constant in all weather. |
@ slim i beg to differ. I have seen bitter, angry and revengeful men who attribute it to poverty/difficult life. They feel and act as if the whole world is responsible for their misery and lash out at anybody they meet.Very difficult to love and take pride in criticising. There's the other group of successfull but very arrogant and proud men who assume the 'god status'and feel like they are doing the world a favour by their existence. Lucky I would say is the lady who finds an emotionally stable man. The man who regardless of status maintains his cool, acts, talks and treats others right not because he is rich or poor but because he knows who he is. |
MacLovington: .you are absolutely right! now the first paragraph got me laughing hard. |
oh yeah like no body's biz. if words don't move me then I dont move at all. |

2buff: Fickle. Where's your niece though? You mean it never happened? she promised to fatten her up for you first. ![]() Honestly I miss fickle and her dickle hubby. |
Onila what happened to the groom? Where was he and the way he is handsome? Was he attending via skype or what? Couldn't they have waited? Is it legal now? God Forbid. |
Fickle? Oh .I will never 4get u.I love u fickle. |
I also believe these fellows must be internet prowlers seeing they use FB to lure innocent rich girls. Who knows where they have been hovering? ![]() Am asking myself questions, but I really feel for the parents. Raising up a beautiful girl, educating her to that level only for her to end up dead in the hands of losers is very painful. They deserve a punishment that will send shivers down the spine of prowlers and leave people talking for a very very long time. |
what a sad end to a beautiful life. FB has ended the lives of many young careless ppl.Girls risk their lives to go meet strangers they meet and interact with online without male company. If only somebody had warned her against it. Probably she knew but chose to hide from her parents. May she RIP. And May they rot in jail. |
http://www.sudantribune.com/spip.php?article43590 August 15,2012 (JUBA) – South Sudan’s former rebel movement turned national army, the Sudan People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) is undergoing training to improve its professionalism, according to one of its high-ranking members. The military officer in charge of SPLA’s fifth division, Andrea Dominic on Tuesday told Sudan Tribune that training has been ongoing since the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) which ended the Sudanese civil war in 2005 and paved the way for South Sudanese independence in 2011. He explained that the training of officers and non-commissioned officers has taken place domestically and overseas but that the process “requires a lot of resources” and “will need time and money”. The CPA was signed after decades war between the SPLA and Khartoum’s forces. The political wing of the SPLA, the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) is now South Sudan’s ruling party. Dominic warned against “emotive and generalised” condemnation of the SPLA based upon “mistakes made by individuals” insisting that it is “an institution guided by principles and code of conduct which can be used to rectify areas where weaknesses have been identified”. There have been numerous allegations of misconduct by SPLA troops, including extra-judiciary killings. The bloody conflict with Khartoum left South Sudan as a highly militarised state with a proliferation of arms. Appeasing potentially rebellious former rebel commanders and finding alternative work for troops in the fractious nation, while downsizing the SPLA, is a precarious balancing act, hence the establishment of the South Sudan Disarmament Demobilization and Reintegration Commission. Dominic explained that training is focusing on leadership skills; defence and tactics; information technology; operating and handling heavy weapons; piloting and airspace; waterways; and civil related courses such as human rights and rule of law. He also said that the army has a significant role in development as it cannot take place “without adequate security”. “The president has done his level best to create a conducive learning environment for us to benefit and it is the duty and responsibility of everyone of us to take advantage of it, and the Sudan People’s Liberation Army is not an exception,” said Dominic. The national austerity measures which were implemented after South Sudan halted oil production in January in a row with Khartoum over the cost of using its infrastructure for exports. A repercussion of these measures, according to Dominic, has been an interruption in the SPLA training programme. |
But honestly I think it happens because in the African society a woman is judged harshly based on her age.Everything she does is judged against her age. It doesn't happen as many of you say in the western world because they don't stereotype as much as we do. An African woman clocks 25 and she's labelled old cargo. The community puts pressure on her to marry and bear kids. If that doesn't happen she's likely to hide her age to avoid ridicule. There are places where age doesn't matter. It's not such a big deal but if African men stop being judgemental,I guess the ladies will be free to share their ages even in public. That's just my opinion. |
slimyem: i honestly do not know where Nairalanders get their ladies from... I always look forward to reading ur posts.Very funny. |
You both failed to keep up the momentum when u parted for a while. That is bound to happen because we meet other xciting people who make us easily and quickly forget the ones we talked to earlier esp if the relationship wasn't solid. If u want to keep a relationship going, communicate constantly and keep updating each other. You will realise how communication bridges distances and keeps our hearts warm and in love 24/7. Anything short and it withers very fast. In ur case, try and see if you can bring the spark back.Once that is done please don't let it die again. |
cut it all out. A girl chooses to fall in love.no amount of acts can. |
the kitchen is my playground! cooking, experimenting new recipes is my hobby, so what I hate doing? mmh yep do not give me peas still in their cover.I love peas very much though. |
LOSE MYSELF LOSE MY PRINCIPLES LOSE FOCUS LOSE MY GOALS LOSE MY GOD. |
who is a closed friend? Is this story even true? I just wonder, often wonder how people easily jump into bed with somebody they are not relating with. To make it worse this is a married person that was with hubby just few hours ago. Spend the night in an ex's room, receive a free laptop as gift, blablabla no wonder it got stolen. very careless woman if you ask me and perfect ground for divorce, so i do not know what help shes crying out for. some women need to learn how to keep their legs closed. |
They do. A relative of mine married an ethiopian girl. The son of our country's PM recently married an ethiopian girl. The most choosy are the somalis |
